Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Fragrance Mist - Sea Island Cotton

I have the Sea Island Cotton hand soap & sanitizer and I really enjoy them so when I was looking around for a new spray, I figured i'd give this one a try. I honestly do not like it at all. I don't think it smells anything like the other products with this fragrance and it kind of just smells like perfume after you've worn it for a while. It's certainly not something that I would wear and i'm pretty disappointed in BB&W, haha.
Conditioner -TiGi - Bed Head Control Freak Conditioner

I got this & the shampoobecause they were both on sale at my hair place and I was pretty happy with it. I straighten my hair [which is about at my shoulders and pretty thin but naturally frizzy/kinda curly] everyday & this in combo of redken align and my flat iron [which is a pretty cheap one] kept my hair straight all day. My only problem with it is the smell. Bleck, it smells like pineapples with a mix of beer and whenever i'd straighten my hair and this would burn off it would smell awful. I love this product a lot but I wouldn't repurchase it because of that.

I got this at my local perfume outlet. It wasn't cream, it was dried, so i'm assuming I got a 'bad' one haha, but It wasn't a big deal because it went on easily with using a little bit of visine on my brush. I normally put them over eyeliner and it works great but sadly my eyes would have a FIT after about an hour or two. I love glittery thing so I wish I could say that I would repurchase but it's not worth having my makeup running down my face from my eyes watering.
My hair is pretty thin and not super long, but it's pretty humid where I live and with the help of pretty bad split ends, my hair would NEVER stay straight. My friend recommended this to me and I took her advice since I don't think I've seen her without stick-straight hair. I use this along with a shine serum before I blow dry it and it never makes my hair greasy which is great. After that, I flat iron it with a pretty cheap straightener and it stays straight pretty well. I'm sure if I had a better straightener, it would work perfectly. All and all, it's the best product that I've tried in the quest for perfectly-straight hair and I'm on my third bottle now. The price is pretty expensive but not bad compaired to some...I managed to snag a bottle at K-Mart for 4 dollars =D The only thing that I don't like about it is the smell. It kinda reminds me of an old lady smell and I wish they'd make it more...clean? But the smell never really stays on my hair so I can live.
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Cucumber Melon Body Lotion

I really can't stand this scent anymore. It's not very sweet at all and when this dries and starts to fade away it really smells horrible, even when I layer it with the Body Spray. I think it's about time I finally move on from cucumber melon...no repurchase for me.

I used to love this stuff, and I don't know what happened but I think it smells horrible now. It just doesn't smell as sweet as I remember it being and bleh. It smells almost...sour-y? I only use it now whenever I run out of my lotions and wear the one that matches this scent, since without the body spray it smells horrible after an hour =P
Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Andis Ceramic Flat Iron

My hair is pretty thin and not too long, but I've always had a really hard time keeping it straight. The ends would always curl up and out after an hour and it looked like a mess. My best friend ALWAYS has stick-straight hair, even in super-humidity, so I tried all of the products that she uses and my Revlon flat iron still wouldn't do it's job, even on the highest temperature. She used this on my hair and it was the straightest it's ever been. I went out and bought it and really didn't like it at all at first. It snags your hair pretty bad, so I shoved it under my counter and brought out my normal one. Since it's Spring again and my hair has gotten to that length that it curls up no matter what you do, I decided to give this a try again. I feel like such an idiot for never using it. It does still snag your hair kinda bad sometimes but my hair stays suuuper straighten whenever I use this (along with Redken Align + Catwalk fashionista hair serum stuff). I was about to buy an expensive one too, and i'm really glad that I decided to try this again! Sadly the coating on the plates is coming off from a product that I used to use so I'll probably have to buy a new one soon, but for how cheap it is, that's not really a big deal. My only tip for this is if you plan on leaving this to heat up, sit it on carpet (keep an eye on it though, since that is pretty dangerous...) since it'll auto-shutoff after a while, but it doesn't when you put it on there for some reason.
I loooove Sally Girl shadows. This is so bright and pigmented for only 99 cents! I love the packaging for them too, since it makes it easier to find them. However, since I had so many, I decided to depot them and stick them in a CD case pallete which I suppose wasn't really a bright idea because this cracked and got everywhere and for how cheap they are, I figured it wasn't worth trying to save it in anyway. That being said, I'd defff repurchase it. It looks great with Mac's Bitter.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Expert Wear Single - Antique Jade

Another gorgeous Maybelline shadow. Like some reviewers said, it's a foresty, but still kind of light green. It's like the color of grass only a little darker with goldish shimmer. If that made sense, haha. I love pairing it with Turquoise Jewel over a blue base...these shadows look SO pretty when you use them over a colored base. I'd repurchase it if I ran out, even though I don't think I will since there is a lot of product in here. I am using it a lot, though =)
Mascara -Maybelline - volum express washable mascara curved brush
rosefax 2/13/2008 8:37:00 PM
I got this because it was on sale at Walmart. It's not a bad mascara but it clumps SO BAD. It's so annoying and a pain in the butt to deal with. Therefore, I wouldn't repurchase.
Eye Shadow -MAC - Mi'Lady Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo
rosefax 2/2/2008 9:39:00 PM
This was the first Mac product I got and the first one I took back. I couldn't get the purple to show up AT ALL no matter what I did, and the red just looked orange which would be okay if I was looking for an orange e/s and not a red one. The glitter in it was annoying too. Meh, I don't get what all the hype was about this, I think it was just a HAY ITS PRETTY SO I'M GONNA PUT IT IN MY COLLECTION item.
This really made my hair nice and smooth after straightening, however, in the end it still was as fried as can be and this took the coating straight off of my straightener's plates so no repurchase for me.
Hair -L'Oreal - Feria Haircolor in Chocolate Cherry
rosefax 2/2/2008 9:12:00 PM
I dyed my hair black for about a year but got tired of it fading so bad so decided to stop dying it so I can change it up a bit. It was faded to mostly a medium brown with my roots which are are mousey brown and I bought this and figured that it would be a dark brown with a hint of red. So I dyed it, and my roots were a firetruck red, the middle-y part was brown, and the ends were black. The fact that it was so many colors was my fault and I knew that there was a big chance that something like that would happen but I still figured that it wouldn't be so bright and noticeable. Now, it's faded and my hair has grown so It goes in this order: mouse brown, fadey rade, dark brown, and darker brown. I'm dying it dark brown in a little bit ahaha. My hair's a mess. I wouldn't buy this again any time soon but sometime in the future, maybe, because it's a sweet color if your hair was one color to begin with.
Eyeliner -Rimmel - Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Cool Blue
rosefax 1/30/2008 5:07:00 PM
I bought this because I thought that the color looked gorgeous. It's an electric, slightly dark blue. I was pretty disappointed in it when I got home. It went on horribly and got mostly on my lashes and no where else. Plus, maybe my sharpener sucks but this was a bad word to sharpen. I wouldn't repurchase it.
