Hair Color -Clairol - Nice 'n Easy - Root Touch Up

I love this product! I have my hair colored professionally every 4 weeks. My hair is naturally a dark ashy strawberry blonde, which is have colored to an auburn/ copper color. By the 4th week after coloring, my roots really start to annoy me. I just tried the Light Auburn color of this product and it blended my roots beautifully! I can still see where the line is, but no one else will be able to. This product was only $5.99 at Target, which in my mind is a bargain. I really don't understand the other complains about not having enough or the brush being too hard. I thought there was plenty color and the brush was fine. You are only supposed to color in your part and at your hair line. I'm very happy and I'll be purchasing it again. I may leave the color on a little longer next time though. I'm not sure 10 minutes is really enough.

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Aspirin Mask

I hate myself for not trying this sooner. I have had moderate acne for about 15 years. It flares up when I am stressed, sleep deprived, or sick; which is most of the time. I have tried everything under the sun. The only thing that ever really worked was Accutane, but that had TERRIBLE side effects and the results only lasted a year. I was having OK results with Neutrogena Anti-Blemish Anti-Wrinkle cream. I have been using this mask for about a week with Cetaphil lotion as a base. It's not the miracle I was hoping for (maybe I need to give it more time) but it is better than anything I have ever tried. My skin is so smooth and my complexion is brighter. I have had a couple new pimples pop up, but it isn't a big deal. Normally, when I am about to have my period (like I am now), I break out like a teenager. One or two pimples on my forehead is NOTHING in comparison. The best part is that is slowly making my blackheads go away. Nothing, not even Accutane or Retin-A has been able to do that. My scars are even fading and it's only been a week! I'm so happy with this. Here's my recipe: Wash first with Cetaphil face wash. put 4 or 5 uncoated aspirin (I bought the generic CVS brand) tablets in a little dish and sprinkle some water on them. Let it sit for about 30 second until the tablets are soft. Add a squirt of the Cetaphil moisturizer. Mash it all up until the is smooth. Put it all over your face, neck, chest, wherever for about 10 minutes, wet your hands, gently scrub, and then rinse well. During the day I use Neutrogena Ultra-Dry sunscreen (which doesn't make me break out and doesn't leave my face feeling greasy) and if my face is feeling dry, I will use some more Cetaphil moisturizer.

Bath Treatments -Aveeno - oatmeal bath

I occasionally get rashes from food allergies and this stuff is the only thing that helps me feel better. It is a little messy and smells like cereal (because it is!), but it is definitely worth it. Afterward my skin was moisturized and much less itchy. There's a reason this product has been around for decades!

Just like the shampoo, I'm in love. This conditioner works, but isn't too heavy. It smells great and washes completely out of my hair. My hair feels so soft and smells great. Wonderful!

I love this shampoo. It smells wonderful, does a great job cleaning, and makes my dry hair feel super soft. My hair also has a lot more body and does not feel weighed down. I feel like the conditioner actually rinse out of my hair completely. I also love that it is natural and free of chemicals. I am a big fan!

This is a nice moisturizer, but it's no miracle product. I like that it shimmers a little bit. It definitely makes my eyes brighter. I don't have any lines to speak of, so I can't comment on that. I do have hopeless circles and it doesn't really help them much. It's very nice under makeup though.

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals ALL
rated 4 of 5

Some background on me first: I'm 24 and have fair complexion, combination type skin. I tend to breakout with blackheads in my t-zone. My skin is fairly sensitive. I don't really have lines or wrinkles. I moisturize religiously with Olay Complete for Sensitive Skin. I have been using the Bare Minerals products for a few weeks. At first it made me break out a little bit, but I decided (based on another review) to keep using it. I have really gotten to like it. My skin has cleared up and I really haven't had a problem since the first initial breakout. I actually think it is making my skin clear up! Note: I do not use the expensive brushes sold with the Base Escentuals makeup. I bought several of the Sonia Kashuk brushes at Target. They are natural bistled and cost half as much. I don't think it has made a big difference in my experience with the products. I love the natural and even finish it gives me. I am very fair skinned with reddish undertones and some mild acne scars. My boyfriend told me that my skin looks more "all the same color," which I think is man-speak for "more even." The foundation does accentuate tiny blonde hairs on my face, but that usually goes away with the Mineral Veil. It's really only a problem if I put too much on. It feels very light, like I'm not wearing makeup at all. If I put too much on, it tends to get a little bit itchy though. I use the bisque concealer after I put the foundation on and that seems to work the best for me. I love how easily it all blends. No more orange lines on my chin! I wish that it lasted longer. I have dark under-eye circles and they tend to peak through after a few hours. I also wish it was more portable. I know that it is difficult with the loose powder. I will probably purchase the travel kit. Overall I am happy and will continue to use the products.

Scrubs -Neutrogena - Body Clear Body Scrub
rated 5 of 5

I've been using this scrub for years. It keeps the bumps on my chest and back clear. I also use it on my bikini line when I get those little red bumps. The only time I break out now is when I get lazy and don't scrub.

Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Sleek Look Shampoo
rated 3 of 5

I typically use a wide variety of expensive and not-so expensive shampoos. I bought this product after seeing it mentioned on Good Morning America. I love this shampoo! I have the type of hair that gets very frizzy in humidity and this help so much. I recommend using a clarifying shampoo once a week or so, just so it doesn't end up weighing your hair down. Incredible results for the money! Update: After using this shampoo for several months, my hair started to look very weighed down. I finally had to switch.
