First impressions... I will more than likely return this.. i wanted this to be long lasting and hopefully waterproof.. and it is not. I applied it in the mornining (I wear contact lenses) and it was running down my eyes and bleeding on my eye lid. I had it on for appx 30min; even during application it was bleeding on my eyelid. So far the only good felt tip eyeliner I use religiously is the E.L.F one! If anyone knows of a good drug store waterproof felt pen let me know please :)

I've been using this product for about 2 years now.. and I can honesty say its the best I've tried. I've tried all kinds of high end stuff from MAC among others.. the forumal is of lotion consistancy but blends to perfection! My skin type is pretty normal i am not oily or acne prone so its perfect! It looks good with a powder over it or no powder. I would def recommend this is you are looking for a new tinted moisturizer!
