This is not a 'concealer' for blemishes or under eyes. What is does well is minimise the appearance of lines - I used it on nose-to-mouth lines & was pleased with the diffusing effect. Lasts ages.
I had tried every concealer under the sun to diminish my undereye dark circles so I was delighted to read and experience that it works! Had mega trouble sourcing this but it's worth it for the effect it has on dark circles. Now if only I could find a HG eye cream to diminish those pesky circles...
Blush -Clinique - soft pressed powder blush in Nude Nude

This was my first dalliance with blusher. I chose the colour when I read it went with most skin tones. As a fair-skinned brunette, I found it did an ok job. However, for people with my colouring I have since found that Nars' 'Orgasm' or more especially Chantecaille's 'Wind' work better.
As a fair skinned brunette who never lets the sun near her face, I was delighted to come across shade number 1. The powder blends well and is natural looking. I'm a victim of the dreadful packaging though so I do hope this improves by the time I need it again.
As a fair skinned, green-eyed brunette, I wear this product during day and for nights out. I too bought into the hype surrounding the product and probably would not have tried it otherwise. As a peachy/pink shade, I see why it suits most colourings. I won't buy again though as I've since found that Chantecaille's 'Wind' gives me a livelier glow.
I bought this based on the positive magazine reviews. However, it does nothing for my cool colouring - my eyes look washed out. I imagine it would work really well with warmer skin tones - apparently it's a staple of Naomi Campbell. I Will try it as a cheekbone highlighter though.
Love this as a daytime crease colour. I too am surprised that it doesn't have more reviews. However, at least we all love it (well except for the impractical packaging - heaven forbid a spillage anywhere near this HG)! I'm a fair-skinned, green eyed brunette who seemed to be forever looking for an ideal crease colour e/s (grey, browns do nothing for me during daytime). I like to wear a turquoise shade on inner lids with this and it seems to work well with my colouring.
I too was bought in by the Cate Blanchett / Nicole Kidman marketing ploy. All I can say is what a disappointment! Lousy packaging, awful smell and no skin benefit to show for the price. Have half a bottle left, which I use at night time on my hands. Unfortunately, no benefit there either.
Was so looking forward to using this brand but was SO disappointed. It is just average and you will get far better hydrating creams with spf for less money.
Eye Makeup Remover -Lancome - Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Make-up Remover

Tried this as a sample first and found it great at removing heavy eye make up. I agree that it feels greasy but I've never had night-eye make up slide after using it so I can't really complain. Plus it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. Packaging is ace.
Moisturizers -Helena Rubinstein - Hydro Urgency Fluid

Absolutely LOVE this product. I'm a beauty product junkie and of all the moisturisers I've bought over my 32 years this is one I return to again and again. I have combo/sensitive skin and this feels like velvet on it. Never have problems with foundation flaking when I wear this. The added spf is a great bonus too.
I loved this product on my combo skin at at first because it made my skin feel like velvet and was comfortable to wear. However, about six weeks later and zilch - no difference to skin radiance or smile lines. Disappointing. Agree also that pot packaging is unhygienic in this day and age.
Fragrances -Agent Provocateur - Agent Provocateur EDP

This perfume IS provocative. As a scent it certainly entranced me. I tested this in-store so many times because I loved the way it smelt on my skin. It is too strong for daytime but wear it for that special night out and feel alluring, naughty and ready for to make an impression! It is a sexy scent and the fab bottle just adds to its boudoir appeal.
