Fabulous! This is by far the best facial sunscreen I have ever used. Blends well, not greasy, unscented, it's absolutely perfect. I'll definitely purchase this again.

Sunscreen -Arcona - Tinted Reozone Protect SPF 20

This review is for the new Arcona Reozone 40 (4 oz. tube). This sunscreen is absolutely the best facial sunscreen that I have ever used!! It is slightly tinted, but disappears when rubbed in. The texture is light and not greasy at all. It's unscented and doesn't clog my pores or even look as if I'm wearing sunscreen. I can easily apply makeup after putting this on. I purchased it because the sunscreen ingredients are zinc and titanium dioxide (and I've stopped using sunscreens with all of the standard chemical spfs). I also use Fallene Cotz (spf 58) and Avene Thermale tinted compact (spf 50) and although both are fine and I will continue to use them (I don't want to waste them), the Arcona is my new HG. Highly recommended!

Sunscreen -Nature's Gate - Mineral Sunblock SPF 20 Light Melon Scent with Acai Extract

After reading articles about chemicals in personal products and their possible link to cancer, I've decided to switch over to products that are free of parabens and also use non-chemical sunblock. I recently purchased the Nature's Gate Kids Mineral Sunblock (unscented) and am quite pleased. It is not smelly, doesn't stain my clothes (products with avobenzone ruined all my white t-shirts), and isn't greasy. Because I use it on my face, I have to rub it in carefully to avoid looking like a ghost. I've found that by putting it on a little at a time, I can blend it in. I would definitely recommend this sunscreen.

Powder -Napoleon Perdis - NP Set Pasarella Powder Foundation

I bought this recently at Target. I like to use a powder foundation in the summer and I was running out of my Chanel powder foundation. Because I was hoping to find a product that was less expensive than the Chanel (about $60), I purchased this for $30 (also expensive, but cheaper than the Chanel). Much to my delight, I love this product. It goes on very smoothly (I use a big brush) and does not settle into pores and lines. It gives me a very clean look. I bought "Light" - set 2. I have tried other brands of powder foundation - including Cover Girl and L'Oreal, but found them to look too powdery. I would highly recommend this product (despite the price).

Horrible stuff! Left my hair greasy and heavy. I have shampooed it 4 times in the past 2 days and my hair still feals greasy and limp. Avoid this!

Fragrances -Crazylibellule and The Poppies - Dans tes Bras

I don't know how to analyze fragrances (I'll leave that for the experts). I bought 4 of the Crazylibellule perfume sticks and I love 3 of them. This is my favorite (so far). It's a soft scent that is not overly sweet. The fragrance stays close to your skin, I'm sure anyone close to you can detect it, but it doesn't "scream" at everyone when you enter a room. I also like the Encens Mystic (incense) and the one named On Cloud Nine (summer flowers). I thought I'd love Vanilla Lemon Pie, but I can barely smell the lemon and it fades very fast. I'll probably buy more of these - they're inexpensive and fun. (Got them from b-glowing, through Amazon.)

I tried this based on the recommendations. I don't know if it works. However, the smell is so horrible that I'll never use it again. All day long I could detect the smell and it was disgusting. I spent the entire day hoping that no one else noticed. Awful!

Moisturizers -L'Oreal - Revitalift UV [DISCONTINUED]

I tried this product because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I found that it left my skin feeling a little shiny and greasy. It's not terrible, it's just not as good as the Aveeno Positively Ageless moisturizer (spf 30) that I've been using. I tried it for a week, but then returned it to the drugstore. I think that the Aveeno is a superior product (plus it gives more sun protection).

Eye Makeup Remover -Almay - Non-Oily Eye Makeup Remover Pads

I just bought a 3-pack of these at Costco last week. I had been using Almay non-oily eyemakeup remover with cotton pads. This is much better! Removes my eyemakeup quickly and easily and I can clean both eyes with only one pad (by using both sides). Also, no danger of getting eyemakeup remover liquid in my eyes or getting cotton wisps in my eyes. This will also be better for airline travel. Recommended.

Makeup Brushes -Borghese - Kirkland signature for Borghese

I love these brushes. Great quality at a great price! These brushes shed less than the ones I have purchased from Sephora. They are full and soft. A nice brush case is included as well as a brush cleaning solution. I can't imagine why anyone would want to spend more money when they could have all the brushes anyone could need for only $22.

Lotions/ Creams -Alba Botanica - Very Emollient body lotion Unscented

This is one of my two favorite body lotions - in the unscented version. Every winter my skin becomes extremely dry and itchy and this lotion works wonders ... and I've tried everything. It's also very pleasant to use, unscented, not sticky, and quite soothing. The other lotion that I feel works equally well is Nature's Gate Colloidal Oatmeal moisturizing lotion. I usually buy whichever one is on sale at Wild Oats. Occasionally, TJ Maxx carries the large unscented bottles of Alba Botanica - and then I stock up on them. You can't go wrong with either of these lotions.

Blush -Paula's Choice - Paula's Select Soft Matte Blush ...Healthy Blush [DISCONTINUED]

This is my second favorite blush (after Chanel's blush in Orchid Rose). The color is very natural, it's easy to apply (be careful to apply lightly) and there is no shimmer whatsoever. It's actually quite close in color to the Orchid Rose - just a little more orange and less pink to it, but that difference is not so noticeable when applied lightly. The price is low, so it's a great deal if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Self Tanners -Coppertone - Endless Summer Sunless Tanning Gradual Tan Moisturizing Lotion

This is my favorite self-tanner. Although I don't like the smell, the results are worth it. I was using Dove Energy Glow gradual tanner (because it smells okay), but I noticed that my daughter's legs looked much more evenly tanned than mine. She uses the Coppertone, so I switched. My legs look great now. I use it every day after my shower and rub it on in a circular motion (to avoid streaking).

I decided to try this product after listening to all the hype about it. After using it for a few weeks, I've concluded that there is nothing particularly outstanding about it. It didn't hurt my skin, but it didn't help it either. I prefer the serums made by Paula's Choice (her antioxidant concentrates) or Olay Regenerist to this product. At least Regenerist seems to provide a little moisture for the skin. The Paula's Choice antioxidant concentrates leave your skin feeling very smooth and make a great primer for makeup (especially the mattifying one).

Cleansers -Olay - Daily Facials

I've been using these for years. I buy them at Costco so they are reasonably priced. I use them every night because they remove my makeup completely, but they're very gentle and smell nice. They're also very handy for travel. I just read the suggestion about cutting them in half. Great idea! I'd recommend them to everyone.
