Polishes -Rimmel - Lasting Finish Pro - Steel Grey

I think of all the polishes I own, this is my favorite. I love the color. It's pretty and neutral enough to wear with anything. It's glossy, inexpensive and lasts a lot longer than other, more expensive brands I've tried.
I really love the color of this polish! As stated in the name, the color is a gray like concrete. My nails looked great with two coats. I just wish it lasted longer, I noticed it chipped easily after a day or two. I don't know if it's the polish, or if it's due to me typing all day at work. I think I just need a better top coat.
I also got this mascara as a free gift with purchase. If you are looking for a dramatic effect, this is not the mascara for you. I agree with the previous reviewer, the name is misleading and the mascara doesn't seem to fully coat the brush to get a good application on your lashes. I'm thinking you would have to apply multiple coats to get a better look, which is a waste of time. I do like the tube, but I would not run out and buy this. Ulta should rename the product "barely there mascara."
Conditioner -Suave - Professionals Humectant Conditioner

I got this along with the matching shampoo. I like that it is inexpensive and it smells nice. After I rinse out the conditioner my hair feels quenched. But as the day goes on, I notice that my hair loses volume and starts to go flat. I've determined this conditioner is weighing my hair down, so I doubt I will be purchasing this again.
Inexpensive, lathers well and smells great. A nice shampoo. Nothing unique about it, but it does the job of cleaning my hair.
I have always loved this scent. I finally purchased the roll on since it was only $12.00 at the time (since then, it's gone up in price). It's a very subtley sweet scent. A little floral, a little powdery, with a hint of musk and vanilla. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes it will last nearly all day, and other times it doesn't at all. I love how portable the bottle is. I would definitely buy this again, but I will upgrade to the spray version.
I first tried this gloss at the make up counter at Nordstroms. The lady at the counter suggested this color for me. Personally, I never would have picked this color. It's a light pinkish color. I have fair skin and red hair I don't normally think pink is my color.... But this gloss is awesome. The color is subtle and natural. The gloss doesn't stick and seems to last a long time. The best gloss I've had in a long time in terms of color and quality. It's a no fail lip gloss that is universally flattering. Definitely would buy a again.
I actually like the scent of this foot cream. Kind of a light herbal scent. I have really dry and cracked heels. I used this after I get out of the shower and then put my socks on. It has made a huge difference. My feet are really soft. Also, for added moisture, I mix a little bit of Arbonne's skin conditioning oil with the foot cream. Makes my feet even more soft.
I got this eye cream as a gift from my Arbonne consultant. I have been struggling with fine lines around my eyes for a while now, and I have used many types of eye cream from all brands and all prices. This eye cream is by far the best I have ever used. After a week of using this, I could definitely see a difference. It's very hydrating and has a light citrus scent that I really like. I would totally recommend this product.
Lotions/ Creams -Curel - Ultra Healing Daily Moisture Therapy Lotion

This winter ,my skin was a lot dryer than usual, to the point where it was getting really itchy and flaky. I tried different lotions, but they didn't do the job. Then I found Curel's Ultra Healing lotion at Walmart and thought I would give it a try. I love it. I love the way it glides on the skin and the subtle scent. Best of all, it actually hyrdated my skin to the point where the itchiness and flakes disapeared. The best lotion I've tried in a long time. My fiance loves it too. I would definitely buy again.
On the plus side, this product doesn't dry out my skin, and my skin feels clean after I use it. However, it doesn't do anything to clear up acne. I am still breaking out like I was before the acne wash. I will never buy this again. Save your money, there are better products out there.
I've been using this product for a little over a month now. I definitely see an improvement in my skin. It's softer, smoother, and I do see a little bit of a glow! I especially like that it removes the flaky skin on the sides of my nose..probably the ONLY thing that has worked so far for those stubborn flakes. The product is easy to use, and although a little expensive ($35 roughly at Target) it does last for quite a while, so I believe I'm getting my moneys' worth. It' doesn't aggravate my sensitive skin and it smells really good! Definitely will purchase again. May not even use an additional exfoiliator since this works so well. Bye-bye flaky skin!
Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - Crystal Infinite Sparkling Creme Shadow
rileycat 5/1/2005 1:07:00 PM
I purchased my Crystal Infinite in "Smoky Topaz" which is a sparkling tawny/taupe color. It's a pretty color that makes my blue eyes pop, when I can actually get the shadow on my lids anyway! The packaging SUCKS. I just don't get it. The applicator is flat and curved funny. It's nearly impossible to get a good coat on the applicator to apply it on your lids. And when you do manage to get it on your lids, the applicator won't blend the shadow properly and it looks weird, hence applying it with your fingers. I really want to love this product. The creme consistency makes it easy to blend, and the color does seem to stay put throughout the day. But L'Oreal should really rethink the packaging. A better applicator... something! It's not cost effective because you end up not using half the product since it's stuck in the bottle. I would buy this product again, ONLY if the packaging was different. I really think that if consumers could get more product out of the bottle, it could be one of L'Oreal's best sellers. Until then, the review will have to be mediocore at best.
Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Visibly Firm Night Cream with Copper
rileycat 3/28/2005 12:48:00 AM
After about a week of use, I did notice that my skin seemed smoother. The "new" smoother skin made my makeup look better. Other than that, I didn't see much difference in my skin otherwise. But then again, I often forget to put in on at night, so my results are a bit inconsistant. But yay for smooth skin!
I've used this as my primary body lotion for a few years now. I think it especially works well right after you get out of the shower...the moisture from the shower seems to seal in the lotion more. I also add a little vaseline with this lotion on those days when skin feels especially dry. It works really well. It's inexpensive and the bottle lasts for a long time. A definite recommend!
