I have 2b hair and this product really makes a difference in bringing out my waves (which tend to be shy). Works very well in coaxing and softly holding curls/waves. Unfortunately it smells like Skittles - way too sickly sweet. Also, spraying it onto my hands and using it like a serum doesn't work for me - I have to actually spray a decent amount onto my hair for it to work. However, it feels sticky on my skin and face and can make me break out if it use too much. I'm on the lookout for something that brings out my waves just as well as this product does without the many drawbacks. I just haven't found it yet.

Blush -Clinique - Touch blush in Spiced Kiss

This is my favorite of the mousse blush formulations. I'm a GGG with combo skin in winter and oily in summer. This is the best blush for the summer because it gives me a healthy bronzy-peachy glow and dries down to an almost powdery finish. The teeny sparkles are an added pretty bonus. I also love Petal Cream for more of a pinky glow. Wonderful price, one little pot has lasted me forever (without drying), excellent product. I'm glad that Clinique brought these back. One of the smartest things they've ever done

Eye Shadow -Lancome - Colour Dose - Bungalow Berry

It's not a secret that I'm a huge fan of Lancome Color Doses. The pigmentation of these cream shadows are spectacular and the staying power is extraordinary - even on my super oily lids. So when I received Bungalow Berry in a swap - I was pleased to not be disappointed. As always - magnificent pigmentation and texture. On my GGG skin, it shows up more purpley with a hint of rose with gorgeous fine gold shimmer. As with all the color doses, the trick to good, even application is to use a good concealer-like brush. MAC 242 words great. Love Love Love my color doses!

Lipstick -Clinique - Long Last Soft Shine - Amberglass

MY HG red-brown (brickish) l/s. I'm a GGG and "true-reds" look really hideous on me since I'm so warm. This is a perfect red for me. Very soft texture, slight flecks of shine for multidimensional color and great staying power! No taste/flavor and you gotta love the $13.50 Clinique price. Will probably repurchase forever!

Blush -Paula Dorf - Cheek Color Creams

I adore the texture of Paula Dorf cream blushes on my skin so much I have 5 of them! They are a drier sort of cream blush that leaves a dewy, natural finish - not as dry as Dior So Cheek but not as greasy feeling as Stila CCs. Feels good on combo skin like mine and has NEVER made my acne prone skin break out. love, love, love

Blush -Paula Dorf - Candy Apple Cheek Color Cream

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! I LOVE this color on my GGG skin. Although it looks very dark in the pot, it gives a very natural rosy flush - letting a bit of my skin show through. I adore the texture of Paula Dorf cream blushes on my skin. They are a drier sort of cream blush that leaves a dewy finish - not as dry as Dior So Cheek but not as greasy feeling as Stila CCs.

Eye Shadow -MAC - ShadeStick in Gentle Lentil

(GGG) Although I like the color of Gentle Lentil and the staying power is pretty good, I found my shadestick to be much less creamy than the testers at MAC. It pulls at my lid - making it hard to apply. I don't want to have to heat my mu for it to work nicely. I don't think I'll be getting any other shades.

Eye Shadow -Lancome - Colour Dose - Maupiti

I'm a GGG and I tend to shy away from bright colors. BUT one look at this gorgeous, vibrant turquoise and I had to have it! It's a shimmery cream e/s with green/gold tones. Beautiful as a liner or lid color. Use a concealer brush for the most control. Dries to a powdery, creaseproof finish. This is an LE color dose - so run out and buy it while you can!

Eye Shadow -Bobbi Brown - Shimmer Wash Shadow in Stone

This is my HG "taupey" e/s. It looks very cool in the pot until you put it next to a real taupey-silver e/s and then you can see the hint of brown warmth in Stone. It is a complex color that can be pulled off by warm people. Like all BB shimmerwash e/s, the pigment and texture is wonderful and the shimmer is never glittery or OTT. I love this shade so much, I wore it on my wedding day. I am a GGG Filipino with black/brown eyes and dk. brown hair.

Lip Gloss -Bobbi Brown - Fudge gloss

Fudge is this GGG's HG reddish brown l/g. I LOVE red lips and this is the gloss I apply over red l/s. I like to pair it with Bobbi's Clove l/s although it's also beautiful on it's own. And because BB l/g are very sticky - the staying power is really great. Unfortunately, this color was suddenly discontinued. Shame on Bobbi! I was told that it will be replaced with something close. All I have to say is that the replacement better be darn good!

Lip Gloss -Bobbi Brown - Creamy Color Gloss - Nectarine

I wanted this to be my summer l/g and thought that an orangey color would look great on my GGG skintone. Unfortunately, this is a very very orange l/g! And the opacity of the creamy l/g means that the color applies very true -basically meaning that the l/g is orange coming out of the tube and is no less orange on your lips. Even my tanned skin couldn't pull this one off.

I really like these creamy l/g and prefer them to Bobbi's regular l/g. he creamy l/g is more opaque and gives more color payoff, is less sticky, and has a pleasant grapefruit taste/smell. The bonus is that this l/g almost leaves a stain on the lips - the color stays true for hours. I can see why other reviewers may dislike this product. This is more like NARS lipgloss stains - the opacity is a plus for me because I am a GGG and I like lip products to cover the purplish pigment in my lips. It does a wonderful job at doing this but conditions my lips better than lipsticks. Mauve and Caramel are my favorites. Although you may think that there is little difference in the colors when walking by the counter, you really need to open the tubes and swipe them to see the differences.

GGG, combo skin. This is my second favorite shimmerbrick after the Beige. Not much color at all is deposited but it gives me a really cool, sexy "wet look" on my GGG skin. So it's good for an effect (kinda like in magazines where the skin has a healthy sheen). Can also be used as e/s. The shine is not glittery at all, not OTT. I *always* get a random compliment about my "flawless" skin when I wear this or the bronze shimmerbrick.

Liquid -La Prairie - Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation SPF15

After years of searching, I've found my HG!! I'm a GGG and Mocha matches me perfectly. And I mean perfectly - no having to mix anything into my foundation to get it to suit my complexion. This foundation is worth every penny of the $150 it costs (hint -get it during a Saks sale!) This foundation makes me looks absolutely flawless and glowy but still controls my oilies (amazing feat for a cream foundation). A little offers a lot of coverage without feeling heavy. If it feels heavy - you used too much and you don't need to b/c this is stuff has really good coverage. THIS IS THE ONLY FOUNDATION THAT HAS EVER MADE MY SKIN BETTER! My skin feels super soft after I remove it. Another PLUS - it comes with it's own matching concealer in the cap and an excellent concealer brush. The concealer is rich, really covers, doesn't budge, and doesn't settle into lines. I would definitely repurchase! Over and over again
