Not spetacular, but worth it. It controls oily skin and I can feel my pores smaller. Yet, I believe there's something better in the market.

Great mascara for the price. No clumps, big brush... I would totally buy it again. I use eyelash curler before it, the results are great!

I'm MAC NC20 (actually, I wish the foundation was lmore of a neutral one, I'm not exactly yellow ) and this blush became one of my favorites. Gives me a vivid, healthy look without exagerating. Good for day-by-day use.

Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Karma soap

Oh, Lush... 18 stores closed in Brazil. How can I get my favorite soap now? I simply love the way it fixes the scent in my skin for a looong time, unlike most regular (and even expensive soaps). I would buy forever (although it's a bit pricey) - that's how much I love it.

No clumps, that's for sure. Different, nice, cute. But it doesn't give any volume/lenght at all: it just define the eyelashes. I was definitely looking for something more... ambitious.

One of my favorites. Not for my everyday use, though. Very pigmented, a mix of blue and green in a very dark way. Good to try smokey eyes.

I'm still trying to find my perfect mascara. Diorshow Iconic seemed VERY promising, but I would just say it's a good mascara and does a good job. The problem is that I can get similar effects with much cheaper ones. I was so disappointing; everybody I knew was telling how wonderful it was... ... not for me.

I'm such a fan of Matt Lovely, I thought this one would do something for me. Nothing. It's like I'm wearing sunscreen: my face gets a bit sticky and it covers absolutely nothing. Disappointing.

Foundations -Bourjois - Matt Lovely

I know many people don't like this foundation, but I liked it very much even compared to some pricey foundations I've been testing. It's very liquid, some people complain it's too oily but I have to say: I have combined skin and suffered from acne spots during my teenage years, so I avoid oily products. Plus, I live in Rio, Brazil, and yes, when it's too hot (like, you know, 11 months/year), it can melt easily. I use a good powder after this foundation, it's a must-do. I don't know how it would behave in cool, dry places, but I believe it would be even better. About the texture: it's liquid but it has an amazing coverage for me. The weirdest thing is that I'm an NC20-25 (I'll never find out, I gave up) and I bought Rosé Claire. It gives me an amazing skin tone. I just think people with very fair complexion (like Cate Blanchet, Evan Rachel Wood etc) would have problems finding a good color. Overall, I recommend it.

When I got this brush in my mailbox, I couldn't believe. It's really tiny, and gave me a feeling of weirdeness and cuteness at the same time. I was in love. It's a good brush for applying shadow in a very specific spot, but I only use it as an "eyeliner" brush when I decide to apply my colorful pigments close to my eyelashes. For this price, why not? And believe me, it's GOOD!

Blush -Everyday Minerals - Weekend Getaway

Wow, I LOVE this blush. It's probably the most natural color I've used, yet it's pigmented and lasts for many many hours! It's the ultimate matte blush for me, and the color is sort of a dusty light-medium pink. It gives you a pinkish hue. When you see the package, looks like it's not gonna put any color to your cheeks, but it does! Since Everyday Minerals no longer ships to Brazil, I feel like an orphan for not having this blush anymore. All in all, it was totally worth it!

Misc Beauty Tools -Shu Uemura - Eyelash Curler

Eye curler is a must-have for me because I have full, but flat eyelashes. I can't use mascara without an eyecurler because my lashes don't curl even with the greatest mascara. Before Shu, I tried just a simple drugstore brand and it was terrible. Shu Uemura curler is really good, although sometimes I have problems with my final lashes, it's like the curler is "too short" for all of them to fit into that space. Overall, it does a great job simply because it curls. Oh, and it doesn't pinch, which is a bonus.

Concealers -Everyday Minerals - Multi-tasking Concealer

I bought this more than a year ago, and I simply loved this concealer. The color matches beautifully my skin tone. I'm something between NC20 and NC25, although I feel I'm a neutral - neither rosy nor yellow: just pale. For me, it's better when used only on my eye circles (they're not too dark), and it doesn't show my expression lines. For ocasional pimples, I'd go with a regular creamy concealer. My only complaint is that Everyday Minerals no longer ships to Brazil, so it's hard to buy their products again.
