This palette is perfect for someone that doesn't want super dark pigments.. like those with light skin tones and us older beauties. The cards are helpful but if you like experimenting, the colors are all compatible with each other. I like to use the darker colors with a wet brush for an eyeliner but they are also very nice and not too dark for the crease area. The two bottom left large pans are beautiful base colors that can be used by themselves for a "no makeup" look! The only downfall is that they can be messy when applying if you dont tap your brush; some will fall on your cheek. I just hold a tissue below my eye when applying.

Self Tanners -L'Oreal - Sublime Bronze Clear Self-Tanning Gel

Its seems that you either love it or you hate it. It may have something to do with they way it is applied. It works great for me and is the best self tanner that I have ever used (I have used many). It never streaks, it never leaves spots, and it never over tans my knees or ankles. Here is how I use it: Every other day after I am completely dry after my shower I spray it into my hand, rub my hands together and quickly apply it because it drys fast. I have a system to make sure that I don't put too much on. I use 6 pumps in my hands for each calf and then I get my feet when I don't feel much left on my hands; 9 pumps in my hands for each thigh and then I get my knees when I don't feel much left on my hands; 4 pumps each for my arms; 6 pumps for my chest and shoulders; 6 pumps for my belly and I have someone help me with my back. I never put it on before bed and I never wear white after putting it on. I save my whites for the next day since I only put it on every other day. If you go in the water for a long time, be careful not to rub or scratch your skin because it will take it off.. just like a scrub.

This is the most beautiful subdued blue grey color. Perfect for light skin and for a sophisticated look for older women. The consistency is opague enough for one coat but looks better with two coats. Better buy it quick though because it was on clearance at Ulta when I bought it.

I put this on an hour before going to the beach - twice. It is not sticky or wet feeling; it leaves a nice smooth dry feel. It doesn't take long to dry before putting clothes on; maybe 15 minutes. The bronzing is very gradual and applied evenly, didn't leave streaks. Best of all, it protected me well from getting a sunburn when I was in the sun for about 3 hours; I didn't go in the water though. I got a little tan and no burn which is great for a fair skinned girl like me.

Fragrances -Avon - Today

I have been using this fragrance for a year now and I love it; I get sooooo many compliments on it. I don't like any other Avon fragrances and usually spend a lot more money on perfume; I am very picky about what I use. There is something about this that men love. I have had men stop me and ask me what perfume I was wearing. The bottle is a beautiful contemporary square. I gave a bottle to a work associate and she told me that men are now asking her what perfume she is wearing. It is a light floral that is not sweet. I don't smell it on myself after about 1/2 hour but other people can smell it. The lotion is equally as nice.
