Lotions/ Creams -Burt's Bees - Beeswax & Banana Hand Creme

It felt like I was rubbing tallow on myself, husband compared it to putty. It's smells weird, slightly sour. I can't get over the awful texture and smell.
I don't love this. But my husband does and he got this and Flowerbomb for me for Valentine's Day. I hate Flowerbomb so that graciously got returned, as I convinced him I only needed one perfume for Valentine's Day. This is a very sweet fragrance, uncomplicated, it smells like vanilla and sugar. It reminds me of Luv's Baby Soft. It's not my thing. BUT, again, the husband really likes it. So I wear it for him. I put away my Black Orchid, since today marks the change from winter to spring, and I'll smell like a vanilla scented candle until winter returns. Edited: I used it 3 times, 3 days in a row, and now I have a blistered raised rash on my neck and left wrist where I sprayed the product. I am generally not sensitive to any products, have no environmental allergies, and am tolerant of just about everything, so to have a breakout from a perfume is incredibly weird. The lady at Nordstrom said it might be from the vanilla, but I've never had a reaction to Vanilla before. Hat's off to nordstrom for taking it back with no complaint. Now I'm just waiting for the rash to go away.
It takes a few sprays to get makeup off the brush, but it does work and leaves my brushes cleaner. I spray twice on the brush, twice on a paper towel, then rub the brush on the towel. I like that I'm reducing bacteria and I hope decreasing acne.

Got this in a sephora buxom goodie 500 perk set. Not impressed. I used it as liner, it went on streaky, I tried to smudge but it made a mess. I had to go over it with shadow to smooth and set it. It makes my eyelids itch and I'm usually not reactive to makeup at all. It has a little sparkle. The product was falling out of the stick before I used it. I wouldn't buy it.
Misc Beauty Tools -Sephora - Purifying Brush Shampoo

It seems people don't like this because it doesn't suds up much. I use no sulfate shampoo for my hair, which also doesn't suds, so I'm using to getting a clean without the bubbles. I thought it worked fairly well. I admit I'm lazy and didn't wash my brushes for a long time, and then I started breaking out (or maybe its pregnancy, who knows, but something is making me have cystic acne again). I had to do a deep cleaning on my brushes, and it did take more shampoo and I had to wash/rinse a few times for some of them, but again, there was a lot of build up. And it even got the dried gel liner off. The brushes dried well, not crunchy. My only gripe is the pump mechanism feels very stiff and doesn't dispense much each pump.
It's very expensive and I don't find my curls to be less frizzy or more manageable with it. I have to use a lot of product for the patetented shake and rake application, and it really seems to make no difference in how my hair looks or feels.
Much more affordable than BE Mineral Veil, but I don't like it as much. I'm very pale, NW20, and it still shows as a white powder on my skin. It doesn't settle and blend very well, and it seems to really collect around my nose, whether I'm wearing primer, foundation or just sunscreen. I tried it out, but I really don't love it and I'll pay a gazillion dollars more for mineral veil. If I was on a budget, I guess it would be ok, but with older skin, it's worth it to me to buy a product that works better for me.
Weird smell that went away quickly. I don't find it any better than my Trader Joe's face soap. I wouldn't buy it again.
I have dry skin, never oily, and this felt like an oil slick on my face. Even an hour later I was wiping it off and it left greasy smears on the pillow. Sure, it works as a moisturizer, but it felt too gross to use again.
I love the big top/handle, so it's easy to hold and apply. I found 2 coats weren't enough for opaque coverage, had to do 3 full coats and top coat. Chips a little easier than Opi. It's a pretty color, good for autumn, but I don't think I'd buy it again.
A steal for 12 bucks at Nordstrom Rack. I may have to go back and get more this weekend for when these run out. I'm going to use sin, juju, and rehab all the time. Delinquent may see some play as a liner, but it's way to dark and sparkly for me to wear as an eyeshadow, unless I go over it with a really light purple to wash it out. Clash wont get used, except as a very occasional liner for days I'm not working, it's just too blue and bright. It reminds me of the 70's. Still, a solid set and introduction into the 24/7 shadow line.
I love the 24/7 liners. They last forever both on my eye and longevity of each pencil. I'm still working on some I got a few years ago. I don't buy them individually, I wait until a set of colors goes on sale. I got 5 pencils for under 20 bucks at Nordstrom Rack. For less than 4 bucks a pencil, it's a steal, even though I wont use the bright blue pencil much. I use red and pink eyeshadow frequently, so I'm glad this bright pink liner came in the set. It looks awesome as an under the eye liner, it's not jarring, it's rather subtle especially when paired with a black upper liner. The quality is always great on the 24/7s. I really like this color and I imagine I'll still be using it a year from now.

This is a great color. It works as a highlighter, neutral lid color, or liner, especially under the eye to brighten and make me look more awake. It is easy to work with, creamy, and I can lighten it if I smudge with my fingers, or just draw it on and leave it alone for a finer line. It is just like the color in the powder shadow, but creamier and a little more sheer. It's gorgeous.

I got this in a set, 5 colors for 12 dollars, couldn't say no! I like the formulation of this product, it went on super smooth and is long lasting. I do not like this color. It's too sparkly and dark, especially for work. I tried swiping a lighter matte purple over it, to tone it down, it helped a little. I think I'll like the other, more neutral colors in the set better. I may just use this as a liner, although its too big and stubby to do that easily.
Mascara -Make Up For Ever - Smoky Lash Extra Black Mascara

This may be my HG mascara. Great volume and length, easy to apply, very little flaking, and it looks awesome. I didn't need a lash brush, it went on without clumping and no spider lashes. I will likely get this again.
