Polishes -Revlon - Peach Smoothie

This is a really lovely pale peach with gold shimmer.Its a really great shade for summer. I do have a bunch of problems with this color though. The formula sucks. It is very difficult to apply evenly because it is so finicky. It takes a while to dry and while it is pretty opaque, it is uneven and streaky and you need about 3 coats to get it even. Also, I wish the gold shimmer was more pronounced when it was dry. I'm currently looking for a dupe of this shade, a dupe that doesn't have as terrible of a formula. Its only redeeming factor is the pretty, unique color.

Mascara -Estee Lauder - Sumptuous

This is one of the best mascaras I have ever used. It lengthens and volumizes my short, sparse lashes without clumping even when I have three coats on. It's really good because I don't have to use falsies as often. The only problem is that it is a bit on the pricey side.

I have had bad experiences with drugstore foundation in the past but I decided to give this one a shot. It's OK. Not the greatest. I wish it had a pump and not an open top. It does have full coverage but it does tend to dry really quickly making it really hard to blend. You have to use this very sparingly or else you just bought yourself a ticket to cake city. It does tend to stay on a long while and I like the finish it gives. I actually tried Photoready and in my opinion, that was the better foundation. I mix this with moisturizer now but I wouldn't use this as a foundation.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

It's got the cheesiest packaging but it's still an OK product. There are much worse mascara's out there but there are many better ones. Mascaras have always been hit or miss with me but this particular one works... sometimes. I have blond lashes so it helps them appear more visible. I have had issues with flaking in the past and it does clump if you add more than 2 coats. The tubes seems to dry out quickly. I usually wear brown for casual looks. I would not use the waterproof version nor would I use it for nighttime looks. Not the greatest mascara but it will do for my purposes. It's also really really cheap.
