I think the quality of this set is pretty good, especially for a set. I mean, lord knows those things lean towards the "I shoulda' wiped my butt with the $20 I spent on this because I sure as hell am not using that crap on my face more than once!" side of things. Anywho, if you like Lorac's eyeshadows, etc. you will like this set. The pigmentation is pretty good, and when I've used them with urban decay primer potion they have lasted really well (read: perfect at the end of the day). I love the variety of colors, both on the cool and the warm sides of the color spectrum, though on my skin the blushes are a smidge intense, but I am extremely pasty, so that could just be me. I would have given this all 5 lippies if the dang thing had had better packaging. It is so irritating trying to use the center and bottom trays because they swing to the side to open, and there's nothing in place to stop or catch the trays on to keep them from swinging back into the starting position while you are mid sweep on an eyeshadow. Very annoying. Also the brushes are crap, but obviously, that's to be expected. Overall, I think it's a great bargain. It's got lots of variety both in color and texture (about half the shades are matte, the other half shimmers), and you really can't beat the quality for the price. Plus, it's a natural brand, so if that is something that influences your purchasing, consider yourself influenced.

Lip Gloss -LORAC - Tie Dye For Lipgloss set
rated 5 of 5

My husband bought me this set for Christmas, and I love it! The colors are actually surprisingly apparent. It seems like glosses are often so sheer there is little point in having more than one, as they all end up looking the same, but these have decent coverage without the drawbacks of lipstick (creasing, fading, etc). I like that they are buildable, you can go from semi-sheer to fairly dark. All of the colors were flattering (I have fair, ok... ghostly white, skin). The glosses all seemed pretty moisturizing and I didn't have to apply them a million times, though, obviously, since it's gloss I did have to reapply throughout the day. I will warn that these are not like the Lorac 3d glosses. They are not super glittery/sparkly. They are shiny, but not in the to-the-max way the 3d ones are. The price is extremely reasonable, given the large size of the tubes and the fact that they usually cost about the same for one of these glosses as this entire set costs!
