Concealers -Rimmel - Match Perfection Concealer

I found this product reseaching on MA. It does the trick, but I prefer a heavier consistency. I got it in the lightest shade, and it works well with my light Asian skin tone. I don't have any problems with the tube packaging, I actually like it. I use to use Clinque, and the clicker was a pain. All in all, it's pretty good for the price and doesn't break me out and covers moderately well.

Powder -Palladio - Wet/Dry foundation
rated 5 of 5

I wanted to use this product for a little bit before I gave a review to see what it could do for me. I love it! It's officially my new powder. You can just tell its non-comedogenic and made with fine, natural products. It never breaks me out, and isn't cakey. One complaint I have is at Sally's, it's hard to test our your color. At the store, the colors all looked very similar which was odd. Finally, I settled on Cypress beige 402 and it works perfect for me and blends in my Asian skin! For around $10, you really can't beat it and I'm recommending it to all my friends.

Concealers -Clinique - Airbrush Concealer
rated 4 of 5

This was the first concealer I ever really used. I was really pleased with it, because the packaging is really hygienic. I mainly use it to cover red spots from acne scars. I like the consistency, while it's dry, it definitely covers the red areas. It doesn't break me out, and lasts all day.

Moisturizers -Olay - Active Hydrating Beauty Fluid - Oil Free
rated 3 of 5
racheroonie 11/15/2012 1:03:00 AM

During the winter time, my sky gets really dry and flaky, so I need something a little more moisturizing and on the heavier side. Yes, I get oily right away, but I'm okay with it by myself at night because I'd rather my skin be replenished a bit at night. I wouldn't put this on during the day though. Maybe just a tiny teeny dab. I actually like the smell of Olay. I wouldn't call it my HG moisturizer.

Eye Primer -E.L.F. - Eyelid Primer
rated 5 of 5
racheroonie 3/20/2012 3:23:00 AM

Greatttt stuff for an amazing price! I love ELF products... I wish my Target carried the whole line. This product reminds me of Urban Decay's potion primer, but a less concentrated version. For the price, I really can't complain. The stay on power is pretty good, and I can't notice a difference so far from this eye lid primer and other expensive versions. Save your money and buy this!

Eyeliner -Urban Decay - 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil Perversion
rated 5 of 5
racheroonie 2/18/2012 3:19:00 AM

Sweet pencil eye liner! Was recommended by a Sephora rep... (they really do give good advice) She advised to draw it on, and let it dry for a few seconds or so. This was odd to me, it also seemed like liquid eye liner. It goes on silky smooth. With most cheap pencil eye liners, I have to go back on the lid to get the color on bolder. With this pencil, I glide it on my lower lid, water line, it goes on smooth and easy. I wouldn't say its waterproof. I think lasting power is like 3 hours. I have yet to find an all day lasting pencil eye liner. I really like this one though!

Eye Shadow -LORAC - Eyeshadow in Taupe
rated 4 of 5
racheroonie 2/15/2012 2:26:00 AM

I believe this is a staple taupe! I got this years ago, and always left it on the back burner. However, I used it a lot so much it's completely gone! Not sure if the color is still in stores, but it's great for daily everyday use. I think taupe is one of the best eye shadow colors that are so vesatile for everybody.

Eye Shadow -Sonia Kashuk - Instructional Eye on Neutral Palette
rated 4 of 5
racheroonie 2/15/2012 2:22:00 AM

This palette covers a pretty good range of matte neutral colors. It's a good smokey eye palette, or natural eye. I think the shadows are really pigmented and goes well on eye lids. I kind of wish there was a shimmer beige in there. I really like the light to dark browns, they also work well on the eyebrows. The instruction was a little confusing to me at first because you have to figure how to pull it out of the palette like a little game. I think its really good quality, but the colors almost seem just a tad off.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Brightening Eyeliner
rated 2 of 5
racheroonie 2/10/2012 11:00:00 PM

Well... I can't be so disappointed in this product. It was so cheap. I really wanted it to work, but it didn't stay on my waterline well or below the lids. And, the cap is retarded because once you pull it off, it won't even stay back on.

Blush -E.L.F. - Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder
rated 5 of 5
racheroonie 2/8/2012 1:09:00 AM

I think all reviewers should take into consideration the price of this product and the quality for the price. When I saw this item at Target, I immediately thought of Nars Orgasm and Laguna. It pretty much is a cheaper alternative. I think the bronzer is gorgeous, and the pink blush is so sweet. For the price and quality, you can't beat it. These colors pretty much go with any color eyeshadow and lipstick. I like wearing the two colors together. The bronzer on the lower part of the cheek, and the pink on the apple of the cheek. So pretty! Really like the E.L.F. products!

Moisturizers -Clinique - Even Better Skin Tone Correcting Moisturizer SPF 20
rated 4 of 5
racheroonie 2/7/2012 10:20:00 PM

I am really pleased with this product! My girlfriend gave it to me as a sample and I was skeptical at first. I haven't used Clinique products much, but this one is definitely good for me. It has a mattifying quality, and not too moisturizing for sensitive/oily skin. I do feel like it took away a bit of my face's imperfections. Didn't make me break out, which is an important factor. Good moisturizer.

Loose Powders -Make Up For Ever - microfinishing powder
rated 5 of 5
racheroonie 2/7/2012 10:18:00 PM

Probably one of Make Up For Ever's best products! I can really rely on this product to mattify my skin and finish the makeup. I've had it forever, a little goes a long ways. It's definitely an HG item... Goes amazingly with the primer, concealer, and foundation.

Primer/ Corrector -Make Up For Ever - HD Microperfecting Primer in 5 Blue
rated 4 of 5
racheroonie 2/7/2012 10:14:00 PM

This was definitely interesting... The Sephora girl recommended it for me for the small imperfections on my face. A little goes along ways! I had a spray tan the previous day and my face was dreadfully orange. I applied this blue primer all over my face and it instantly went away. That's how powerful it is at covering up color! Yes, it definitely made me look more ashey and toned down. So a little will go along ways. I do feel its great for controlling shine and mattifying the skin, which is #1 for me.

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - HD Concealer
rated 5 of 5
racheroonie 2/7/2012 10:12:00 PM

Really pleased with this concealer. I never use to use concealer, but even my friend was amazed at how great it covered up imperfections. The conealer itself goes wonderfully with the primer, foundation, and microfinish powder. I definitely recommend using it as a set for the best effect. It is definitely pricey, but a little goes along way!

Foundations -Make Up For Ever - HD High Definition Foundation
rated 4 of 5
racheroonie 2/7/2012 10:10:00 PM

I initially was skeptical about this product. My skin is very sensitive and has only shown to do well with one foundation- Almay's TLC. I tried this with the help of a helpful Sephora girl. The liquid is light, creamy and smooth, and goes on easily. The coverage is medium-to heavy. It goes well with the concealer and Microfinish powder. I definitely would recommend using the primer, concealer, foundation, and microfinish powder for the best effect. It creates a flawless finish. This foundation never makes me break out, but could be a little oily for oilier skins. The packaging is amazing, but the product itself is definitely pricey. You're looking at over $100 for the set. To me, good make-up is well worth the money.
