The first time I used this product, it made me completely streaky/blotchy and orange and the smell was absolutely horrid the morning I woke up. I had exspholiated and moisturized prior to applying, so I knew it wasn't an application issue. A few months later I decided to try it again, but this time I decided to mix it half and half with a moisturizing lotion instead. I still experiences some streaks but overall my tan was even and there was a noticeable difference in the color overnight. I would definitely recommend mixing it with a lotion because otherwise there will be streaks, orange and the smell will be twice as harsh.
