Lipstick -100 Percent Pure - Lip Glaze

Nervous to go crazy before I tried one, I bought lychee last month. I am 16 but do not like light pinks - they just don't look good on me. My fav daily lipstick is Mattesse Mocha Ice, and this is a bit more reddish version of it. Plus it's matte. That's good though; I like to vary anywho! It's incredibly buildable as well! Four lippies for price :/ Except.. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THE PACKAGING LOOKS LIKE A (long) TAMPON? Every time I reach for it, I feel like it's a tampon! It doesn't affect the product though, it's cute and easy to carry, but that was my first impression.

My dad got me three of these on clearance. Two were this Replenishing Lychee flavour. I take excellent care of my normal skin (Murad SUPER cleanser, amish bar soap, aloe vera are the only products I use on my face regularly. The only face makeup I use is paraben free BB cream and baby powder to set it.) I have light acne scarring on my cheeks that I conceal with my BB. I am very skeptical of products like this, but fifty cents made it worth a try. The chemicals also made me apprehensive, seeing as I don't really eat animal products or processed foods. But 360% of Vitamin C and like over 500% of Vit B12 was incredible. When I first opened the bottle, it was so filled to the brim that it overflowed a bit. The taste is bearable and tastes like water, vitamins, and diluted lemon juice. I drank a whole bottle from 3-8pm. The next morning, I did nothing different with my face routine. I noticed the scars' colour had faded and was amazed. They didn't continually fade, probably 'cause I only drank one. I still have two more and will edit this when/if I see more results.

I bought this along with a bright pink shade for fun at a outlet mall. They were like 10/$10 which was amazing! I love this lipstick for daily use. That's a compliment coming from someone who doesn't even wear lipgloss daily. Wish it wasn't discontinued ):

:) Effective! Not sticky Perfect smell Cheap **I assume they used cinnamon oil because the product is completely clear. Makes me wonder what else is in it.. haha

:) Colour I thought would be too dark oxidized perfectly Not orangey at all Excellent coverage Pump! Pleasant smell Not oily or drying One pump=more than enough for almost full coverage Good consistency ): Expensive Long shipping (I live in the US, bought from sasa.com)

Moisturizers -Desert Essence - Jojoba Oil - 100% pure

My skin: (Post Accutane) normal, mild acne scarring on cheeks. AM: Wash face lightly with Amish bar soap. Right after shower while skin is wet massage jojoba into face, lips, neck, and décolletage. PM: Wet face and massage jojoba into face to dissolve makeup. Apply Yes to Cucumbers daily facial moisturizer over oil to dissolve further. Brush teeth. Gently rinse off excess and add a drop more jojoba to moisturize face, lips, neck, and dècolletage. I initially broke out (like three spots, nothing major) when I used this. But every time I change my routine this happens, so it wasn't an irregular reaction. My scarring is fading (YAY!), and my skin is neither dry nor oily. I now have a dewy finish without makeup, and my skin looks great! It works for me, and the value is incredible considering you use literally DROPS a day instead of a big glob.

Self Tanners -Neutrogena - Sunless Tanning Lotion

I am very pale and got the Medium-Dark shade. :) Smells tangy like grapefruit Helps hold LOReal spray tanner (I use as a base) :( Streaky Orangey Not lasting alone **I only apply this to freshly washed skin with very wet hands to sort of "dilute" the product so I don't look orange streaked. Then I use the LOReal spray tanner over it

:) Green good for hiding red Yellow for setting concealer Blue to set white eyeliner Cheap! Goodish packaging :( Can appear powdery/white/ghostly if applied heavy Not sure what to do with the pink/red shade The mirror didn't stick to my compact, but that didn't affect the product

:) Cheap! Smells good :( Can't conceal alone Terrible colour selection **** I figured out how to use this product. I apply a different concealer along with the rest of my makeup. Then to brighten up my eyes and hide any fallout/smudges, I apply it under my eye and set it with ELF's correcting powder, (the yellow shade) and it looks great! Please don't use this alone; it will be ineffective.

:) Length & Volume Lots of product Somewhat cheap Good brush (to de-clump, scrape the spoon part across the open part of the tube) :( Awful smell Clumpy Maybelline tests on animals I wouldn't repurchase because they test on animals, and false lashes are cheaper!

I used to use OPI, but fell in love with Sinful Colors. :) Awesome colors - lots of shimmery Super cheap :D Perfect packaging & brush Pretty long wear Large variety of colors Dries average-quickly :( Some chipping at tips Some colors dry slower than others
