My HG leave in. I have wavy hair that is in long layers ending at my belly button. This product is the reason I've been able to let my hair keep growing this long without breakage or split ends. I only air dry my hair and never use anything but a comb on it until it is fully dry, but I do flat iron it once a week to week and a half. I only wash my hair every 3-4 days & use a little talc powder or dry shampoo if it needs it before then. I originally found this product when my hair was about chest length & I had a lot of split ends. This made it softer and healthier looking automatically. I cut the split ends off and in the years since its amazing how well this product has kept my hair soft, moisturized, and strong. I would have never thought I could let my hair get this long and it actually be healthy. People stop me daily and comment on my hair & ask what I use. As far as how I use it, once I get out of the shower I wrap my head up in one of those microfiber towels thats supposed to soak all the water out & go about my morning rituals. About 5 minutes later I remove the towel and at this point most of the water is out of my hair (it's towel dried without actually rubbing the towel acros the hair vigorously or squeezing on the hair causing split ends and breakage) I comb thru it with a medium tooth comb then squirt 2-3pumps (because of the length) of the ego boost into my hands. I rub them together then smooth them thru my hair from the middle of my neck to the ends. Next I continually comb my hands thru my hair from roots to end over and over til its evenly distributed. I let my hair air dry and it's not greasy or crunchy or anything. You can't tell there's any product in the hair at all. Its just shiny and soft. I would never use it on dry hair since it is a thick product and this would probably give you that greasy effect some people seem to be complaining about. I've been doing this for 3 years now and my hair is amazing.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Pore Refining Cleanser

This is a definite HG product! It is multi-purpose, with the ability to be used as either a cleanser, scrub, or mask. The price is about $7 which is REALLY cheap for a product with both AHAs & BHAs not to mention that a tube lasts for months. It comes in a stand up tube so it's very easy to get the product out even if there isn't much left & great for travel since you don't have to worry about spills like with pump tops. Personally, I noticed a difference almost immediatly. My skin was tighter, softer, my pimples & blackheads cleared up fast, it evened my skin tone out, & even made it glow. I alternate & use this every other nite because AHA/BHAs can be a little much on a daily basis.I use my Nicole Miller cleanser & Almay eye makeup remover pads to remove all my makeup. (you don't want to get this product near your eyes because of the acids, it will definetly burn) I apply about a dime size amount all over my face rubbing in circular motions. I leave it on while I brush my teeth (atleast 2 minutes). Then wash it off with cold water. Afterwards, I put on my Lancome Microlift night cream. Your skin soaks up any night cream/ anti aging products you may have amazingly well after using this cleanser. This stuff keeps my skin clear, toned, and glowing. I will use this product as long as they make it! One Last Tip: This stuff is GREAT if you have KP (keratosis pilaris), those litle bumps on your arms. I scrub it on & leave it while doing the rest of my nightly rituals then wash it off & it has almost completly eraticated these bumps. It works better than anything else I have ever tried hands down.

Skincare - Face -Pro Activ - 3-Step System

After my second child I started to get occasional intermitten acne. (still no more than 5-6 pimples a month at the worst of it) So, I decided to give this a try. It actually irratated my skin and MADE it break out. I only used it once a day becasue of how red & irritated it made my skin & can't imagine using it twice a day like it says to. I also can't see how it could help someone with acne. I had very little if any acne while using it & it irritated my skin, imagine what it would do to someone whose skin was already inflamed from heavy acne. I have also tyried to occasionally use the cream just as a spot treatment when I get the occasional pimple and even when I do that it doesn't help. It just makes the area dry and scaley the next day.I have normal/dry skin but my skin isn't very sensitive at all. This is the only product I can ever think of in my life that has ever broken my skin out. I now use Neutrogena Pore Refining cleanser and it works MUCH better.

Moisturizers -Lancome - Renergie Microlift

This is one of my HG products, but you have to use it properly. It is very rich and a little goes a long way. If you use too much its very easy to get that oil slick feeling or balling up on your hands while trying to rub it in. This said once you get the hang of how much to use (for me it's no more than a dime size for my entire face & then a little more on my neck) this stuff is really great. It firms the skin very well & I noticed an almost instant difference the fist time I used it. I don't use it as my morning mosturizer because of how thick & rich it is, instead I put it on before I go to bed every nite as a firming nite cream. It has made an amazing difference in my skin & keeps my dry skin soft and supple.
