Blush -Dolce & Gabbana - The Blush Luminous Cheek Colour Peach

Such a pretty color. Harder to overdo! Brightens up my face and has not made me breakout so far! I find myself using this as my daily color. It is peachy, slightly pink to me and matte but not flat. I tend to look for non-shimmery blushes. I have have used it on top of the mocha color also. I am LLL warm tone, hazel eyes, med brown hair.

BB Cream -Jane Iredale - Glow Time BB Cream
rated 3 of 5
productjunkie76 5/1/2013 10:54:00 AM

I am basing this review on the samples I received from the Jane Iredale website-received them really quickly too. I got BB1, BB3 and BB5. BB1 is extremely light more on the neutral side, BB3 is slightly cool, BB5 is darker and much more yellow shade. I found the perfect color putting a drop of the BB5 in with a little of the BB1 and mixing. Perfect light warm color. I tried it out yesterday for the first time. It went on great and I set it with powder. Only tried around my chin/mouth area only to see if it would break me out. I thought it would be good but by the end of the day it started to separate and didn't look good. Looked a little chalky in that area. Glad I only got a sample.

Skincare - Face -Nuskin - 180 Cell Renewal Fluid
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 10/5/2012 3:21:00 PM

I just started trying this out on my neck and will eventually try it on my face. It is pretty simple in terms of ingredients and seems to soften my skin. My skin can be sensitive so I am so cautious before trying something out on my face. It comes with a dropper bottle. It is a little expensive. Anyway I like it so far and will keep you posted. I was looking for a light moisturizer and that is what it feels like to me. UPDATE I like it. it seems to exfoliate and make my skin smoother. Can be a little drying if using other exfoliation methods. I really like it and using all over face after my lactic acid toner and finacea.

i have used this concealer for years. for under eyes it works great cause it is somewhat thick and has a little light reflection in it. it blends well also and sinks into skin. i have used it all over my face in the past but wasn't sure(and still not sure) if it contributed to breakouts. it did however give me a flawless skin look. i use the number 2. i have light yellow toned skin. You definitely have to set with powder.

Sunscreen -Unlisted Brand - Cosmedix Reflect Spf 30

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Titanium Dioxide 15%. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Purified Water (Aqua), Polydimethylsiloxane, Dimethylsioxane, Glucose, Glucose Oxidase, Glucose Lactoperoxidase, L-glutathione, L-superoxide-dismutase. REVIEW: Tried it for the first time today and just on my forehead to see if I have a reaction. My skin is combo/sensitive/acne prone. It was a white liquid that you spray into hands first and then pat into the skin but it absorbs really quick and didn't leave a white cast. I am using my cory minerals over it. Also I used my normal lactic acid toner underneath. will update when I've been using for a bit. Got it from dermstore because it was backordered on skincarerx so it was a little expensive and took forever to get to me. Hoping if I like it to be able to order from skincarerx in the future so I can get it discounted. UPDATE 5/1/10 still using all over. seems as if it may need some moisture underneath so I am using my lactic acid toner and then a layer of Derma-life skin care formula underneath. My skin is looking better. maybe it is the antioxidant in it and maybe it is because I am using more tit diox then normal. (before I was using the cory minerals as ss and using ecco bella age antidote day cream around eye area). Still using the ecco bella around eyes. I think you may need to use at least a little powder over this to help with a slight shine. Will continue to use unless I see a reaction. The only issue i am having is that some days with the mineral makeup over it I can see my pores a little too much. My main requirement with a product is that it does not break me out or clog my pores. So far so good.

Treatments -First Aid Beauty - Blemish Eraser
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 11/19/2009 2:44:00 PM

Ok so I just started using this product last night. it seems to only be found on the sephora website right now. It is a 3.5% benzoyl peroxide product. I am testing it out at night so far to spot treat. I like the packaging- pierced it with a needle after cutting off a small portion of the tip so you have a lot of control for how much comes out. Ingredients below look pretty gentle. I have been using Nuetrogena clear pore cleanser mask as a mask every night but haven't used a leave on bp product in awhile so I will update. UPDATE 11/23/09 I am liking it so far- just using it at night to spot treat. hasn't irritated my skin and seems to be helping to clear it up. it is a small tube so i will have to keep it in stock...not sure if they sell it online only or in the store too. I will update again- only been using for a few days so far. UPDATE 11/25 seems very gentle and isn't irritating my skin at all...still like it so far. INGREDIENTS 0.5 oz: Benzoyl Peroxide 3.5%, Water (Aqua), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Bark Extract, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Allyl Methacrylates Crosspolymer, Benzoic Acid, Camellia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract, Chrysanthemum Parthenium (Feverfew) Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Aminomethyl Propanol, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylates Crosspolymer, Disodium EDTA, Caprlyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol

Moisturizers -Ecco Bella - Age Antidote Day Cream Spf15
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 11/9/2008 1:15:00 PM

My skin is combo/sensitive/acne prone and I am currently testing out this product around my eyes. The last product I used around my eyes made them puffy so I am trying to find something w/ a little physical spf that doesn't do that. There is no percentage of titanium dioxide in this product which is weird but since using it this past week around my eyes, they are brighter and less puffy and less dry. I am debating using this on the rest of my face. Still trying to find my perfect routine and so scared to breakout more but I feel like this stuff might be ok. I always thought i was bothered by jojoba oil but maybe I'm not at least around my eyes so far. will update UPDATE 11/14/08 Started using on whole face a few days ago and like it so far- using a homeade lactic acid toner underneath and cory mmu on top- I am praying this doesn't break me out. INGREDIENTS Ingredients: Active Sunscreen: Titanium dioxide. Organic aloe vera, organic sunflower oil, organic jojoba oil, advanced antioxidant complex liposome encapsulated: 5% vitamin E with alpha, beta, delta, gamma, tocopherols and tocotrienols, vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), alpha lipoic acid, carotenoid complex with astaxanthin, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, and zeaxanthin; 1% dimethyl amino ethanol (DMAE), cetyl alcohol (from coconut), caprylic/capric triglycerides, hyaluronic acid, organic extracts of calendula, elder, and chamomile; xanthan gum, essential oils of lavender, rosemary, and geranium; propylparaben, methylparaben (mild preservatives).

Eyes -Ardell - Brow & Lash Growth Accelerator Treatment Gel
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 11/4/2008 11:05:00 AM

I have been using for over a year now i believe and I think this definitely lengthens my lashes and brows although I don't know if it has made them thicker. A couple more brow hairs grew in also in a sparse area. I should also mention that I add a drop of castor oil and a drop of almond oil to the tube to mix it in and occasionally spray the wand with a little alcohol to keep eveything clean. The only problem is the wand doesn't always reach the bottom stuff but it is bendable so you can bend it once and then use it like an angled brush. I only use at night after cleansing before bed and will continue to use. INGREDIENTS Water (aqua), Paeonia Suffruticosa Extract, Panthenol, Polytetrafluoroethylene, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, VP DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer, Polyquaternium 37, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, PPG 1 Trideceth 6, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (Castor), Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, DMDM Hydantoin

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Clear Pore Cleanser Mask
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 9/19/2008 2:52:00 PM

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet. I have been using on and off for a few years now. I used to mix with aspirin but my skin has gotten more sensitive and drier lately. Right now I am washing in the PM with my PC n/o cleanser and then dry my face and then massage in some grapeseed oil for 5-10 min. I then put this mask on top of grapeseed oil and let sit for another 10 min and then rinse. The grapeseed oil seems to help the mask suck things out and also not be as drying as it would normally be.

Liquid -LORAC - Oil-free foundation
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 7/12/2008 8:08:00 PM

My skin is combo/sensitive/acne prone. I like this for what I need it for which is just to lessen the redness, even out my skin tone, and prime skin for my cory minerals. It will not cover dark marks but will definitely lighten them enough that I don't have to wear as much minerals on top. I still like using my cory for the sun protection but cannot seem to use it alone the way i used to because the minerals can be slightly drying. You can layer this also. Anyway it's been a great combo for me for now and is not breaking me out so far- will update when using longer.

Lotions/ Creams -Unlisted Brand - AmLactin 12%
rated 5 of 5
productjunkie76 6/29/2008

This is for the Moisturizing fragrance free cream that comes in a green and white 4.9 oz tube that stands upside down. I am combo/sensitive/acne prone. Lately everything is breaking out my chin/mouth/neck area and I'm not sure what exactly is causing such incredible sensitivity. Anyway I thought I would test this out on my face because besides the sensitive areas being sensitive and irritated, they are also getting drier and pores are clogged. I originally used lac hydrin on my body and liked it but thought that it might break out my face because of the silicone so i thought i'd try this. This is my 3rd night in a row using and it seems to calm my face and the breakouts are healing and smaller so far. I will update when I've been using longer. Anything that makes my lower face less red is great right now though so I just hope this doesn't break me out. Still debating what to use under my cory minerals during the day since everything seems to irritate or break me out and I am tempted to use this but afraid it might be greasy. Will update when I've been using longer. Ingredients Water, Lactic Acid (Neutralized with Ammonium Hydroxide), Light Mineral Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG 100 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Laureth 4, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Methyl, Propylparaben (preservatives), Methylcellulose

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - sensitive skin sunblock spf 30
rated 4 of 5
productjunkie76 6/7/2008 3:17:00 PM

I bought this because my sensitive/combo/acne prone skin cannot seem to tolerate very much and this has NO silicones. I had been using Cory minerals so I knew that I didn't have a problem with titanium dioxide. My skin does not seem to do well with zinc oxide. Anyway I have been using underneath my cory minerals- it definitely will leave a white cast and can be shiny if you don't use something over it. By the end of the day my skin definitley looked shiny but my makeup stayed on ok. The only issue is that I think it may break me out if I use too many days in a row or if it is on for too many hours. Maybe I'm not removing it well- not sure. I use PC normal/oily cleanser. Anyway I decide to use this around my eye area since it does not irritate at all. I use it during the day on my lids and underneath eyes and then put my concealer and powder on top and go. I feel better that at least I am protecting my eyes from the sun and the rest of my face will have to just settle for the cory minerals for now and I will use this occasionally all over. I am not typically in the sun very much anyway. Cory minerals doesn't seem to work well around my eye area so this is a good compromise. I will update when I've been using longer- definitely worth a shot if your skin is sensitive. INGREDIENTS Active Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide (9.1%) Inactive Ingredients: Water, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Neopentyl Glycol Dioctanoate, Glycerin, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Isopropyl C12-15 Pareth-9 Carboxylate, Cetyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Steareth 21, Tocopherol, Calcium Pantothenate, Camellia Oleifera Extract, Panthenol, BHT, Neopentyl Glycol Diisostearate, Aluminum Hydroxide, Iron Hydroxide, Steareth 2, Stearic Acid, Trimethylolpropane Triethylhexanoate, Acrylate/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium EDTA, Carbomer, Butylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Butylparaben, Methylparaben, Isopropylparaben, Isobutylparaben

I love this stuff for when i straighten my hair. It leaves it really soft and smooth and healthy and not greasy. I spray mostly on ends while it is wet and then after I dry it and use my iron and after i spray in hands and put through my ends again. I really love this stuff. UPDATE: 6/29/08 Have been using this stuff for a long time now and still loving it. Just wanted to add that it has made such a difference in making my hair look super healthy when it is straight. I will continue to purchase.
