*aaaaah* angels singing! This is an amazing product. I've always been a very loyal follwer of estee lauder double wear, but this it is something else. I always struggle to find my shade in foundation and when I usually do the foundation will have a nasty tendency to break me out horribly!. I started using this about three months ago and I'm addicted I can't get enough of this foundation, one pump is more than enough to cover my whole face, it goes on sheer but can be built up to a full coverage. It comes with a pump so I'm all smiles. I use the shade amber beige 204.5 and it matches me perfectly, I don't even use powder anymore. Only con is it doesn't cover my dark circles well and I have to layer it but it still looks as though I have perfect skin. I don't feel it on my skin and I find that it masks my pores and lines, and doesn't settle into my under eye or laughter lines. I do find it transfers very quickly and lasts about 8-10 hours and then it starts to fade :(. I also found it works best without a primer and that patting it on with a brush gives a much more radiant finish. I will keep repurchasing this, it costs R440 here in south africa but it's well worth every penny. I wave farewell to my double wear. It hydrates my undereye area perfectly, I suggest everyone try this it truly is the best foundation I've ever come across and also it smells like silk. I rate it 5 out of 5 because its everything I've searched for and more. Now I don't get compliments on my make up but on my skin. After using it repeatedly now, i've started to notice the coverage is becoming a tad bit to sheer for me, but i take a drop ofmy estee lauder double wear and mix it and i get a radiant finish... So I'm updating my review this broke me out like crazy!!!! I checked the ingredients and there's mineral oil, it clogged my pores so badly.

This was my first ever MAC foundation and wow, it has an amazing texture didnt look to heavy on my skin didnt feel heavy at all either. I tried it on and they matched me NC40 and well for summer NC42...both matched well and the NC40 personally was the better one being perfect for my olive skin. So I wore it and after about three hours i noticed my pores were visible and so huge mind you I also used a primer and a pore reduction cream beforehand. Then also I noticed I started to turn orange and slightly red. And whole day I had this weird itching tendency my face literally felt soo itchy and i just wanted to scratch it, it was as if their were things running on my face. Then the evening when i finally removed the product my face was like a screen of pimples you could say I was suffering from ACNE. I will repurchase this product but not wear it very often as after what happend im too afraid. The color was a perfect match but I wont be using this product much. Im so disappointed. I honestly thought this would be the foundation to outdo my EL double wear but it seems none can.

I started using this product a while back and at first it really looked good on my skin but then afterwards it started leaving this tingly feeling on my skin, it has a dewy finish which im really not a fan of. Also it does not last all day and it tends to fade throught the day i would definitely not recommend this product at all if you have oily skin or if you want something that lasts throughout the day. I was impressed by the packaging it's easy convenient and simple...Also after a few days of using this i started to break out so it's a big no no for me...although it did come with a sample of smashbox photo finish primer and i find myself a huge fan of that...

oh my gosh what an amazing product, i was truly amazed at how well tand instantly this product works. I have huge pores and nowadays i find my skin to get very very oily very quickly and i tend to end up looking like a tin man, but ever since i've started using this product my pores have becomes smaller and almost invisible and i find im not so oily anymore. Overall i gave this product a 4 cause i believe it truly does work and not only that it worls quickly for me in my opinion. The price is waaay to expensive, and the packaging well it could be better. the texture of this is somewhere inbetween a liquid and cream to me and it does have a smell...also i found that after using this my skintone has improved dramatically too...either way i would definitely purchase this product again, but i would also seriously consider the price carefully before i buy...

overall this product was not bad, but i find that it tends to get somewhat shimmery and i hate that, also the brush which comes with it tends to be abit rough on my skin...i would buy it again but i would only use it at night...one part about this product that i liked to was that it lasted whole day and didnt come off or rub off on my clothes which i liked, but i wouldnt wear this everyday it just shines way to much for my liking.

honestly i think that estee lauder maximum cover is truly true to it's name, i recently purchased this product and at first i thought oh just another one of those foundations which ses full coverage but isnt, and boy was i shocked...i used just under a drop size and i was absolutely amazed in one complete swipe it covered everything and i didnt even use alot whixh in my case is a very good thing...the only reason it never got 5 for an overall rating from me is because the colour selection sucks im currently using medium deep and it's way to light and the deep obviously being way to dark, i think that there should be more variety in the colour range, this is by far the best foundation i have ever come acroos, it even beats out EL double wear in my opinion...i know it's a hefty price but in terms of usuablity its well worth it so i dont mind at all...i just hope they develope more colours for this specific foundation...

this is by far the worst foundation i have ever used, not only does it rub off on everything i wear but it makes me turn completely red, i start off looking good and within a half an hour im as red as a tomoatoe. I would not recomment this product to anyone, after trying this I have been completely put off maybelline cosmetics, extremely disappointing.

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear (old formula)

I have switched many foundations and often have been let down horribly, but was introduced to estee laudr double wear through a friend at first I was sceptical but nevertheless tried it anyway, i started off with double wear light and was disappointed by it as it didnt provide coverage at all. Then i switched to double wear and I was immediately hooked i try many fouindations and always end up coming back to this one i use this in the colour henna and it is absolutely amazing i apply a primer underneath but after a while had no need to. This truly is an amazing foundation and not only that when i go out at night it makes me look very glamorous...i apply true match super blendable power on top of it just to make it stay in place and it looks amazing, i have very liney eyes and this product came out tops, I would recommend this to anyone. Also living in Cape Town the weather tends to change alot and i find this make up lasts through it all. I don't need any extra's once i have this on and also it now is not a mission for me to apply make up. The selling price is R345,00 but i find it's worth it, because one bottle lasts really long for me and I would rather pay more for quality that lasts long as apposed to something cheap that doesn't even cover properly, and for my skintone this works absolutely amazing...I love estee luader double wear (~^,)
