Lotions/ Creams -Eucerin - Eucerin PLUS Intensive Repair Hand Creme

I love this! I used to love the Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream but I think I have found my new HG hand cream! I love how moisturizing this is! My hands are instantly softer and after a few days my hands aren't rough and dry anymore! I prefer this over the Neutrogena one because the cream itself isnt as sticky. it absorbs well into the skin and doesnt sit on top and doesnt leave anything on my keyboard (lol) It's a little more expensive than the Neutrogena one but another dollar is worth it if it works this well!
I was hoping to like this product so badly! I just finished a couple samples of a Lancome cream. (sorry I forget the name) and I love it, it absorbs well, good under makeup, good scent, the only thing is its about 60 bucks and I dont really want to spend that much so i tried looking for a cheaper alternative. I tried searching for a good moisturizer that wont cost too much and remembered that my mom and my aunts used to use Olay. My aunt (who has great skin with barely any wrinkles for a 47 year old) told me to try this one. I went on MUA to check the reviews and I was convinced! I ran to the nearest Target and bought the smaller bottle. When I got home that night, I went through my usual skincare routine and was excited to finally try it. I put a few dots of it on my face and proceeded to massage it in. First thing i noticed was the scent! Yuck! It smelled like something between a hospital or a diaper, I cant't explain it! I even rubbed some on the back of my hand and asked my BF what he thought of the smell and the first thing he said was Hospital, then he said it smelled like his grandmas retirement home. (So sad) Then I noticed that it didn't feel like it absorbed too well. Almost like it just sat on top of my skin. It didnt feel greasy but it did feel a little sticky. After about almost 10 minutes it finally felt like it wasnt just sitting on top of my face anymore but I could still smell the nasty scent. I'm going to try it one more time under my makeup but I think i'm going to return this. I love that it's under 10 bucks but i think i would much rather pay alot of money to get a better product than cheap out and get something like this.
I love this perfume! Its a light loral scent that makes me feel flirty and sweet. I usually wear this during spring. I suggest trying this out on your skin first and walking around the mall just to try it out because not everyone seems to love it. It just depends on your preference. I suggest asking for a sample and getting the feel of it. A friend of mine told me she loved it on the bottle but not on her skin, so i suggest you try before you buy. As for me, i love it. Its light, and doesnt give me a headache. It smells somewhat sweet but not overpowering like some perfumes.
I cant get enough of this scent! I love both this one and Eau Tendre. This one has more of a fresh scent with a tiny hint of citrus as opposed to Tendre's light floras scent. I use this more for summer, whereas I use Tendre for spring. They both seem to have the same underlying scents, maybe they have the same notes but you get a very different feeling from either one. When I wear this, i feel playful and energetic. When I wear Tendre, I feel Flirty and sweet. I love both perfumes equally. The only thing I hate is that they discontinued the smaller bottle, which sucks because I can never finish a big bottle since i change scents so much.
I dont wear lipstick alot so i dont waste money on 15 dollar lipliners. i have a couple of the NYX lip liners and I love them but I am not a fan of this color. it doesnt go on red like it should. It looks faded no matter how many times i swipe it on. I know it isnt lipstick and i still do put lipstick over it, but I feel like the color should be more pronounced, It ends up looking like my lipstick is bright and pigmented but the edges are faded and dry. It also doesnt hold as well as my NYX lip liners in Bloom and Plum. I dont know. I dont like the packaging because its just there with a cap on, not even a plastic wrap to keep it from being opened. i actually saw someone trying it on her hand and then throwing it back in the pile. I told her she should purchase it and handed it to her, needless to say i got called some inappropriate words but oh well atleast now she knows that what she did was ghetto, I mean it wasnt a tester lady! I wouldnt buy this color again
I LOVE this scent!. I dont have a lot of Bath and Body stuff, I only had a few scents that i liked for a while and eventually got over. (Cucumber melon in 9th grade. Warm Vanilla Sugar a couple years later, then I stopped using Bath and Body works all together.) Then I found this scent! I LOVE IT!! I LOVE IT! (I cannot stress that enough LOL) I bought the regular lotion first, then I found the swirl body lotion and I love it even better. I feel like the swirl lotion lingers beter than the regular one. Also, the smell isnt as strong, but i still smell it on me the next day. its not as shimmery (glittery) as Victorias Secret Shimmer lotions but it has a good amount of glow to it. Not too shimmery, but its still there. I bought three of the Swirl lotions and I'm down to one, and I just found out that they arent selling it on the website anymore. I'm so sad, hopefully i find someone selling it on EBAY so i can stock up before it's gone for good.
I have this in the limited edition Moulin Rouge color. I have medium-sometimes light skin with yelowish undertones and it looks great. Its really a bright red. Not a deep raspberry red but a bright red. It goes on great and glides on smoothly. Doesnt dry out my lips and stays for a good while, I dont have to reapply at all. I would repurchase for sure
Lipstick -Make Up For Ever - Rouge Artist Intense #36

I love this color! Its so bright and playful! I really didn't think I would be able to pull off this color because It was so bright and crazy and I dont really wear LS that much. (I usually just use my dior lipglow) but when i tried this on, i got so many compliments walking around the mall that I just had to head back to sephora and purchase it!. Its glides on great, has great staying power. It also looks smooth on. (I usually exfoliate my lips before I put this on). If you dont think you can pull off a bright color like this one, i suggest trying it on at sephora then walking around the mall to see how you feel about it before purchasing because the color is really bright.
Lipstick -Bare Escentuals - Buxom Big & Healthy Lipstick in Monte Carlo

i love this color! I was looking for another pink lipstick that wasnt as bright as my MUFE 36. I love this! This is my first Buxom LS and I would definitely go back to Sephora and purchase the other colors. it stays on pretty well, I only got the tiniest wear but I didn't have to reapply at all. I love the tingly feeling i get, (although I dont really think it does any plumping) and I love that it works as both a lipliner and LS. I will definitely repurchase! plus its a dollar cheaper than MUFE
Treatments (Eye) -First Aid Beauty - Detox Eye Roller

This product claims to depuff and lighten under eye circles. I'm on my second tube, and although I havent noticed any lightening of the circles, I did notice how great this stuff is on puffiness! I remember watching PS I Love You with my sister one night and cried through out the whole movie, the next day before leaving for school i noticed how puffy my eyes were!! I grabbed the roller, rolled it under my eyes and on my lids and by the time i got to school the puffiness had subsided. I always keep it in my makeup bag just in case. Also, the ball feels cool and refreshing under the eye. Once I even tried tossing it in the fridge before using and it just felt great! It felt like i just took two cucumber slices from the freezer and plopped them on each eye. Great product. It is pricey at sephora though
Tinted Moisturizer -TheBalm - BalmShelter Tinted Moisturizer

This is my HG TM. I cant find another TM that I like as much as this. During the winter, I use Light/Medium and Medium over the summer. This goes on light and sheer but still covers up redness and discoloration. It gives me a really nice even tone. It absorbs well and I never feel oily through out the day when I have this on. Before I found this, I would avoid wearing TM's because they made me oily, so I ended up wearing liquid foundation to school (which i honestly think is too much for school) but after I found this, I dont wear liquid foundation anymore except on special occasions. I have pretty good skin and I dont get acne so i dont really have a lot to cover up so a TM is perfect for everyday! The tube itself is pretty big compared to other TMs so i dont really mind paying 18 bucks. (trust me I've seen smaller ones that sell for at least 40 bucks) And the tube lasts good amount of time because a little goes a long way. I use very little and my face is still moisturized and even. Also it does a pretty good job of staying on. I sweat through out the day during the summer walking around school but when I get home at night and wash my face, I still see color on the cloth i use to wash my face. On a side note, this TM is not oil free, and at forst I was afraid it would break me out, but i've been using this for so long and have never broke out from it ever
Lip Treatments -Christian Dior - Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm
prettygurll 10/31/2010 4:19:00 AM
I love this! I have no idea how many tubes I've already bought but I dont care! This is very moisturizing, and provides a light tint that looks natural. One or two swipes is enough to keep my lips soft and moisturized for a good amount of time. I wear this everyday since I don't pack on makeup when I go to school. I love that it gives a subtle hint of color without looking like I have lipstick on, it also has a natural kind of sheen to it. (Not super glossy like the addict lip gloss so if thats what you are looking for this isn't for you) The only downside is that its 28 bucks, but no matter how many other lip treatments or balms I've tried, I haven't found anything I love as much as this. HG for sure, It never leaves my purse!
Lotions/ Creams -Neutrogena - Norwegian Formula Hand Cream
prettygurll 3/4/2008 12:51:00 AM
i used to get this for free from my sisters BF since he worked fr neutrogena but since i havent had contact with them i'd have to buy it on my own. This cream is great, my hands are so soft all the time because of this, specially during the winter. I use it on my lips too when its hella chapped, i put it on over night so the smell and wierd taste doesnt bother me. also, when my hands are especially dry, I soak them in warm water then rub this on and wear gloves overnight, daym! in the morning its soft again! I love this
Cleansers -Neutrogena - Wave™ (Power-Cleanser And Deep Clean Foaming Pads)
prettygurll 3/4/2008 12:47:00 AM
I admit the very first time i used this product i LOVE how soft my face felt. Then after using it a couple more times, It didnt really give me that feeling no more. My face still had dead and dry skin all over and it didnt exfoliate well. Also, It didnt really lather that well, there was barely any bubbles, most of it went dont the drain after i wet it. It just vibrates, i just ended up going back to using a toothbrush as an exfoliator, its more effective. I like how its pink though :) I wouldnt buy it again, plus the refills are like 9 bucks so no thanks.
This is my Second favortie mascara right after Imju Fiberwig. Before i started using eyelash serum i had really thin short lashes so i usually used both. A coat of this one to thicken and a coat of Imju to lengthen. Then if im going out and need a little more drama, I add another coat of this and another coat of imju. I really like this mascara, it thickens my lashes for sure and its not hard to take off. The only thing i hated was that citrusy smell it had, makes me think of air fresheners in cabs. eck, oh well i learned to ignore it.
