Conditioner -Back to Basics - Coconut Mango Moisture Quenching Conditioner

I was hard pressed to give up my HG, Pantene, but after one smell of this delicious, summery, fruity conditioner I knew that I had to try it. It works wonderfully to soften the hair and takes care of any frizz. I bought the smallest bottle and b/c the product is quite thick, it's rather hard to get out of the bottle so next time will purchase the larger size with a pump. Highly recommend!

Shampoo -Back to Basics - Citrus Sage Clarifying Shampoo
prairiegirl2 11/6/2006 6:56:00 PM
I have taken to using this shampoo each and every time I wash my hair and not just for weekly clarifying. It cleans so gently and hasn't faded my color. I love that I use just a drop and it lathers only slightly, using sodium laureth sulfate as its gentle detergent. Every fall and winter I suffer from itchy scalp and it has taken care of that problem as well! Most of all, the smell is so refreshing and a real pleasure.

This cream works wonders on my dry cuticles and is one of the few creams that doesn't irritate my hands when they are prone to eczema. The scent is delightfully fresh and somewhat fruity to me. A definite HG.

I was looking for something deep and rich for my toes and have found the PERFECT color thanks to you fellow MUA friends! I wondered if it might be "too" trendy for a forty-ish woman but let me assure you I will wear this color for the rest of fall, winter, spring, and even into summer. I love it and can't stop staring at my toes!

RUN to the nearest drugstore and buy them. You won't EVER be sorry! Have had mine for 5 years, have sent them in twice for sharpening, and if I lose them I will weep. :(

This is a beautiful product! I love the scent, taste and most of all, the packaging. A bonus: it is healing my dry, ragged cuticles. Definitely will repurchase.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Vex

This is my all-time fave color and one I have re-purchased. I have green/grey eyes and it looks lovely with Shale in the crease or with Print as a liner. It does look weird in the pan but looks awesome on all eye colors!

This is the only nailpolish I have ever completely finished a bottle of! The same day, I purchased another bottle. It is the perfect, no-fuss, nails look lovely and groomed, long-lasting nailpolish I have ever used!

I also love this scent, I just finished my first bottle. I agree that it smells somewhat like Coppertone, but if you are a nostalgic person that is not a bad thing! I would describe it as fresh, feminine, and summery. It's different from anything else you can find here in Canada! Definitely a re-purchase.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paradisco (Frost)

When I bought this, the MA applied it to my lid with TRAX in the crease and a burgundy eye pencil. Very pretty with green eyes! I also love using PARADISCO as blush, I heard that it looked like NARS orgasm.

Like many other people, I had never heard of doing this but was open to trying it. I'm so GLAD that I did! My face was definitely SUPER soft and the few leftover drying pimples on my chin were exfoliated. I agree that it is a bit too gritty without some kind of carrier product, so I will try mixing it with a few of the other suggestions next time. Thanks to all of you!

Eyeliner -Bobbi Brown - Gel Eyeliner

I agree that this product is awesome! I purchased a Lise Watier eyeliner brush rather than the BB one...it is a synthetic plastic brush that works great with the eyeliner. I've had my eyeliner for 2 years and the pot is MAYBE 1/4 done. I will definitely rebuy!

This has been my signature fragrance for 10 years. I have worn other soft floral/fruity scents but I still get asked "What perfume are you wearing...you smell SO GOOD!" I hope they never discontinue it, because it is, and always will be, my HG fragrance.
