Fragrances -Avon - Soft Musk

I like it but don't love it , well I like it enough to have bought a couple of times and the body spray a few more ( handy to keep in the office desk drawer and soo cheap on offer ) The EDT is better than the body spray as it is a little less powdery smelling . It is just twice too much powder , I can't imagine how powdery the Soft Musk body powder smells.....Yikes!! I do like powder, I love Chanel No 5 , L'aimant , Baby Grace , Kenzo Flower, and Old Spice which all have their fair share of powder to them . But this , it is just that notch too powdery. Starts off evil surgical spirit Dettol smelling for a couple of seconds and then a white musk with baby powder starts , which is too strong even if I use a normal amount , not overloading or anything . Than an hour later 95% is gone , but what is left is so clean but warm musky and powdery. Really nice I wish there was more of this scent stage it's is beautiful on the skin . And this little that is left really stays ( particularly on fabric ) til the next shower. So a lovely unique scent that is generally too strong , followed by too weak . Try the original Old Spice for a better balanced , though less lasting version .

Conditioner -Revlon - Flex Conditioner for Dry Hair

Ah another fragrant conditioner in the Flex line. They claim to be different but the differences are minuscule .This one is a little tiny bit richer than the volumising one which is my favourite but it has the same great fragrance. and is a pleasure to use at a reasonable price if you can find it off Ebay ( those scalpers are charging an obscene amount) They knew they were onto a good thing scenting the whole range the same. I wish there were also styling and body products too in the range .How quickly companies forget years of loyal customers . Getting customers is one thing but getting them to come back for 30 years is another and shouldn't be sniffed at . This may be discontinued according to RevlonUS but after snooping round , the Revlon South Africa and Italy sites still have the flex line on them and are promoting it hard. The business must have subsidiaries that are independent somehow . So if you are going or know anyone who is going to the football World Cup this week ask them to stock up for you.

Shampoo -Revlon - Flex Shampoo
rated 5 of 5

I really love this smell, I would use it as a perfume, a body lotion a shower gel . Of all the different versions I think I like the volumising one the best , which I think is the same as the original balsam and protein formula. They have messed around renaming repackaging and relaunching this shampoo so many times no wonder they think it is a failing product . After not seeing it in shops for almost 10 years ( though the occasional tacky littlemarket stall has it) I recently found a bottle in a Pound Shop , that gave me a clue that it was discontinued . The packaging was totally different ( the smell is just as dreamy though ) and the writing appeared to be Hungarian. I asked the man behind the counter and he said whenever he gets his stock it goes out in days and some people stockpile it . Another classic is about to become extinct due to Revlon's foolish business plans. I have just joined the Facebook group " Bring back Flex shampoo " it might not make a difference but I will sleep easier at night knowing I tried.
