Bronzers -The Body Shop - Sun Domes 01 Summer Garden

This is unfotch an LE, so good thing I bought this! =P I bought this because the brush on beads in bronze was starting to look 'muddy' on me. When I saw this adorable bronzer with pink and gold flowers, it looks so pretty and I *just* have to have it. I like the fact that this has pink for a subtle blushing effect and the champange for highlighting. Swept this on the other day out and I look really glowy! Ths only thing I detest is the stupid plastic packaging.
This is THE product which sparked my love interest in John Frieda products. I was out outside one day and I saw this. I felt that my hair wouldn't mind an extra shine so I squeeze a little bitty out of the tube and applied it on my hair for fun. Later when I touched my hair, OMG, it is sssssoooooo pillowy soft and silky! And it's all because of that small tiny amount of the glosser! So I went back and bought this ;P The smell is also yummylicious! Just follow the instructions and rub a SMALL amount all over DRIED hair. And there you go, hair like glass.
Styling Products -John Frieda - Frizz-Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum

When I couldn't find my St.Ives anti frizz serum on the shelves anymore, i panicked and ran out to buy not 1, but 2 other anti frizz serums. One of them is this and I LOVE this!!!! I saw frizz ease hair serum and frizz ease extra strength hair serum and common sense told me which one to buy =). Absolutely a dream product. My hair never felt softer and smoother. The thing I like about this product is that you just apply it to your damp hair and comb it through. The next day, my hair is straight, shiny and smoooooooth. Perfect.
The only good thing about this product is prolly the packaging. Other than that, everything is just plain bad. It has this weird and disgusting salty taste that is such a turn off when you accidentally lick your lips. Plus the fact that it doesnt do a good job of moisturizing. Sure, it does moisturize well when it's on my lips, but if I forgot to put on the lip balm, my lips will be as dry and wrinkled as hell. Who needs something like that?! bad bad product...
I bought this duty free at the airport while my flight was delayed. The colour is a sweet shimmering pink and a lot of sparkles. A great everyday colour and smells so yummy. Also love the sleek silver packaging and the huge tube. This is my second diorkiss. The first one I had was groselle, which is another winner too!
HG toner!!! This has taken over the position of my Dove toner, previously at the top of the HG list. It has a light fragrance which is rather pleasent and is sooooo refreshing. I know that I'm weird but I actually like the fact that it has alcohol. I think with that, your pores will become smaller? Well, i may be wrong. It also moisturises my face slightly. So if I am too lazy to put on my moisturizer, I know my skin will not dry out. Will definately repurchase.
Pinched Pink is a sparkly pinkish colour. I got this together in a set with Pink Cloud. I normally wear this on top of other lipgloss. The end effect is so pretty! I like the brush applicator and the smooth and creamy but light consistency. Whipped glosses are rather pigmented imo unlike JT where you pay so much for sheer colour. Anyway, try this range when you can ladies. You won't regret it.
I LOVE this colour!!! If I just look on the outside, this isn't a lip gloss I would normally pick. On your lips however is a beautiful MLBB sheen. So natural and pretty. The shimmer is very slight but that's fine imo cuz this makes it my everyday staple gloss. I have 4 colours: Candied Cider, Nude Reflection, Pink Cloud and Pinched Pink. This is my fave!
At first when I tried on the colour, I hated it. It sort of clashed with my colouring and the pink looks too garish. However, I decided to give it another try and I'm glad I did. The trick is to apply sparingly, about 1-2 coat. Too thick and you'll look like you wanna join the circus. This is pretty pigmented which is rare for a gloss. I also like the brush applicator.
Lip Gloss -Almay - Whipped Gloss - Nude Reflection

Nude Reflection looks a scary brown in the tube but when you apply it on the lips, it's basically a nude shade with very slight shimmer. This colour, although neutral, makes me look sophisticated, if you know what I mean. I love the brush applicator and prefer it to the doe foot applicator. I also like the minty smell and the tingly feeling that it leaves on my lips. I got this together as a set with Candied Cider so the price is worth it. I'll repurchase if I ever run out.
I got this in an LE set consisting of Cherry, Strawberry and Mandarin. Cherry is a sheer red. IMO, Mandarin and Strawberry are better colours. I was hoping for a cherry scent like it's name but I guess no scent is better than a nauseating one right? (bonnebell honey kiss. EEWW! It gave me a headache straightaway just smelling it) Anyway, I'm not too fond of the round tube applicator and the sinple plastic packaging. Come on Shu, do something!
Lip Treatments -Clinique - Superbalm Raspberry Tint
pixiegal 10/2/2005 12:20:00 AM
After I discovered this, I stopped wearing anything else. Why? Cuz this is all I need. It acts as a balm but is glossy enough to look polished. Raspberry is a sweet medium pink. I never have to worry about dry lips with this. It is expensive for such a relatively small tube but it's well worth the price. Buy it!!!!
Powder -Christian Dior - Diorskin Lasting UV Compact
pixiegal 6/24/2005 12:28:00 AM
This is my first foundation. It's very good! Yes, it does not give you a totally matte look as it has mother of pearl but that does not neccessarily mean it's a bad thing. In fact, I think that it gives more of a glowing look. My skin looks so smooth after putting it on. However, it is pricey and I don't know if there are better brands out there that are cheaper and works just as well cuz this is my first foundation. But overall, I'm pleased with this and will stick to it until I find my HG.
Toners -Dove - Essential Nutrients Clarifying Toner
pixiegal 5/28/2005 8:55:00 AM
LOVE this. At first, I didn't think that Dove would make good skincare products. But they do =) The toner has a unique refreshing smell and I like it. Normally, I can't stand fragrance in toners (ahem Neutrogena) and this makes my face feels so clean, not sticky (ahem again). Also, this does not have alcohol in it so it's not drying. Plus it's cheap! The only thing that pisses me off is the plastic cap, which broke off from the hinge after a few weeks. Other than that, this is definately HG material.
Not half bad. The concept is pretty interesting. The mask warms up when u put it on. This opens up ur pores so that the mask can go deep down to cleanse. I really like this and I feel that it does make my face less oily. I like to use this during the winter. After using this, my face has this allover-glow and my cheeks are a healthy pink. Like!
