Moisturizers -Olay - Age Defying Night Cream

This review is for the Olay Anti-Wrinkle Replenishing Night Cream. I recently tried this for a second time. The first time was used in combination with Burt's Bees radiance serum and I thought that was what caused me to break out. I have since learned not to try several new products at one. Anyways, I decided to try this during my Christmas break and it went horribly. The skin of my jaw and chin have broken out in red, cystic, painful acne and my skin looks worse than before. I know this works wonders for others, and bully for you! :D But for my extremely sensitive skin, especially to BHA and other acids found in major/popular skincare products, and this fell lower than flat. Sadly it is currently sitting in my trash bin waiting for monday and the garbage man to come around.

Moisturizers -Olay - Night of Olay Firming Cream

I have beyond sensitive skin, especially to any acids used in major anti-aging/ daily moisturizers. Among the many lotions and potions I have tried, this is the best. It doesn't irritate my skin and my acne, which by the way I always hoped would be gone by my mid-twenties, is under control. I recently tried another Olay night cream with BHA and it broke out the skin along my jaw and chin like nobody's business. the acne is bad and painful and the number one reason I have returned to the firming cream. My skin is a little on the greasy side come morning, but a splash of water (over washing irritates my skin) and the grease is gone,revealing soft skin ready for sunscreen. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a dirt cheap yet effective night moisturizer. The only change I would like to see is a pump vs. a tub, and less perfume. Olay, we don't need although pleasant, strong smelling additives.
