I purchased my second one just recently as it has worked pretty well for me. I use this as my under eye concealer and it brightens and conceals my dark circles nicely. It has medium coverage and is easily blendable with it's thin consistency. My only complaint is that shades tend to run a little light and you don't get very much product for your money.
I'm impressed with the Kate Moss lipsticks so far. Shade 01 is a bright true red that would suit many skintones in my opinion. It is richly pigmented and leaves an impressionable stain once it starts to wear off. These lipsticks have a fruity candy-like scent and a smooth creamy consistency. What I hated is that it made my lips feel a little dry after a few hours of wear, and it has a tendency to smudge easily. I recommend wearing a lip liner with this lipstick. Made my teeth look even whiter which was a plus! Overall, I recommend the Kate Moss line. Good quality lipsticks at an affordable price.
'Bad to the Bronze' makes a perfect base for any brown smokey-eye or on it's own for a quick day-time look paired with eyeliner and mascara. It has metallic shimmer and dries with a slight sheen. I usually apply with my fingers, but be prepared to have makeup wipes handy because this does NOT come off easily! I love that it has great staying power, however I notice it will sometimes crease after a few hours of wear. It's best to wear a good primer underneath and only apply a thin layer to minimize creasing. I've had mine for almost two months, using it on a regular basis and it still hasn't dried out. I would recommend this as they're the best cream shadows from the drugstore.
Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Creme Brulee

I purchased mine based on the swatches I had seen online. I was pretty disappointed because this shade was not for me. I love the Revlon Lip Butter line in general, but 'Creme Brulee' was far too sheer and slightly frosty for my taste. Because of it's sheer and almost translucent colour, the natural colour of your lips will definitely alter the appearance of this. On me, it made my lips look sickly and washed me out. I gave it 2/5 because it feels nice on the lips and has great moisture content.
This is my current favourite scent and often get many compliments whenever I wear this. It's more suited for night-time, but if you're like me, I don't follow those rules and would easily wear this during the day as well! Smells heavenly of a creamy caramel/toffee with hints of patchouli and sweet floral notes. This has decent staying power as I could still pick out the scent on me the following day. If you're a fan of 'Flowerbomb' by Viktor & Rolf or 'Miss Dior Cherie' by Dior, I would recommend checking this out.
I expected a bit more from Lady Gaga. This smells very generic, like every other celebrity fragrance on the market. With the way they promoted this fragrance in the commercials, I expected something more deeper, darker and mysterious than some fruity sweet scent like this. The bottle is nice though, and I like that the black liquid dissipates into a colourless liquid once sprayed. Don't get me wrong, the scent is nice but for the price of her perfume, I would rather purchase something cheaper for a scent that isn't very unique.
I regret purchasing this. I have one in the shade 'Hot Tamale' (a bright reddish coral) and although it appears very bright in the pan, it applies incredibly sheer on my skin. (For reference, I'm NC25-30). It takes several swipes of the product for the colour to show up on my skintone and I was disappointed since 'Hot Tamale' was one of the bolder colours to choose from. I guess I just expected more? The consistency feels like memory foam and leaves a slight indentation when you press into it. Texture-wise, it is pretty creamy and applies/blends easily on the skin. It does not stay put though! It melted off my face an hour after application and my cheeks are not even oily! I definitely DON'T recommend these blushes! They're far too gimmicky.
Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Exposed Tarte Blush

LOVE this blush. I am NC25-30 with MAC, and this blush is a perfect "natural" everyday colour as well as a good shade to pair with many looks since it's a rather muted pink. I love the consistency of the Tarte blushes. They do not feel chalky and apply nicely on the skin, but be careful with sweeping your brush along the surface as it has a soft texture and you can easily take off too much. These do last longer than your average blush, but not for the 12hrs they claim. Blends very easily because of their soft texture. Will look into trying out other colours.
Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Liner
pinkfrost52 12/1/2012 5:09:00 PM
This liner is fantastic!! Unlike most liquid liners that are packaged similar to this with a felt-tip, the 'Master Precise' has a thinly tapered brush tip that is flexible allowing the thinnest of lines to be drawn. Pigmentation is very opaque and dries almost instantly, so you don't need to worry about this smudging on your lids throughout the day. Once dried, it has a slight sheen, and is NOT matte. I recommend it for those who have hooded lids since eyeliner tends to smudge more easily. I will definitely keep on repurchasing and hope Maybelline doesn't discontinue this anytime soon!
Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational High Shine

I purchased one in 'Mango Diamonds' (445). It's a gorgeous bright coral shade with shimmer and has sheer coverage. These lipsticks are a cross between a lipgloss and a lipstick so don't expect full coverage with these. They have a nice glossy finish and a small amount of shimmer that will be left behind once the colour wears off. They have a very faint fruity scent and need to be reapplied often as they don't last long on your lips. Overall, I love the consistency and smooth formula of these lipsticks. Would be happy to repurchase another shade.
'Peace on Earth' is pretty opaque so it only needed two coats from me. It is a lovely deep olive green with a frost finish. It reminds me of 'Agro' from the Hunger Games Collection that was recently released (also by China Glaze). I don't normally go for green, but this is a brilliant shade! Great formula too.
'Ahoy!' is a gorgeous raspberry red with golden shimmer that leans towards a deep magenta shade. It has a jelly-ish formula that required two coats for a nice even finish and lasted around 4 days before I started to get chipping (no top coat). Great shade for Summer!
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Justin Bieber Someday
pinkfrost52 7/21/2012 5:04:00 AM
This is a nice sweet scent, but it has horrible staying power! I sprayed a tester at the store, and not even an hour later the scent had completely faded. 'Someday' has a vanilla/musk base that disappears quite quickly and smells like your typical celeb fruity gourmand scent. I noticed red berries was one of the top notes, but it is hard to detect. It reminds me alot of Taylor Swift's 'Wonderstruck' and Juicy Couture's 'Viva la Juicy'. Would be a nice gift for any young Bieber fan...
I was contemplating whether or not I should purchased this since I already own the first Naked palette. The colours in Naked 2 are pretty similar and they even repeated the shade 'Half Baked'. What I love about the Naked 2 is that it offers more greige/taupe colours which the Naked 1 doesn't have. My favourite shades are Tease, Foxy, Suspect and Busted which I find I use the most often. As with most Urban Decay eyeshadows that I've tried, there is a bit of fallout especially from the shimmery shades so it pays to always tap off the excess before you apply it. I don't care too much for the lipgloss that comes with the palette, but I do love the brush. It's great for blending colours in the crease. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this palette.
Makeup Brushes -Ecotools - Bamboo Smudge Eyeliner Brush
pinkfrost52 7/18/2012 5:51:00 AM
This is a decent pencil brush if you're looking for something affordable. It has a small dome shaped tip which is great for smudging eyeliner and placing colour into the outer corner of your eyelid if you want to define that area. The bristles are held together firmly so smudging can be easily achieved. At the end of the brush is a sharpener which is designed for pencils (eyeliner, lipliner etc..). I personally find it useless, but it does come with a "catcher" to collect all the shavings before you empty it. I find the design a little bulky, and would rather have it not included at the other end of this brush. Overall, I would recommend it.
