Cleansers -The Body Shop - Seaweed Deep Cleansing Facial Wash

I have never used a "cleansing lotion" before, and I really like this one. It leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh, soft, and moisturized. In the winter my combination-oily skin usually feels super dry after I cleanse, so I was impressed with this product. It also smells really good! Lastly, I haven't broken out once since I started using it--not even the smallest zit--which is pretty much a miracle... The only reason why I will not be repurchasing is because it has parabens, and I'd rather not have them in my products. Sorry, Body Shop.
This stuff really works. I break out about once or twice a month. If I put this on at night my acne significantly diminishes by the next morning; if I put it on in the morning it works throughout the day. That really surprised me because all the other treatments I've tried have not worked so quickly. It also has a really nice cooling sensation. Packaging is good, and I bought this small tube 2-3 months ago and I still have some left. I use it twice a day. That being said, it doesn't stop me from breaking out (ie. it's not preventative). It's also not moisturizing at all. I often use a light moisturizer on top. I don't mind these things too much because I've never used a treatment that works so fast. It's now a staple product for me.
When I first used this product I was unimpressed. I liked the strong, fruity scent, but after I used it I didn't see much difference in the amount of oiliness in my hair. Actually, sometimes my hair turned out even greasier than before. But that depended on whether I used it in the morning or at night. Anyway, about a week ago I used Neutrogena's anti-residue clarifying shampoo because my hair felt really weighed down. A day or two later I used I Love Juicy and was stunned at the results...my hair feels softer and lighter than ever before and there are no traces of grease. I guess I needed to clarify before this shampoo could work effectively! But I absolutely love it. It only gets 4 because a) it requires me to use it in conjunction with a different product for best results and b) it's pricier than most shampoos. I would definitely buy again.
This product saves my hair on a regular basis! I usually get greasy roots and bangs the day after I wash my hair, so I just spray this on and my hair pretty much looks like I just washed and dried it. I have black hair and after brushing it out I don't see any white residue. If you see some, you're probably putting on too much or not brushing it enough. I have it in Original because it's the only one available at my local Shoppers Drug Mart (I'm in Canada). It's not my favourite scent, but it's not bad either. It costs me a little over $8 and lasts me quite a while. This is definitely one of my essential products.
This product is ok. I use it once a week to clarify between my regular shampoo and it does its job. My hair doesn't look or feel that much better, but my shampoo works better after I've used it. I only gave it 3 because I really don't like the smell. Some people here are saying it's like men's cologne; to me it's worse than any cologne I've ever smelled. The scent lingers on my hair afterwards, too. Blech.
Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences- Hydralicious Self-Targeting shampoo

I picked up this shampoo randomly, looking for something to target my super oily hair. I didn't expect much from it, but I was pleasantly surprised! It smells amazing, is very affordable, and best of all it makes my hair soft and silky without being greasy. It's the only shampoo I've ever tried where my second-day hair isn't gross and oily. The one thing I don't like is that sometimes it makes my hair feel dry, so I pair it with a very small amount of conditioner. Oh, and I'm not fond of the bright pink colour because I don't like artificial colouring. I do use a clarifying shampoo once a week as well, and this shampoo works better after that too. Overall, I would definitely buy again. :)
