I love this product!! I bought it on a whim during a Costco trip and decided to try it out. Now, about a month after using it religiously after stepping out of the shower, I've noticed that my skin is very smooth. I didn't really have any dimpling or stretch marks prior so I didn't notice any difference in skin texture but I love how soft it keeps my skin. The formula is also very nice...not as thick and greasy as the Curel and applies pretty nice. However, I'm not a fan of the scent. It smells almost too sanitary but a little dab of my regular scented oil did the trick and the smell went away!
My friend swears by this mascara so I had to give it a shot. I like the brush size, very easy to apply to those inner lashes. I noticed the volume and length right away but sadly when used alone, it takes out all the curl which totally sucks. However, I like how it doesn't smudge at all and is quite easy to take off with a makeup remover. I'll use this again, but probably as the last coat to prevent smudge.
Usually I need two different mascaras to get the job done: Maybelline's Colossal Lash to hold the curl (used alone, there isn't any noticeable volume or length, and the waterproof still smudges) and Fiberwig for the volume and length (used alone, it doesn't hold the curl at all). I decided to try out Falsie's when I saw it was on sale for only $5 at Target. The brush is very similar in size to the Colossal but there is a little scoop at the end. Not only does this formula give me the volume and length, it's also miraculously holding my curl! However, the waterproof still smudges.
I have no idea why this is one of the highest rated mascara's...probably because the people who use it have makeup artists that have time to apply massive coats and coats of this stuff to get any effect! The formula is very light and does not hold a curl at all. However, this was the first mascara I ever used so I do have fond memories of it, but won't buy it ever again!
