The smell alone can knock you out. It stinks. Even after shampooing twice I still smelled like I had been sitting in a room full of burning incense and ashes. It wasn't that great of a treatment anyway. I hope to never, ever, ever, run into this again.

Masks -Shiseido - The Skincare Purifying Mask

It makes my skin noticeable softer -for 1 day. If I use it at night and feel my face in the morning it feels the same as any other day.... It's just an okay product. But it smells nice.

Moisturizers -Shiseido - The Skincare Night Moisture Recharge

I don't know why I went through 3 bottles of this stuff while hating it the whole time. Probably because I wanted use The Skincare line and not mis-match my products (I love the rest of The Skincare line). This night time moisturizer is a gel type lotion and is in a pump bottle. For me it does not moisturize enough and leaves me with dry patches on my face. When I put in on it feels like I have a thin layer of oil sitting on my skin and then it sinks in by the morning. I just don't like it.

Moisturizers -Shiseido - The Skincare - Day Protective Moisturizer SPF 15

I am on my second bottle and going for the third now! This moisturizer has a very milky texture. When you pump it out of the bottle it feels like milky honey. It moisturizes pretty well and isn't too oily which is why I like it. The only reason I took off a lippie is because the packaging sucks. Yes the bottle may be pretty, but the pump doesn't squeeze out all of the product towards the end. I had to stand it upside down and it still had enough product to last me at least a month of daily wear. When you put this product on and pat in on to your skin, it gives you a dewey feel. On the other hand, my friend tried it and said it felt "nasty and stick like sweat". You can decide what it feels like to you.

BB Cream -Gowoonsesang - BB cream SPF 30 PA++

This bb cream has a sort of grey overcast instead of a yellow or white one like most others. I have very oily skin on my t-zone so after a day's wear I feel like the bb cream mixes with my oil and just clumps and sits on my forehead. That's my only gripe about it though because it does a good job of covering up my acne scars (although I do need concealer since it's light coverage). It has a light pleasant scent and a light and creamy texture. Overall, I like it but I'm not crazy about it.

Brows -Lancome - Le Crayon Poudre in Brunet

This is one of my favorite brow pencils because it stays put while looking natural! Other brow pencils go on either too waxy or they're so "dry" that you have to push hard and go over the same line a million times. This one has the best consistency of all the ones I've tried. The brush on the other end is also very effective in blending the eyebrow pencil into your natural eyebrows. I would definitely repurchase this pencil again! It's a great investment! Don't hestitate and go try it for yourself!

Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

Amazing primer that keeps eyeshadow and eyeliner in place forever! When I put it on at 6am, my eye makeup still looks fresh at 5pm! If I don't have this stuff on it makes a big difference because I'll have raccoon eyes by noon! I agree with others that the packaging is stupid but at least it's pretty. The price isn't too cheap but it's an essential so I must keep buying...

Concealers -Christian Dior - Hydrating Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

I've been using this concealer for the last 5 years and I LOVE it. The name fits this product because it really does moisturize and blends in smoothly while doing it. When I use other concealers it looks like I caked on skin-colored-clay over my acne marks/spots but this one just erases them seamlessly! There is a quite noticeable scent in this product but I noticed that Dior does that with a lot of their makeup. I will always be reaching for this baby when I need to cover something up :)

Misc Beauty Tools -Shu Uemura - Eyelash Curler

It works well but I think it's overrated. I feel like beauty magazines just keep raving about this curler again and again if they have nothing else to write about. It works well (as you can already see from the numerous reviews) but it's just a normal curler to me. I have stiff, thick (as in the width, not volume *tear*) eyelashes so if a curler is able to curl these babies I consider it a decent tool. The one gripe I have about it is that it only comes with ONE replacement rubber thing and the SA told me they don't sell the replacements separately. She says it's because they want to keep their image of being "high end" so it would ruin their image if someone had a rusty old curler and only bought new rubber replacements. Ha. I say it's because they want to make money. Go figure. All in all, it does what it's supposed to do so I'm happy. However it's not as magical as some of these reviews make it sound.

Masks -Yves Saint Laurent - Instant Pur Deep Cleansing Masque

I've tried everything from drugstore masks like "Queen Helene Mint Julep" to department store brands like Shiseido and all I can say is, ALL CLAY MASKS ARE THE SAME. They all claim the same thing, "deep cleanse and purify the pores" but I don't really find that happening. This one has a slight scent that is surprisingly nice. It smells fresh and clean (soapy?) so it kind of convinces you into thinking your face is undergoing intense deep cleansing action. When you spread it across your face it isn't thick like most clay masks but it kind of smears away like a lotion does when you swipe it across your cheeks. It does help my skin feel softer but to be honest I only use it because I want to feel like I'm pampering myself to a quasi-facial.

Horrible stuff. At first glance it looks kind of fancy with the whole sex-appeal sticker thing going on, but as soon as you open that lid, your nostrils are hit with a stench that can surely wilt fresh flowers. I was almost harassed into buying this product because the sales assistant at the Benefit counter seated me in their chair while I was on my way to another makeup counter and started applying this stuff without even explaining anything and then heckling me about purchasing. She mentioned that there were vitamins in it and it would help with the shine, and since I'm all about healthy skin I gave it a shot. It is actually pretty solid (consistency-wise I would say it is a little softer than a wax candle). Although it doesn't flake so much like the other reviews say, when I put it on my face under my makeup it feels like I have a wax mask on, and I just cannot ignore the stench even after applying other makeup. I tried to use this as a primer everyday in hopes of getting used to it, but I just cannot put up with it any longer. I also do not think this jar is very hygenic which is why I gave it a 2 for packaging.

This used to be my favorite summer scent two years ago and I wore it everyday. It's so fresh and clean, and it makes me feel like I'm frolicking through the lawn while some maidens hang up their laundry to dry... But, the reason I took off one lippie is because it doesn't really last that long on me... It stays for a couple hours and then turns into a slightly warmer scent, and then disappears. The bottle is also awkward to hold. I need a good grip to be able to spray in all directions (back of knees, elbows, wrists, etc) but it is too sharply rectangular. It was good while it lasted though. Ah.. memories...

Lip Gloss -DuWop - Lip Venom

Way overrated and overpriced. I bought this for my prom after reading rave reviews about it in magazines and such, but had to put it down after my lips felt like they were being burned off my laser beams. I did not like the cinammon scent either. The consistency is also pretty disgusting; it feels like you have hot&spicy tacky glue on your lips. Should have read MUA reviews before buying.

Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

These are my absolute FAVORITE oil sheets ever! I get really oily around my T-Zone and cheeks during the day, and these do their job wonderfully.I love that they REALLY do not mess up my make up (other oil sheets claim this, but turn beige from picking up my foundation). As opposed to those rice paper sheets, these cleanly soak up all my oil and I do not even have to go over the same area twice. When I'm done using one sheet and it's almost clear due to the amount of oil it's picked up, I just twist it and tie it in a knot and toss it! It's so easy and quick! I also like the new one that they made (the green package) because it's lightly scented :)

Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion

Everytime I bought something from Clinique I would find a sample of this stuff in my bag. I liked what I experienced from the samples so I bought the whole bottle with the pump but was soon disappointed at what I saw. When I used this at night and woke up in the morning, my face was SO oily that I could feel the heaviness of the oil weighing down my face. I thought that my face needed to get used to this a little more so I kept trying, but it still made me feel oily. I then gave this one to my mother and bought the Dramatically Different Moisturizing GEL, which was dramaticallydisappointing.
