Make-up-particularly eye makeup does not stay on for me very long. I have really bad allergies and my eyes are always watery. This eyeliner is the exception. It stays on all day, does not flake at all and the color does not fade. The felt tip applicator makes it easy to use and easy to create a cat eye look. I will buy and use this liquid liner as long as I live!
