I've had this for literally years and I keep trying to make it work for me. Then I give up and put it away. Then months later I bring it out again. Etc. The concept is great; love it! BUT! This level of matteness sucks all the life out of my face. Shimmer looks awful on me but I need makeup with a slight "glow" so I don't look dead. The blush color makes me look like a cadaver. Dull, dull, dull. Pale me cannot wear blush (or lip color, since you can also use it on lips) that has this much brown in it. And it's way, way too dark. The contour is a waste of time and just makes me look dirty-faced. It's actually amazing how much better I look when I DON'T use the Face Disc powders. Apart from that, the small concealers are pretty good (the large one is awful and creases badly and immediately). (In case anyone is wondering, all the powder colors are the same in the pink and yellow discs and only the concealers are different. The concealers in the yellow disc are very yellow). EDIT: after about 3 years of trying to make this work, I have given up. Too much DULL BROWN, Lauren!. It sucks. I really wanted to like it.

If you have pale blonde highlights that are too ashy, this will turn them gold. Whoo, this is yellow! Or, gold. NOT for toning down brassiness.

This has practically no pigment. It doesn't show up hardly at all, and I am quite pale. Useless.

This is the weirdest blush. There is NO pigment! NONE! And I am quite pale. By the time you pile it on to try to get any color, you look like a disco ball. The shimmer is so strange. It's not shimmer, it's sparkle. Super glittery.

This smears all over the place, worse than any other eyeliner I've tried. Even when I only put it on my top lid, it ends up down below my bottom lashes. Weird. The "black" also isn't black-black. It's more of a very dark grey.

This is the closest thing to NARS Penny Lane at the drugstore. PL is a bit peachier, but they are close. Easy to blend, great color for pale blondes.
