Nice smell, feels refreshing and clean after you apply it. Works best when combined with the moisturizer- i use laneige light balancing emulsion. It claims to eliminate impurities and removes keratin for clear and transparent skin. I think this is kinda like an altenative to salicylic acid if you have sensitive and oily skin like me. So far my skin doesnt react to it, and my pimples are controlled. Some of the ingredients are like water (obviously!), alcohol, algae, wheat protein, lactobacillus ( for real?), ginger root and salicornia herbacea extract. This is the other toner that i love and willing to repurchase besides origins purifying organic toner. The origins one is 150ml and this is 200ml. Both of them have the same price so this one is better value for money!

Moisturizers -Laneige - Power Essential Balancing Emulsion - Light

I have been using this for about 1 month. Previously i used origins make a difference moisturizer which was amazing when combined with origins purifying toner and after tht origins mega mushroom which was blerghh..but i decided to try other brand that is less expensive considering the fact that im still a student. The bottle is a sturdy glass, 120ml volume, and has a pump. The SA adviced me to pump twice onto cotton pad before applying but i think it's such a waste so i use 1 pump after using the toner (laneige skin refiner- light) and trust me its enough. I let the toner dries up a lil before applying the moisturizer. I find its better this way coz it absorbs better. I live in a hot and humid country and so far it does reduce the oiliness and my pimples are not coming out so regularly anymore compared to when i was using mega mushroom. I think its best to use it with the toner. Both of them smell so nice especially the toner! Plus, they absorb really quick too. In conclusion 4 stars for hydration and keeping pimples at bay. PS-. Theres also laneige water bank line in which you can apply it over the moisturizer, if you need extra hydration, its like that clinique hydrating gel. I got the water bank samples, and so in love with it im temped to buy it after this one finishes but the SA told me you have to use the basic line (the moisturizer and toner) and cannot use the water bank as the moisturizer alone. ;(

Moisturizers -Origins - Make A Difference Skin Rejuvenating Treatment

I have oily and sometimes acne prone skin. I regret for not trying origins line especially this moisturizer earlier. It smells citrusy, and refreshing, and has a gel- type consistency. This is best for combination oily skin and works best in combination with origins purifying organic toner. It takes about 1 minute to fully absorb and after that my skin feels silky smooth. It doesnt break me out and helps control the shine. I will NEVER use products that says it combats acne or oily skin coz those products tend to overdry the skin and just force ur skin to produce lots of oil. So far the best moisturizer ive used...i've ditched clarins and clinique toner and moisturizer as Origins is far superior. P/s- i believe origins have change the formula of this moisturizer..was surprised to see its creamy when i first opened a new jar..but surprisingly it absorbs much better and more quickly and still gives good hydration as before...the smell has also changed- no more citrus, i dont know how to describe it but it smells like origins make a difference serum..to be honest i miss the citrusy smell!

Cleansers -Vichy - Normaderm Deep Cleansing Gel

When i buy this cleanser i dont have any expectation whatsoever, i bought it coz i origins cleanser is expensive and i was on a budget (i use origins purifying organic toner and origins make a difference moisturizer and they already cost me a lot as im still a student but i dont dare to trade those products with other brands bcoz they're so good). After using this, im hooked! Its non-drying, it washes off oily surface, and feels so clean and smooth afterwards. My skin is less bumpy even after 1st use. It smells ok, (lovely for some people). I will definitely repurchase coz it takes care of my oily and sometimes acne prone skin..especially few days before my period.

Toners -Origins - Organics Purifying Tonic

This is my first review on this website. I just feel like i'm obligated to share how wonderful this toner is! This is THE best toner i've ever used, i've tried quite a few toners out there- dermalogica, clinique, clarins and avene. It doesnt dry up my skin even though it contains alcohol (unlike clinique) and smells like herb. It feels so refreshing sometimes i'm tempted to use a lot! Tips- let the toner dries up for a few seconds before applying moisturizer to avoid oily skin (its the tips i got from the SA) I use this together with origins make a difference moisturizer, and it's the perfect combination for my skin. I used to have lots of acne and oily skin (my skin is still oily but now its controllable) during my teen and early 20s and i have received lots of compliments from my friends family..and i believe they're saying the truth coz they can see my skin transition. One bottle lasts about 2 months (i dont know about others), and its expensive but i wouldnt take one lippie off coz it's expensive for a reason. I truly recommend using this toner together with origins moisturizer- if you have oily skin on the surface but dehydrated skin underneath, in a few weeks you can see how much a good skincare routine does to your skin.
