These glosses were on sale at my local Shoppers Drug Mart (select colours anyways) so I got the fuschia shade as I wanted something vibrant but still subtle. This fits the bill as it gives me a nice subtle fuschia berry colour on my lips but it doesn't scream '80s. I can layer it for a more intense look or just dab it for a sheer look. Either way, it's a winner and you can't beat the price. The staying power is the same as other glosses so don't believe the name. It doesn't stay glossy for hours; it's gone by the time you finish eating or drinking. There is a scent but nothing unbearable. Rimmel has excellent lip products and this is one of them.

There should be a 'maybe' option for whether or not reviews would re-purchase a product. I would buy this again if I felt like splurging on a sheer thick gloss but overall, I'd rather this kind of money on a pigmented gloss. Aside from that, this is a nice thick gloss for those natural, light makeup days. There is no scent which is a bonus and it's moisturizing. There are no obvious sparkles or shimmer in the gloss which is a bonus. I like the squeeze tube too.
I'm wondering if the quality of Revlon's nail polishes is going downhill because I haven't been impressed with the last couple of bottles I've bought, including this one. It's a cute pale blue and ideal for the summer but the application isn't all that great. I found it to be streaky and watery. I needed about 3 coats in order for a nice, opaque look on toenails. The wear isn't bad but you need patience when applying it.
I got this on a whim and it's one of those 'if I had to do it again, I wouldn't buy it' purchases. This colour is rather sheer for me as I have very pigmented lips. It's best for those with pale lips and fair features. (I'm Asian, NC30/C3) It's fine for a very natural, minimal makeup look on my days off but it's not a lipstick I reach for regularly. Plus the staying power is minimal as the rouge shines are like glosses than lipsticks. If you're in the mood for a splurge and you know you'd where this shade every day, then I'd recommend it. Otherwise I'd say give it a pass.
I jumped on the NARS Laguna bandwagon and I'm not completely enthused. I'd like to give it 3.5 stars if I had the option. The colour is a bit too "flat" and I think if you're not careful, it can look like dirt on your face. I use a light touch when I apply, especially on the cheeks. I don't use it to contour because of the shimmer; my face ends up looking 'wider' and my face is round shaped already! I think I'd use this more when I've got more colour in the summer and even then, I'm not sure I'd reach it for all that often compared to Shiseido's Medium bronzer, or Bobbi Brown's Medium bronzer. I would recommend road testing this bronzer before purchasing.
Yet another bronzer that I've added to my collection. Shiseido had a gwp and I scooped up the bronzer in medium (no. 2) and it gives me a nice, healthy sun kissed glow. It does have slight shimmer but it's not noticeable when I apply it. The colour is a natural believable tan shade without being orange. I prefer this over the much hyped NARS Laguna which I find a bit too brown and kind of flat. The Shiseido bronzer has more depth in the colour and doesn't give a muddy look. If you're looking for a bronzer with a hint of shimmer, this one is worth trying.
I caved in and got this eyeshadow based on the raves here and overall, I am pleased with this purchase. I've used this eyeshadow a few times and I find it's best used as a base with a complimentary shadow on top for lasting staying power. It has a bit too much shimmer for everyday wear (for my preference) so I use it lightly for an every day look. I'll apply a purple or greyish powder shadow in the crease for that soft smoky look. I don't care for the mini brush that comes with this shadow; I prefer to use my fingers to apply on my lids. For a night out, I'd apply this heavier for a more dramatic look. The container is huge although for this price, I would expect bang for my buck. I wouldn't re-purchase once I'm finished this product as I think there are easil duped matches out there for less money. But if you're in the mood for a splurge, I'd recommend this.
I got this with my Sephora 15% discount coupon and I can see this eyeshadow becoming my go to shade for everyday looks and for those days when I'm too rushed to do full eye look. I've used it as a crease colour with Bobbi Brown's Bellini cream shadow as a base and this combination really brings out my brown eyes. I was concerned Toasted would be a bit too red for me but it's not. (I can't wear MAC Sable or Mulch because they end up looking reddish on me) If MAC Sable, Mulch or Satin Taupe didn't work for you, then UD Toasted might be the one. This shade would be great for a soft bronze smokey eye look too.
I got the High Shine lip gloss in Bare and it's a nice, light pinky shade that works well over most lipstick colours. It does have a vanilla scent which I don't mind as it's not too overpowering. The staying power is typical of most glosses and this one gives nice shine without looking tacky. For this kind of money, you can't go wrong with these glosses.
I just can't resist adding another bronzer to my collection, especially from a brand I don't have access to in North America. I liked the trio of colours with Face Form and I got the Medium and I will say the matte bronze shade is dark in the pan. I definitely recommend using a light hand and building very gradually with this shade. The texture is a bit chalky and can streak if you're not careful. Overall, it's okay but I probably should have chosen the Light.
I jumped on the Sleek bandwagon and got the Storm palette because I knew I'd use these colours more often than not. My order shipped very quickly and it arrived within a week's time without any damage to the goods. The texture of the eyeshadows is soft and the pigment is okay. If you want the colour to really show then you'll need to apply the shadow a few times. The longevity is reasonable and comparable to the other shadows I use. (MAC, LORAC, BB, TM) I didn't notice too much fallout and the shimmer isn't too bad. Overall, I'm satisfied with my first Sleek purchase.
I'm hooked on these cotton pads for life. I'll never go back to the drugstore cotton balls, especially the 'generic' brands. My skin is very sensitive (rosacea and hormonal acne) so I need to be gentle with it. These cotton pads are super soft and non-abrasive. For economic's sake, I'll cut them in half to get more use out of them. These cotton pads are definitely worth the money.

I have the Hoola lip gloss (from the Bronze of Champions kit from Sephora) and I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this because it's not worth the $$. First off, it has an odd 'rubbery' smell which I do not like and will deter me from using this gloss. The texture is very sheer and not pigmented. You can get this kind of gloss at the drugstores for less money. It's a definite miss and your money is better spent on other glosses that have more pigment and better staying power.

This is another little goodie in the "Bronze of Champions" kit from Sephora and it's a shimmery champagne colour. It's no different from the other cream shadows on the market and the staying power is decent. (using a primer is essential with cream shadows) I find it a little too shimmery on its own and I use it as a base when I'm doing a neutral eye look using tan and taupe colours. It's also great as a highlighter on the brow bone or in the corner of the eyes.
I think bronzer might rival my cherished Bobbi Brown bronzers. I will say that the packaging is terrible. I got a sample size in the 'Bronze of Champions' kit from Sephora and it's okay, but I can see problems using a brush with the full size version. This is a nice, matte bronzer and while it may look 'muddy' on some skin tones, it looks great on my Asian NC30/C3 complexion. It doesn't look dirty at all and gives me a nice, healthy glow which is what a bronzer should do. A little goes a long way and because it's matte, it's perfect for contouring. I'm glad I got the kit to try out this bronzer. Once I finish my BB bronzer, I might get this one.
