So in general this is a really nice powder! Great for oily skin. The only issue I have with it is that if you apply your blush/bronzer after this powder, the blush/bronzer doesn't go on as well. I guess I will be using this sparingly, since you don't even need a lot to set your foundation!

Mascara -MAC - Zoom Waterfast Lash

I have to curl my lashes, and it is very hard to find a waterproof mascara that will keep them curled. This was not one of the few that do (Benefit BadGal waterproof, Maybelline The Falsies Flared are the best ones so far), Zoom Waterfast made my lashes SO clumpy, and uncurled my lashes. It seems the waxy formula might be too heavy for those of us with fine, shorter lashes. It's going back to the MAC counter.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - BADgal Waterproof Mascara

This is one of the few mascaras I can tolerate. Since I have short, straight lashes I curl them, and MUST use a waterproof mascara otherwise the curl will not stay. In addition, the only times I've had luck keeping them curled is with the plastic comb brushes. Since I heard that the plastic comb brushes can inhibit more bacteria, I decided to give this one a shot with not much hope. Alas, my lashes are still curled. It doesn't add to my lashes any more than the CoverGirl Lashblast does(which I am trying to get away from anyways because Procter and Gamble does animal testing...blah!) If I really want lashes that pop I'll just wear falsies. But for an everyday mascara this one is a decent one.

Blush -BeneFit Cosmetics - Coralista

I love this blush! I've tried many peachy toned blushes (NARS Orgasm, Mac Peachykeen,) and this one is perfect on my light/olive-ish skin tone. I especially love putting a dab of Moon Beam on first, and layering coralista on top. It gives off a pretty golden glow :)

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Fair

Ummm what do I have to say. This is my every day foundation, easy application and it looks flawless. I actually use a mixture of the Laura Mercier oil-free primer and Prime Time and it looks more smooth. I'm irritated with the new packaging that makes it look like BE Matte....less product! Booo! I'll be repurchasing though because it's the best.

Highlighters -Bare Escentuals - All Over Face Color

Just got this in Rose Radiance. It's a soft pretty pink color and blends nicely with the bare minerals foundation. People just need to remember these are HIGHLIGHTERS, they aren't meant to put on a lot of color. I use it with my Benefit Dallas bronzer, but with a more brown-ish bronzer I'll use a different color.

Yep, this is my HG mascara. Tried everything for my short straight lashes, they must be curled beforehand and everything I try makes them un-curl...not this one.

Bought this on a whim...wanted to try something different than my usual CoverGirl lashblast waterproof. Found this in waterproof (waterproof with comb mascaras are the only ones that keep my lashes curled) and this one did the trick...really defined all my lashes and lots of volume. Good stuff:)

So I'm very pleased with this foundation. It feels SO LIGHT, like I'm wearing nothing even hours later. I have more oily skin, and while I had to touch up with powder a few hours later, the makeup did not dissipate around my nose and chin (problem areas). Only problem is that the color isn't exact, only because I have so much yellow in my skin. It's no big deal though, I can barely notice. Definitely going to repurchase!! *Update* So After using this for a week or so, I have found that it doesn't actually work as well WITH a primer! Too much primer doesn't allow this foundation to blend as well into the skin. I've been using the Laura Mercier oil free, my HG primer. Just use moisturizer OR primer, not both. Otherwise the foundation doesn't have as much staying power. Still going to repurchase the foundation.

After using this product for a month, I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in my skin. It is smoother, brighter, and some scars are definitely fading. One pump is enough for my whole face. Good job Origins!

Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet PLUS Matifying Foundation

I'm very pleased with this foundation. I went to Sephora in hopes of buying the Dior Forever, but none of the colors matched my asian fair/yellow skin(it's almost winter and I've given up on keeping a tan.) So the salesgirl suggested this one, and I was surprised with how well it matched my skin tone. It wears decently throughout the day, gotta touch up with powder once or twice. It really is matte, so if you're looking for a dewy looking foundation this isn't for you.

Liquid -Clarins - Multi-Matte Foundation

I LOVED this foundation. I discovered it when I worked at Clarins, and now that I'm not I'm still so sad that it is discontinued, 4 years later I have yet to find a foundation as wonderful as MM. Truly Matte, which replaced it did not measure up at all!! MM was smooth going on, gave buildable coverage and lasted all day and NEVER looked cakey. I have been wearing Bare Escentuals for a few yaers but now that I would like to switch back to liquid (getting tired of buffing) I just can't find one. Please bring Multi Matte back, Clarins!!

UGH! I'm so mad that Multi-Matte was discontinued for THIS!!! It doesn't give as flawless of an application as MM did, and it doesn't last nearly as long. Clarins please bring Multi Matte back!! :(
