This product is a water based/alcohol hybrid makeup meant to be used for applications in film and stage. This product also makes an excellent glamour makeup with 14+ hour wear. I use it with a Luminess pro airbrush and it makes luminess makeup look like dogsh*t. The finish is velvet-matte. There are a good selection of skintones as well as character colors, trauma fx colors, primaries and corrective tints. The amount of alcohol in the formulation is minimal, however, with this product I use a good a good moisture cream like embryolysse to protect the skin in cool, dry weather. It actually removes well with plain old shaving cream followed by a mild cleanser like Cerave. I'm an nc25 and I use light olive. The amount you get for $20 is 2oz. Double the value of most other airbrush foundations.
I find this product extremely helpful under airbrush makeup to fill in pores. I use this after using moisture mist (sodium PCA by Twinlabs) and another Good Skin product, Tri-Aktiline. Together, my skin looks flawless. I like it better than Smashbox's pink primer since it fills the pores more completely and it costs less.
The bright colors leave a nice stain but it's not a product for everyday wear simply because IT DRIES MY LIPS! Ow. Cracking lips after two days of wear and lots of reapplication. I won't repurchase this.

I bought this one morning on my way to work after running out of my Vichy Balm. It soothes the after effects of Retin-A by laying down a barrier on skin. I work in a very very cold environment (40 degrees F) and I need something to protect and soothe. This makes a suitable substitute for cocoa butter, shea butter, my Vichy Balm or any kind of oil. The reason I like it more is because it is cheap, easy to find, it smells great, and it doesn't clog me or break me out.
I have been using this for a solid 8 weeks now with great results. It mattifies while providing photostable sun protection. I apply either over or under my BB cream. I had some CVS Extrabucks and mfr. coupons so I ended up just paying tax on two of these!
The coverage of this can be adjusted, which I appreciate. If you put a pea sized amount on your hands and rub them together, you can press it into the skin for a lighter touch. I go back and add a small bit here and there where I need more. Makes my light, combo skin look flawless. I finish off with a sheer mineral veil to set. I have even applied this (hot pink version) to my man's face and he likes how it makes his acne prone skin look even toned and not like he has anything on. The pigments in Skin79 creams are teeny tiny so they sit close to the skin almost invisibly. This is my HG now.

I like this. I wish it had a higher SPF though so I took off one lippie. It has a creamy mousselike texture. I squeeze a pea sized amount into the palm of my hands and then rub them together and press into my skin. The look of my skin is improved in a subtle way. less coverage that a foundation but more than a typical tm. I need a powder with this for shine prevention but I would need a powder anyway. I got it on sale at CVS and had a coupon and some extrabucks so it ended up being nearly free. I want to try a Korean BB now to see how much better they are supposed to be since I really like this one. ****ETA- I took away two lippies since trying some samples from Korea.

I hate this. It is greasy, the color is orange and it smells strong.
MAC Verve Satin and some Spice Lip Pencil (or Cream O'Spice) and I feel like a vampy vixen but not too overdone. Classic color that is in the same color family as Santiago was (from late 90's Retro Matte collection) but less drying with all the staying power. This and Twig are two that should never die IMHO. NC20, green/ warm chestnut brown.
