I haven't been using this product long, but I can tell you what my early impressions are. I have a lot of skin problems right now from stress and postpartum issues, so my face really, really hates me right now. I also have sensitive skin and don't want parabens, fragrances, or anything else that will irritate my already irritated skin. I stay well hydrated and use a bentonite clay mask every week. I've been through a lot of products that don't work, so I don't fall for the hype anymore, so I somewhat reluctantly handed over a $20 for this serum when I spotted it at Walgreens. That night, I washed my face and gently rubbed in a layer and went to sleep. There was no noticeable fragrance, and the product absorbed quickly and did not leave an oily residue. I wanted to know how it would perform by itself overnight. At first it felt it wouldn't double as a moisturizer and I'd wake up dry.I woke up several times that night to feed the baby, so I assumed I'd get the tired red bags under my eyes again... I woke up, cleaned my eyes out with some water, and looked in the mirror. Lo! No red rings OR bags, and the big pores on my nose and on my cheeks by my nose were barely noticeable. My skin was reasonably soft, and the inflammation on my pimples had subsided. I could actually skip using my undereye illuminator. That's Day One. I'll update with a one month review.

Eye Shadow -Make Up For Ever - Aqua Shadows all

I have this in 4E matte taupe grey. I've used a lot of other waterproof jumbo liners (UD, Sephora, Stila, NIX), and this is the best of the bunch. The color is perfect - looks natural but gives a lot of drama, and matches with everything. It's not too grey and it's not too brown. If I only have a couple minutes to do my look, I reach for this pencil. Smudge, then draw in a harder line, and I'm good to go. I have oily lids and this has stayed put for 8 hours with no primer. I DO NOT put it on my waterline; I find it stings my eyes, and I wear contacts. Well worth the money.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

I've used Tarte, L'oreal HIP, Smashbox and Clinique cream/gel eyeliners, and this one is the best so far. I have it in black. You'll need to use more than one stroke for a solid color, but I prefer it that way; I'm more "painterly" and prefer to build up so I get the perfect wings without screwing up my lines. With no primer, it's stayed on for 12 hours with no smudging or fade-out. I do use the brush it comes with. It takes some getting used to; I use it sideways (straight on, it's too wide), and use short strokes from the lash line out.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - master drama eyeliner

I have this in Vibrant Violet and plan to get it in Sapphire and Midnight. I'm a big Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner fan, but I go through the pencils quickly and the cost is expensive. UD also has a weird habit of fading out halfway through the day, even on top of their primer potion. Not so with the Maybelline version. I get good color (takes a couple of passes to get a solid color) that lasts all day, no fadeout after 12 hours, and I only had a very tiny amount of smudging. And that's with NO primer. I think the smudging happened when I placed it on my bottom waterline. This liner will NOT stay put on the waterline, and won't even give you good color there. Overall, a very good deal for the money and a great UD substitute, but I'm not fond of the packaging. You have to turn-click forever to get more product out, and there's no sharpener.

Eyeliner -Sephora - Jumbo Liner 12HR Wear Waterproof

I am a big UD fan and love their 24/7 jumbo liners. But they are very pricey. So I bought a comparable Sephora version in black, and it is just as good as UD. On top of the UD primer potion, it stays put without smudging all day. It takes longer to set than the UD liner, but I consider that a good thing if you're blending. I can wing mine out nicely. I wish they had a better brown that is more like UD's Wasteland and a better plum color, but the Sephora line has some good daily-wear colors that UD does not have.

Moisturizers -Aubrey Organics - Sea Buckthorn & Cucumber w/ Ester-C

My skin is very sensitive and pimply and blemished, so I tried this on recommendation. While it did moisturize well, after a couple hours it felt very greasy. After several weeks my skin darted to react badly to it, maybe the buckthorn is too harsh for me. I had to stop using it. I switched to Aubrey's rosa mosqueta moisturizer, and that has worked perfectly and cleared up my skin.

Ever since my son was born, my skin has changed and gone bananas. Everything I used on my face suddenly stopped working. Along with a bar of oatmeal lavender soap from the Apothecary Fairy, this has been my new face care regimen and it works beautifully. The product is very thick but does not feel like it on the face. I only use a very small amount, about a half penny size, all over my face. My pimples and blemishes have gone away and I have stopped using foundation because my skin looks and feels so great now. **update** Big pimples and bad blemishes have totally gone away, but small blackheads started erupting. This product contains a coconut fatty base. If you google "non-comedogenic chart," coconut oil is rated one of the worst comedogenic natural oils.So I'm assuming that while my skin does not have an allergic reaction to the product and my overall skin tone and texture has improved, this product is clogging my pores.

Lip Gloss -Senna - Lip Lacquer in Bella

I was totally unfamiliar with Senna products until a new cosmetics store opened up nearby and they had this line. It is said that to find your perfect natural looking lip color, flip out your bottom lip color, and there it is. The Bella lip gloss is spot on - a caramel nude that leans mauve. It is a perfect everyday color. The staying power is terrific and would probably stay on even longer if I could stop myself from smacking my own lips together because the gloss is so wonderfully moisturizing. It is not very sticky, either.

Lipstick -Korres - Mango Butter Lipstick in Natural Pink 13

The color is very lovely on my lips; I have tan skin with yellow undertones and this color looks natural with a slight punch of pink. Unfortunately, I turned out to be allergic to the SPF in it and my lips broke out in little rough bumps. The lasting power is not good; it only stayed on a couple hours. The packaging has been updated; it is in a very classy dark metallic brown tube now. I wanted to like this like this lipstick, but it just won't work for me.

I received the plum color liner as part of a Sephora Beauty-in-a-Box, Brown Smoky Eye Kit from Tarte. The color is a very beautiful, rich plum that looks terrific with my brown eyes. It's not a "oh, hey, that's a party purple" plum, but a good color to pop your eyes out for any kind of night or day look. I use a Smashbox cream liner brush (short, straight hard bristles), and apply in short, upward strokes starting from the eyelash base. With this method you get deep, rich color and solid application. From there you can smudge out. I wing mine. On top of Urban Decay Primer Potion, it stays put all day. I've had this product for a month and so far the product still looks great with no signs of drying out. I keep the little white inner lid on it, which is probably helping with that.

Eyes -Make Up For Ever - Mascara Waterproof Black

This is my new favorite waterproof mascara. I have oily skin around the eyes, so I don't bother with non-waterproof mascaras. The color is a rich black, it stays put all day, and does not flake. It lengthens and thickens better than my old Bare Escentuals waterproof mascara. One tube lasts a loooooong time. Comes off easily with extra virgin olive oil (the one natural ingredient that works better at removing makeup than any official makeup remover out there!).

Eyeliner -Stila - Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

This is the best liquid eyeliner I've used so far. I wanted something between a pen and brush for smooth application that can also make thin lines or broader strokes. Excellent for cat eyes. Used on top of Urban Decay Primer Potion, the staying power is excellent and lasts ALL DAY without fading, flaking or smearing. And I've got naturally oily eyelids. I've found my go-to eyeliner!

I have this in Black Metal Love, which is black with the silver glitter. The staying power is very good and the liner looks very chic when applied. After a couple weeks, however, the product started clumping and I couldn't use it without it clumping all over my eyelids. I don't know if it's like this with all the other Autograph eyeliners, or the silver flecks in it are causing it to clump (yes, I screw the lid on all the way).

Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Sin

I'm a big fan of the regular primer potion, so I thought I'd give the Sin color a shot. The color is very nice and brightens my eyes, but the staying power isn't half as good as the regular. The texture is more "liquidy" and creases, and my eyeshadow/liner starts to travel after half a day. Stick with the regular and get the Sin eyeshadow if you like the color.

Sunscreen -Desert Essence - Age Reversal Pomegranate Mineral Sunscreen

I was looking for an organic daily sunscreen and came across this product at the Vitamin Shoppe. It applies with a whitish cast, which does disappear after a few minutes. It's a great base for mineral cosmetics, and I have noticed my skin looking a lot better, especially around my eyes where I was getting "tired" looking. It is not sufficient as a moisturizer by itself in the winter-time, but is excellent for spring/summer. I would buy this product again.
