LOVE THIS! I am 29 years old and thought that this product might be too young for me but I absolutely love it. On initial spray it is slightly overpowering, but 5 minutes later I am left with a sweet, yet not overly sweet, vanilla, caramel scent! Sometimes I even smell a little bit of black pepper and I know that sounds strange but it all meshes so well. I have received hundreds of compliments on this perfume and my husband loves it, and he is really picky when it comes to scents. I don't understand all the hate for this fragrance on here, I mean, it is not nauseatingly sweet, I don't feel that it is too young for an adult woman either. This is my go to fragrance for now, it makes me feel so happy, even when the skies are gray, haa.. It is a major pick me up fragrance and I love it. Great staying power too!

Fragrances -Parfums de Coeur - Body Fantasies Cotton Candy

Wow, who would have thought a 29 year old woman would fall in LOVE with this inexpensive Cotton Candy scent? It does have a strong alcohol smell when you first spritz it on but that fades quickly and I am left with a cotton candy, creamy vanilla, sugary scent!This fragrance also seems to attract men and women both. Everywhere I go with this fragrance on, I hear people saying "something smells sooo good and sweet" and people ask me what I am wearing because they like it so much.... I would have never expected to love something that I thought was so juvenille and cheap when I just passed by it in the store.. But give it a try, you might like it just as much as I do.

Moisturizers -mark - See Things Clearly Brightening Moisturizer

I am hooked on this moisturizer! I use it after washing my face with Mark's "That's Deep Purifying Gel Cleanser" and have experienced such great results with this combo! This moisturizer feels light, but when you put it on it really hydrates my combination skin, evens it out and clears up the dry spots but seems to minimize oil production during the day. I had some acne as a teenager and therefore had some minor marks/scars leftover and this stuff has really evened out my skintone and pretty much made them disappear! I couldn't ask for a better moisturizer. The packaging is great because it has a little pump on top of the lid so you are not sticking your fingers in the cream everyday and getting germs in there. It also allows you to get every last drop out of the container so no waste! I have used more expensive brands in the past but this stuff really works great and I don't plan on switching anytime soon!

Cleansers -mark - That's Deep Purifying Gel Cleanser

I love this product!! It is the best facial cleanser I have found for my combination skin that breaks out occassionally. It has very minimal fragrance, lathers well, removes make-up and leaves your skin SO SOFT! I actually felt a slight tingly feeling, not uncomfortable, just like it was really deep cleaning my face! I tend to have large pores and after using this for about 5 days I really noticed my pores looked so much smaller and my skin looked clearer. I haven't broke out at all but it just feels and looks like my pores are purging all the yucky stuff when I use this face wash. I really would recommend this product to anyone that wants a non-drying yet very deep cleansing face wash!

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Vanilla Bean Noel Body Cream

Although I can't wait for the holiday season to come around because I crave this scent, I really think they have reformulated this in the past year or so because the scent has changed. When I first started buying Vanilla Bean Noel from B&BW years ago, it had such a dominant, long lasting, Vanilla/Caramel scent... Now the scent seems more subtle and, I don't know how to explain it, more "plasticy". Don't get me wrong, I still purchase this every year and get so many compliments on this scent, especially while layering it with the shower gel and body mist, that really creates some staying power. My husband even loves the smell and when I put it on I can't keep him away from me... I guess it is true that guys do like the smell of vanilla and bakery type scents. As far as it's moisturizing properties, it is "ok". I mostly just use it for the scent. If you have severely dry or chapped skin, I don't think this cream will really do much for you in that area but for average dry skin it moisturizes ok.

Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - PINK Sweet & Flirty

Nice, light, fresh feminine scent, perfect for spring or summer, goes on with a bit of an alcohol smell but once it dries it is such a great scent with no trace of alcohol! I use this mostly in the spring and summer because it is so light and fresh smelling. It is not my "everyday" signature scent, but I wear this quite often and love layering it with the body lotion. I get a lot of compliments and people know that it is Victoria's Secret Pink Sweet and Flirty when you are wearing it. I had one girl say "You smell so good, like you just walked out of V.S." (I guess that is a compliment). It is a super feminine scent, floral and sweet like candy to me. Does not have a deep musk smell or anything like that so if you don't tend to like the girly, floral, sweet smell this is probably not for you! I buy it when it is on sale so I think it is a great value!

Clothes -Victoria's Secret - General Opinion

I am so sick of Victoria's Secret and their poorly made products. I have been a devoted V.S customer for years but I am sick of the bras lasting for 3 months maximum and then falling apart, when I spend anywhere from $40.00-$60.00 on them! They are so overpriced and poorly made, I will wear a bra for a month and the wire will start poking through the fabric and stabbing my side, or the elastic will start coming out or wearing out, AND YES, I handwash and line dry ALL of my undergarments, it is just that poorly made!! And YES I am wearing the correct size!!! I have given pretty much every line that V.S. has a chance, Biofit, Ipex, Sexy Little Things, Body by Victoria, and they all fall apart. I refuse to pay this much money for a product I can wear for a month and then have to throw away. I think I am going to stick to the department stores from now on or go to Target for my bras and underwear!

Lipstick -Maybelline - 24 Hour super stay

This lipstick is great! I applied it at 6am and had to actually remove it at midnight with my eye makeup remover!! It wasn't "overly" drying, they have a good color selection, although every color seems to have a shimmer or sparkle to it, I couldn't find any matte colors, but that is okay with me! Pros: Cheap, long-lasting, transfer proof, not "overly" drying, good color selection, doesn't irritate my lips like some long lasting products do. Comes with a "lip-balm" to keep your lips moisturized. Cons: Every color has a shimmer or sparkle to it, can be a bit drying if your lips aren't in good condition, make sure to exfoliate before applying so you don't look flaky.

Fragrances -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Eau De Parfum

Let me start off by saying I am really very picky when it comes to fragrance and could never find a "signature" fragrance because I get sick of them so fast, plus I am a Registered Nurse and we are not supposed to wear strong scents because of being around people with breathing problems.... I received a sample of Amazing Grace when I bought some of Philosophys other products on the website. I instantly fell in LOVE with it, it smells sooo clean, fresh and feminine. The first day I wore it, I walked into the grocery store about an hour later and I had 3 people say to me "Wow you smell good, what is that?" Now, one problem that I just noticed, the scent USED TO last all day long.. But I think they must have changed the formulation because the last bottle I bought, well, it wears off really quickly, and it is not just me getting used to the scent , I ask others if they can smell it and they tell me no, and I have even noticed that in about 3-4 hours, even if I sniff my wrist, there is no trace of the fragrance left... This really sucks because it causes me to have to reapply during the day and to me, this fragrance is expensive, I mean, I bought the big bottle and I believe it cost me around $60.00-$70.00... I am not sure if they changed the formulation (watered it down more) or if my body chemistry has changed, I don't know? But I do know that my first few bottles definitely lasted much longer than my current bottle. Overall, I would highly reccomend this fragrance to anyone looking for an "everyday, go-to, fresh" scent! Maybe I will try layering the Parfum with the body lotion and that will help with the staying power? Love this stuff!!!! Just wish it lasted long like it used to!

Powder -Bare Escentuals - bare Minerals Foundation #2/#3 & Mineral Veil

I used to have acne and red spots, I struggled with finding a foundation that would provide good coverage, repair my skin, look natural and last all day, and then I found Bare Minerals Foundation!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have combination skin, so some areas on my face would get oily whereas some would dry out and that had always been a problem for me until I tried this product. It keeps my face even all day, doesn't sweat off, looks natural and I never need to reapply. It even has improved my skin quality, I rarely EVER break out anymore. I have some large pores on my nose and this product makes them disappear. It covers up any redness but looks sooooo NATURAL! I had tried everything from drug store brands, to Clinique, Lancome and MAC but nothing comes close to BareMinerals foundation! To people who say it looks dry or cakey, it doesn't, you just have to apply a moisturizer to your face before you apply, use a small amount of the mineral foundation, swirl the brush in the minerals, tap off any excess, then buff into your skin. If you require more coverage in certain areas, repeat the process. It does not make fine lines or pores more noticeable for me, it actually makes my skin look flawless! I get so many compliments on my skin now and people saying how great and even my complexion is now. I honestly don't think I will ever switch foundations, this is the best stuff by far! It lasts all day, sometimes I work up to 16 hours and at the end of the day it looks the same as I did when I had just applied it. I love the new packaging with the locking sifter so you can put it in your purse and not lose any of the product! The mineral veil, I just apply lightly like a setting powder and it keeps my makeup intact all day! I STRONGLY reccomend this product to anyone who wants a natural, yet buildable foundation that is actually good for your skin! I have got so many of my friends, sister and my mom hooked on this product once they saw the results that I got from it!

Conditioner -Matrix - Biolage - Detangling Solution

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff. I use it in combination with the Biolage Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner on the days when my hair is extra tangled!!! Nothing ever worked for my head full of tangled hair before but this really works!!! I apply it after shampooing and work it through my hair with my fingers, let it sit for a minute or so then rinse. My hair is left soft, manageable and SOOOOO easy to comb through, and I have LONG, color treated hair! This puts every other detangler I have tried to shame!!! I love this stuff!

Conditioner -Matrix - Biolage Color Care Conditioner

I love this conditioner, I use it after my Biolage Color Care Shampoo and leave this conditioner sit on my hair for about 3 minutes and then take a wide tooth comb and comb it through in the shower. It has such a clean, fresh scent and really leaves my hair shiny, frizz-free, soft and tangle free! I love it, will never try anything again, I found my go to product!

Shampoo -Matrix - Biolage - Color Care Shampoo

I have 4 different colors weaved through my thick, long, blonde hair so needless to say I need a gentle, yet effective shampoo that will protect my color and keep my hair healthy, let me just say, I found it in Biolage Color Care Shampoo! I am hooked, it has a super-clean scent, a little bit goes a long way, you only need a tiny amount to get a super amount of lather. It rinses clean and leaves your hair soft, manageable, clean and smelling great! I will never go back to another shampoo again! I am hooked! Highly recomended!
