Shampoo -Schwarzkopf - Bonacure Silver Reflex Shampoo

This is the only shampoo that removes brassy tones while not turning my hair (or my hair extensions) splotchy purple. It smells nice, lathers well and does the job beautifully. I used Shimmer Lights and it stained my extensions a very ugly grey/lavender in certain spots. This did not.

Liquid -Urban Decay - Naked Skin

I love this foundation. I was wearing NARS Sheer Glow on a daily basis for work and while I like it, I didn't love it. Not for every day use. I wanted something similar that had more staying power, as I work a minimum of 10 hours a day. This is definitely it for me. I believe it cost me about $38 which isn't exactly cheap but well worth it in my opinion for the quality of the product. It has staying power and has a really nice finish to it. It also matched my skin better than almost any foundation I've tried (I am very fair, and the shade 1 was a perfect match) I am about halfway through the bottle and fully plan to repurchase. Two thumbs up.

Foundations -Givenchy - Photo'Perfexion Light

I understand that this is supposed to be a light coverage foundation but this literally has no coverage whatsoever. Nor does it have the characteristics of something like a tinted moisturizer, which just makes it an annoying product. It doesn't wear well or having any staying power whatsoever. A total disappointment.

Liquid -Giorgio Armani - Luminous Silk Foundation

I bought this foundation twice now so I feel like I can give it a proper review. The pro's - I am very fair, and the lightest shade did match my skin tone. Which is rare for me. I have trouble finding foundations light enough for me. The bottle itself is an easy-to-use, and nice looking container; however I found it next to impossible to see how much foundation was left in the bottle and as such, was not forewarned when it was going to run out. I do like the finish that it gives and find it easy to blend. The con's - It's pricey. It doesn't wear amazingly through the day - I do find I need to touch it up after a few hours. & it does have to be set (for me) with a powder or I end up looking a bit oily. All in all it's nice, but it's not my favorite. I have repurchased but would be easily swayed away from it for something I like more.

I use this daily. I've used it over almost all of my foundations and it always sets everything beautifully. A great product.

Liquid -Chanel - Teint Innocence [DISCONTINUED]

I have mixed feelings about this foundation. I like the way it feels once it's applied.. it's smooth, light, and (in my experience) doesn't budge. It's not cakey, doesn't make me break out (which is rare because I have very sensitive skin) HOWEVER... the packaging is a pest. I do NOT understand why Chanel would package this in the annoying jar when they package their other foundations (Matte Lumiere, Vitalumiere, etc.) in such convenient pump form. Also, it's very low coverage so if I have a day where I'm red, or I want to cover up problem spots I absolutely can't turn to this.

Mascara -Bobbi Brown - Lash Glamour Lengthening Mascara

I recently purchased this because a friend of mine swears by it. I normally use Dior Blackout but I'm loving the BB so far and I think I'm making a complete switch. I didn't experience any of the flaking/smudging I read in previous reviews, nor did I have difficulty removing it. I do agree that the wand picks up alot of product but other than that I have absolutely no complaints about this mascara.

Liquid -MAC - Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation
rated 1 of 5

I was excited about the idea of a gel-based foundation by MAC. I tried applying it with a MAC 187 brush; a 190 brush; a wet sponge.. nothing worked out. It went on thick and wouldn't blend well. It made my skin irritated. It didn't feel good on my skin whatsoever. I would absolutely not recommend this.

Powder -Christian Dior - Diorskin Forever Compact
rated 5 of 5
njposh 5/28/2009 3:29:00 PM

I love this compact. It is a really nice powder that doesn't cake and offers good coverage. I've heard alot of people with oily skin say it didn't work out well for them but my skin is neither too oily nor too dry so for me, it's perfect. I think it's probably not the best coverage for anyone who has acne prone or oily skin.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Black Out Mascara
rated 5 of 5

My HG mascara. I think it's perfect. It's not too thick but still does the job. It isn't as sticky as I found the DiorShow to be, and it really gives you massive, beautiful lashes. I'm very happy with it.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Airflash
rated 4 of 5

Not practical for everyday use whatsoever. Very expensive and a bit messy but does do what it claims to - gives you an airbrush, soft finish. I use this whenever I'm going OUT.. to a club or a party, etc. Used it for a wedding I was the maid of honor in and it photographed VERY well.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Mascara

I used this mascara for quite some time and liked it, but knew there had to be something better. I found this mascara a bit sticky. I also had to use several coats to get it to look how I wanted it. I've since switched to the Blackout mascara and like it much better.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Extra Volume Collagen mascara
rated 1 of 5

I bought this out of curiousity while in the drugstore one day. Complete garbage. It clumps up when applying, it smears, and most annoyingly.. it leaves little flecks of product under your eye as the day goes on. Hated it.
