When I put it on I was amazed at the length/volume, it looked like I had false eyelashes on. Maybe it's cus I have thin eye lashes or something and therefore it makes a big difference.. It doesn't clump if you put it on properly. Yes it does smudge if your eyes get wet or if you touch your eye right after you put it on, but when it dries you'll be fine.

It makes my skin really soft! I don't know about the credibility of the first reviewer, because I had no break outs at all after I used this. I also use the extra moist emulsion and softener, which I use for the day. I only use this at night or before sleeping. It's not amazing, compared to its price... but it does its job. =)
