Eyeliner -Maybelline - Line Stylist

The first time I bought this eyeliner it did break after a few days and would no longer twist up and I was fairly disappointed to have wasted to much of a good liner. I suppose the packaging could be a little better quality, but it was my fault that it broke. In any case, the liner has amazing staying power and is not too dry to apply comfortably even without heating it up. Perhaps I've had better luck than others with my purchases, but I'm on my third one and all have been fine. I love that it can make such a nice thin line because it's always a lot easier to make a thicker line with a thinner pencil than the other way around if I want to play around with thickness. I have it in espresso, which I love, and after reading here I think I'll hunt for bronze gleam! This is also one of the few pencil or twist up liners that applies to my waterline and actually stays there.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

It seems that the falsies really is a love/hate product. Personally, it's my HG mascara. It doesn't flake at all, but that might be more because I'm not in the habit of picking. In any case, I love that with one coat, this mascara applies evenly and makes my lashes look naturally long and full. With one or two more coats, the look is much more dramatic and does not turn into a clumpy mess! This mascara is very versatile. Will definitely repurchase when I run out.

Polishes -OPI - Im a Princess Youre Not

I absolutely love this polish because of the sheer quality it has. It seems to put some people off, but one coat of I'm a Princess, You're Not over a french tip is the way to go. It's a bit more interesting than your basic clear coat, but doesn't overwhelm a french manicure. Would definitely repurchase and recommend this polish.

Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Pencil - White
nikkithecastle1 11/21/2010 4:03:00 PM
I bought this for some Halloween makeup because I needed a white pencil and 99 cents seemed like a great deal for me. It turns out I'm using it every day for my inner corner to brighten things up a bit. It applies great and it's easy to smudge for a more natural look. I expected it to have a less than average staying power, because I just felt like something had to be wrong, but I was pleasantly surprised in that department. If I ever run out of this giant pencil, I'll definitely repurchase.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Define-A-Line in Rich Raisin
nikkithecastle1 11/21/2010 3:49:00 PM
While the color is beautiful, I'm not at all a fan of this product. I normally use eyeshadow mixed with water using a liner brush for a liner, so I bought this for my waterline for easier use. the problem is that the color did not go onto my waterline at all.. not even for a little bit. One day I tried it on my upper lashline and the color transferred to my upper lid and, after a short time (an hour or so) it had completely smudged off. My eyelids are by no means oily, either, so I can hardly imagine the result if they were! I definitely will not repurchase. Also - the smudger tool isn't very useful, not to mention it came off after one day in my makeup bag. Haven't found it since..
