I have oily, acne-prone skin and admittedly, I was afraid to use this product on my face at first. But, I took the plunge and I'm so glad I did! This stuff is amazing-very emollient and moisturizing without being too heavy. I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who use the drying acne treatments (for example, I use Retin-A) on your off nights. It is dirt cheap at Dollar General; you get two large jars for around $2. It does have a scent but it dissipates after awhile. I am a person who does not prefer scented products for the face, but again, this cream doesn't seem to bother me. I will continue to repurchase again and again!

This is the best lipbalm, hands down. It stays on forever! I can apply it before bed and when I wake up I can still feel it on my lips slightly in the morning! It smells divine and you get a lot of product for the money, which is around just $2 anyway! I will repurchase again and again! HG definitely! Pick one up!

My HG foundation! Finally, after years of searching, I've found it! I love this foundation so much. It covers impeccably but does not feel heavy or mask-like. I do have very fair, pink-undertoned skin and I was concerned about finding a color match, but I was pleasantly surprised that the shade Light Ivory was a fit for me. It is long-wearing and does not need concealer underneath. As others have stated, be sure to exfoliate and moisturize well before use! This foundation is a bit pricey at $33.50 USD but I can see this bottle lasting me at least 6-8 months as so little is needed to achieve the flawless, full coverage this foundation delivers.

I picked this up at WalMart for under $10, I believe. It is worth every penny, IMO. It offers high level protection and is not greasy or oily on my face whatsoever. I have very oily skin as well and again, this does not aggravate that condition. I just started using sunblock because of the fact that I started on the Retin-A treatment. So far, this has not let me down!

These are cute, tasty and good-smelling lip balms. I love the variety. As far as feel is concerned, these feel like your standard lip balm. Nothing special but I like them!

Makeup Brushes -Everyday Minerals - New Flat Top Brush

I have had this brush forever and for whatever reason, I have only recently started to use it. Overall it is a nice brush. The bristles are soft but dense. I have not noticed any shedding despite having washed it. I can't recall what I paid for it but I would repurchase it again as it is my go-to foundation brush.

This was my first UD eyeshadow. I would say it was also the beginning of my obsession with cosmetics! I really like this color a lot. As others have stated, it's a great base and highlight color. Do, however, beware of fallout!

I have oily, acne-prone skin. This mask minimizes my oily areas and my face feels tighter (in a good way) overall after using it. The smell is not bad and I love the cooling feeling it gives while it's on my skin. I usually leave it on for around 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. I use this mask once a week and my skin tolerates it very well.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - Unrefined Shea Butter

I just discovered shea butter and I love it. I mix it with white sugar and use it as a lip and body scrub and it's awesome. It really seals in moisture and leaves your skin feeling very moisturized after a shower. I have also used it as undereye cream for overnight use . It does take some time to soak in so I'm not sure if it could be used during the day other than for hands.

I heart my Hot Tools hair dryer! I have the hot pink one with the zebra print. It heats up nicely and is easy to handle. I got mine as a gift but I would purchase one myself if I ever needed to.

I actually use this as a shower gel. It is kinda liquidy to use for that purpose but it is really nice and creates a lot of bubbles when you put it on one of those netty-poufy things. There is no scent, which I love, especially when I'm wearing perfume or other scented body products. You can get a huge jug of this at WalMart for around $3 and it lasts forever.

I purchased this (a 4 oz. glass bottle) aloe vera at a flea market booth selling whipped shea butter and African black soap. I was looking for a different aloe as the Fruit of the Earth one I had was making my face red and itchy (?). This product has a much different consistency than the FOTE aloe. This is a completely liquid form of aloe vera. It's cooling and soothing and does not make my face red or itchy. I splashed some onto my face last night before bed and woke up this morning to smooth, even-toned skin. This also took down oiliness as well. I can't wait to use it underneath my foundation as a primer.

I use this in conjunction with the Deep Stain toothpaste. I love them both! I noticed my teeth were brighter after just one use. Be warned though-this stuff does burn and wants to kinda stick to your teeth after you spit. It's worth it though to have brighter/whiter teeth! No pain, no gain!

I love this blush. It is highly pigmented, as we have all come to know and love from NARS cosmetics. It goes on smoothly and stays true to color. I am not even close to hitting pan, but if I ever do, I would definitely repurchase.

I'm really iffy about this soap. I've used it several times on my face and I haven't felt that great about it. My skin is super oily and when I use this soap, it becomes very parched and tight feeling. I just cut a small chunk off and put it in my shower, away from the water. It seems to work up a nice lather but I don't like how it makes my face feel. Maybe it would be better if used on the body.
