Moisturizers -Olay - Age Defying Intensive Nourishing Night Cream

I bought this moisturizer because I wanted a heavier moisturizer for night that treated wrinkles without clogging my pores. And for the mos part it, this delivered. This does a fine job of moisturizing, but I did feel that sometimes it wasn't moisturizing enough for my dry areas and a little too oily for my oily areas. I know that sounds crazy, but I'd wake up with a pretty oily forehead and tight cheeks. I've never been fond of the Olay scent, but it's not terrible. I can't quesite speak to it's anti-wrikles capabilities because I'm using this more as a preventive measure. This wasn't bad, but it didn't wow me either. Overall, just an OK moisturizer.
I've been using this mask on and off for a few years now. The sulfur and the salicylic acid in it makes it great for controlling oil and reducing acne. Depending on the type of acne you have, the mask can help to makes pimples smaller and less red. Also, I like to use the mask on my forehead whenever I start to feel like the my forehead is in oil producing overdrive. I know it says 10 min, but I find that this mask works best when you leave it on for a few hours. The camphor smell is pretty strong when you first put it on, but it dissipates as it starts to dry.
I used the trial cleanser with my Mia for about two weeks and I broke out. This is after I used the Mia for a month with my old cleanser, so I'm pretty sure it isn't just my skin purging. I went back to my old cleanser (Ceptaphil) and my skin stopped breaking out. I do have acne-prone skin though, but products rarely make me breakout. I also didn't like the smell. It definitely has a old cucumber smell that while isn't overpowering, isn't very pleasant. Overall, not a great cleanser for me.
I've used this mask for years to get rid of black head and clogged pores. You can actually see the crap from your pores coming out when the mask dries! Also super effective on the nose when used prior to a Biore nose strip. It does burn when you first put it on, but my skin ( which is not sensitive) never had any reactions. I just sit in front of a fan until the burning stops.
After using Nars blushes for several years, I got tired of sparkles on my face from their blushes. I was looking for a matte blush and a Sephora rep suggested Illamasqua in Excite. At first, I was pretty put off by the bright orange color, but once she put it on me I was sold! I have lightly tanned skin with golden undertones and the coral color really adds a healthy glow to my skin. I love that you can do a little bit of product for day or use more for night. Fantastic color! And like the other reviewers said, Illamasqua makes blushes that are highly pigmented and finely milled. The product goes on smooth and doesn't break out my acne-prone checks. Plus, this blush stays on ALL DAY. I sweat a lot and the color doesn't budge. It is pretty pricey at $24, but it's totally worth it.
Lip Treatments -Aveeno - Essential Moisture Lip Conditioner with SPF 15

When I first used this lip balm, I hated it. The vanilla/ oatmeal smell is pretty strong and to me, not at all appealing. Also, the stick was really waxy and hard and somehow managed to still disappear from my lips after an hour. So I chucked it in my car and forgot about it for a week. Voila! The balm was sudden a perfect soft consistency (without being all melty and gross) and really, really moisturized my lips. Now I use it everyday before putting on any lipstick or gloss. I also love that it has SPF 15. Bonus! But I took a few lippys off because of the smell, the somewhat high price, and because it wasn't awesome out-of-the-box. I will buy this again until I find something better though.
