First impressions after recieving this in a swap? God i've got a purple blush. All the pictures i've seen are definately not true to the colour of this blush it's in my opinion purple, and very pigmented... first time i wore it i looked like i'd been punched! However after i got used to the pigmentation and the colour of it i like it,..... no in fact i love it.... its only the second blush i would EVER repurchase. I can not say enough good things about this blush, don't be put off like i was by the colour used in the right way this blush can make you look great :) I've put price as 3 as i didnt buy it i got it in a swap..
Well i had high hopes for this product after reading AMAZING, reviews. I was very dissappointed in it however. I understand how to use it, and no i wasn't using it wrong. It's just a pointless product, it's basically water in a spray bottle that you get charged £11 for. Yes i know i was stupid enough to fall for the hype, but i can easily get a spray can put some cheaper rose water (or whatever it is) in it and leave that to stand doing nothing on my dressing table instead. Up for swap it goes. I'm sorry to say MAC you have disappointed me on this one! edit: forgot to say it also broke me out... none of the MAC foundations/powders/blush have ever broke me out and niether has any other brand of foundation.
Well firstly the packaging, it's nice and simple i love benefit packaging and usually rate it a 5, so this was no exception. As for the price in the UK it is over £20, and for a tub that size it is ridiculous contemplating even spending that much! i bought mine from work and i got it in a tester sale so i only paid £8 for it... if i had paid anymore i would have been very angry! As for the product itself, it does nothing. Yes, it is an alright mosturising cream which is why i gave it 2, not 0 or 1 but as for it's magic at making dark circles dissappear, what a load of rubbish! i used it twice a day for 3 weeks. Nothing changed! Up for swap it goes!
I suppose i can't complain too much, i did buy this product at a CCO so i didn't pay full price for it, but i was still seriously disappointed. I would have been VERY angry if i'd paid full price. It did nothing for my lips. I bought it in the colour strobe blossom, swatched it in the store and it was lightly pigmented, a pretty pink colour... however when applied on the lips it did nothing, no conditioning quality at all! i ended up with even more dried, stained bright pink lips! it made me look like i had some lip disease... not attractive.
I only bought this concealer yesterday but already i feel the need to rave about it! i'm not a benefit fanatic... but after reading many many reviews about how terrible MAC concealers were i felt the need to try something else first... so i went off to benefit as i work in a department store and we have a counter where i get 15% off... i saw boi-ing and saw that it came in 3 shades... testing the shades 01 was far too light and i knew would make me look like a ghost but being nw20 in studio sculpt i thought 02 would be too dark... i didn't try it in the shop but as soon as i got home i applied it ... ready to have it up on mua for a swap within minutes... but i thnk i am honestly in love! it's usually £15.19 or something but i got it for around £12... that's why i have marked it 5 for price... onyl bad thing i have to say is it doesnt cover spots as well as previous concealers i have tried.. so if that's what you want this may not be the best concealer for you... but for dark patches under the eyes and blotches it's greatttt ♥ it!
i love, love, love it!
this is a gorgeous hot pink colour.. with gold flecks in it.. i love this colour... it doesn't make my nw20 skin look really pale like lots of pinks do... and it goes even better when im nw25 with a tan! :) love love love it!
i first tried this product on my trip to a mac counter, before i wore any mac products. the ma used this foundation on me and i fell in love... it gave me perfect coverage and it matched my skin colour perfectly... somthing that doesnt happen very often! however after using up my sample and purchasing full size i have to say it is not a summer foundation, it feels like it's literally melting off of my face! when it's sunny outside and i wear this foundation it's not pleasent trust me! hwoever i have put it as i would buy it again because when its not hot outside (im from the uk so that is the majority of the time) its an alright foundation

I was the one causing all the trouble! i just HAD to do a review on this product! I tend to buy cheap cleansers and things all the time from my local drug store... and each one sits in my drawer after 2 days of use just slowly going towards the bin. Then i found this! it is perfect! it doesn't hurt when it's supposed to tingle like some cleansers do... it doesn't sting my eyes when i get too close and best of all it doesn't make my skin go dry... i will deffinatly be repurchasing! especially as it is under £5!!!
I live in the UK and bought this from space NK yes.. i though £20.55 was a bit expensive for a bronzer but after all the good reviews i thought i should give it a go! and i am so glad i did... it doesn't make me look ''orange'' or ''muddy'' i'm nw20-25 and i use a mac 187 brush to apply it... it goes on evenly and is great for adding an extra ''glow''

Although i have only had this lipstick a little amount of time i have to say it is VERY dry.. i have dry lips anyway and i thought this lipstick would be quite mosturising as that is what i have heard from friends but no it tends to go dry very quickly i'll give it a little longer to create an impression then get back to you!
I love this product! I will buy and buy again i have one in every handbag and dotted everywhere in the house! 5 out of 5 everytime!
I thought this would be too nude for me but after buying and trying i fell in love with this lipstick. i will be repurchasing again and again!
What put me off at first was the sheer brightness of this blush, but i swatched it on my hand and realised that if used sparingly and blended i would probably get a very nice pinky colour.. i would definatly repurchase this blush as it is very pigmented but when used right is the nicest blush i own.... i apply it every day and will hit pan soon enough!
Makeup Brushes -MAC - 191 Square Foundation Paint Brush

To be honest there are better foundation brushes, but then again that is down to personal opinion. I bought this brush after having my mu done by an ma at MAC and i was really impressed with the finish she got with it (i didn't think about the fact she used a 188 to blend) and bought it. However, i don't know if it was the fact i had only used sponges in the past but my foundation never gets the right affect. granted it could be the clinique foundation but i think this brush has no blending in element to it whatsoever. I would suggest this brush if you weren't stuck for time to put on your make up and you were happy to go over again with a blending brush for example the 187 or the 188.. However if you want a brush that ''blends as you go'' this isn't the brush for you. With regards to the price i think in comparison to other MAC face brushes it isn't badly priced. i would repurchase this brush as now i have the 187 and get the effect and finish i want.
