I can't believe i bought this at duane reade! i was desparate to try to find a drugstore foundation that matched my stila natural finish - this even tops it! i have dry, fair skin with fine lines under my eyes. i bought the lightest color - porcelain ivory - it looks dark in the bottle, but definitely is not, its the perfect shade. the shimmer is not over powering at all, i love that its spf 18. as far as the age rewind thing goes, it doesnt really firm but it doesnt stay in lines. this product did not sink into my pores, lasted all day long, didnt cake into my fine lines, didnt make me break out, great medium coverage! it feels great moving from $30 to only $9! definitely my hg

Moisturizers -Almay - Daily Moisturizer 3 for dry skin with cucumber

i was very disappointed with this product. i've been looking for affordable facial moisturizers to ease my dry winter skin... the moisturizing factor did not last all day and the spf smelled like i was going to the beach. if fragrances make you break out, this isn't for you. i also found this sticky.

for covering dark circles, i still need to use a yellow concealer underneath this. but everything else about this product is wonderful. i was tired of my MAC studio fix concealer sinking into my fine lines, so i bought this due the good reviews - great! i love that it's spf 20 (a weird smell at first, but fades and isnt too offending), and i love that it's an eye cream as well. its moisturizing enough to remove dry patches for my winter dry. i wouldnt use this on blemishes becuz it has a slight highlighter effect to it. best undereye concealer i've had, will def repurchase

i have this in soft yellow and it's the best yellow stick i have (so far) found. the packing sucks, but it does cover my dark circles well, although i still have to use concealer on top of it. i dont think it gets rid of lines, it just doesnt sit in them. i will repurchase until i find something better :o(

Treatments -Clinique - Turnaround Concentrate [DISCONTINUED]

this left my face feeling incredibily smooth and plump. my sensitive skin soaked it up and the lines on my forehead are gone. ive replaced my olay perfecting cream with this and found it to be sooo much better. i would love to wear it during the day because it moisturizes my dry skin very well but it doesnt contain spf :o( if it did, this would be my holy grail cream. luckily, i got this as part of my clinique gift set, but now im seeing that its nearly $40 - so i probably will not be repurchasing.

Treatments -Olay - Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum

this was gentle enough to use on my sensitive skin for morning and night. the texture is really smooth and my makeup stuck to it well. as for a fine line fix - it helped with the lines on my forehead but not around my mouth and under my eyes, will not be repurchasing.

i love this as a night cream because my eyes are not as puffy in the morning and it moisturizes well. i dont like it during the day because my concealer doesnt stick to it. helps with fine lines but not at all with under-eye circles - which is my main concern, so i will not be repurchising. i have very sensitive skin and this did not irritate me at all.

Liquid -Almay - Line Smoothing Makeup

I was very disappointed after reading some of these reviews... i have very fair combo skin, but dry in the winter. i got the hydrating for dry skin version. the color (120 ivory) matched me perfectly and did not stay in lines, the spf is a plus, but it didnt give me enough coverage - i dont like to waste my makeup by building. i could still see the redness around my nose and blemishes. very sad, i've been trying to find a drug store brand that will match my stila, but i hate spending the $30!

Concealers -Clinique - Advanced Concealer

i used to love this concealer... but then the winter came. this is definitely not for those of you with dry skin in the winter. although it did cover my circles, it dries powdery - which looks horrible for dry winter skin cuz it accentuates flakes. if you're more on the oily side, this is for you. otherwise, save it for the summer

Moisturizers -Olay - Regenerist Enhancing Lotion with UV protection

im glad i got this is in the trio pack cuz i would never buy the full size. you get super dry skin during the winter, this wont do you any good. although it did feel soft on my skin, it wasn't hydrating enough and made what i put on top of it (concealer, foundation) really cakey and sit in lines. i would consider buying the hydrating one, but i just hate the scents in them. its like im going to the beach.

Toners -Physicians Formula - Gentle Refreshing Toner for dry to very dry skin
rated 5 of 5
mtsays 2/6/2007 2:53:00 PM

I absolutely love this toner! i used to use clinique's toner, and it was wayyyy too harsh and terrible for winter time. it is definitely refreshing and doesn't burn. removes dirt and oil while hydrating. gentle enough to use every morning prior to makeup and also great to use before touching up to avoid piling up makeup. the only thing that sucks is that you have to buy it online, ive never been able to find it in stores.
