The make-up rep at CVS claims this is the highest dosage retinol you can get without a prescription. I have been using a tiny amount of this night cream twice a day on just my problem areas: my crows feet, forehead wrinkles and mouth "parentheses". I noticed a difference after about two weeks, and have continued using it for more than six weeks (morning and night), and I believe it has made a big difference. Huge improvement on my crows feet, and moderate improvement on my forehead and mouth. It's almost $50 a bottle but it's lasted a long time. I do not like the packaging because, unfortunately, it's impossible to tell how much comes in the bottle or how much I have left.
