After years and years of trying every stupid acne cleanser on the market, I was fed up. Everything just seemed to make the problem worse. My skin was a war zone. Not pretty. I finally decided that I had tried everything but the simple routine. Ive always kept Dove in the house for body soap but not really used it on my face, I figured it would dry it out. So when I decided to do the simple routine, I just started using the Dove soap as a cleanser too. WOW!! My face hasnt been this clear in ages. While not perfect, because I suffer from hormonal acne on my jawline, its cleared up everywhere else on my face. I will never use anything else ever again!!

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - Sweet as Candy

Finally broke down and bought a Wet 'n Wild pallete after hearing how great they were. This is the one I choose, as I have hazel eyes and love to use pinks and browns to make them pop. My go to trio for years and years was Almay intense eye color for hazel and this is a perfect dupe at a much better price. Great quality. I use a primer so I cant speak for staying power without a primer, but with one, it doesnt budge!! My new HG trio.

Conditioner -Unlisted Brand - One 'n Only - Moisture Repair Conditioner

Bought the sample pack from Sallys for like 1.99. Used it today on my very very dry, triple bleached, over processed, abused locks and it was like heaven!!! My hair became soft, managable and tame. And I love the fact that its Paraban and Sulfate free, as those ingredients tend to break me out. Im going to go buy several more sample packs and use them as deep treatments once every few days, as I think this may cause too much build up for daily use. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! *Edit*- it did end up breaking me out, but healed my hair back to a healthy state!! totally worth the minor break outs.

Love this stuff. I cant use Salycilic Acid (or anything else accept Dove soap for that matter) all over so this is perfect. Its super thick and stays on all night. After 2 nights, Said pimple is gone. No peeling, no redness, just gone. Great spot treatment.

Got it at the CVS 75% sale. Should have known it would be no good. Love the color, hate the formula. So streaky and way to fluid-y. While it did hold up well to my constant abuse to my nails (typing, washing dishes, ect.), It just isnt worth the trouble. 3 coats and it still wasnt covering well. And it bubbled. Which is weird because I have never had a polish bubble. :( For 2 bucks Im not too upset. Maybe I will try it on my toes next time.

Recieved this in a swap. Thank goodness I didnt pay for it. Yuck. This is like a gourmand fragrance gone rancid. The Licorice and Anis are way to prominent. Spicy but not in a good way. Its a very complicated scent that just doesnt agree with my skin. Definitly wont be going out to buy a bottle. Would like to swap the one I have. *Edit* Im changing it to a 4 because I have become oddly obsessed with this. It has grown on me and now I love it!!

Recieved this little gem in a swap. First of all, Its best suited for tan skin, not super pale or super dark. I definitly couldnt get away with this (or anyother Highliter for that matter) in the winter, as my skin is way to pale. But in the summer I darken up nicely. I hate wearing full makeup because its too humid where I live. So usually I just do mascara, blush and lipgloss. Well this replaced my blush. Its gorgeous. Adds the perfect glow to my skin. Build it up and the pink tone really shows through and your left with gorgeous pink shimmer cheeks (think orgasm but glowier). HighBeam in my opionion is more for nightlife, As it is very shimmery. But moonbeam is perfect to sweep on during the day. When I finish my swap bottle, I will be getting another one.

Got this in a swap and so glad I did!!! My hair was subjected to 2 bleachings and 3 (so far) tonings about 2 months ago. Needless to say it was less then healthy. But I love my bleach blonde hair. However, no matter how much and what kind of conditioner I use, after I got out of the shower it would tangle. This stuff cured that!!! Made it soft and supple. Its a dang shame it was discontinued. Im going to hunt every Ross, Marshalls and TJ Maxx and stock up on this stuff. If you have severly damaged hair, do yourself a favor and try to score a bottle of this!!

Love this stuff!! Waaaayyy cheaper then the other clinical strength stuff out there but works way better. Its been a rather steamy and hot summer here in VA and Ive been on the hunt for something that worked without smelling like BO scented roses (not pretty). This stuff fits the bill. I as well have it in powder fresh and it only smells at first, then your armpits just smell like skin. No sweat, no stink. Awesome stuff. More people should know about this!!!

Lotions/ Creams -Nuance by Salma Hayek - My secret super moisturizing body cream

So I was in CVS the other day and saw the new Nuance line by Salma Hayek. Picked up a sample of the body cream and used it that night. Loved it so much that I went out the next day and bought a full size bottle. First of all, the ingredients list is a who's who of moisturizing ingredients. Nothing harsh at all. Smells abit like tobacco, but in a good way. It sinks in immediatly. I used it on my heels, which are very very dry and cracked, and the next morning OMG!!! They were healing and soft. Its a bit pricey for a drug store lotion but well worth it!!! This is an HG lotion for me, and I cant wait to try it on my itchy, dry winter skin!!!

Cute concept, smells awesome, but thats about it. Not moisturizing at all. Doesnt last long. Not cheap either for something that doesnt last.

Just bought this today at target and did a mani with it. LOVE IT!! usually Im into loud pinks, glitters and reds but I was tired of those and want a nudey color. This fits the bill perfectly. Reminds me of tea rose. Very understated. Perfect for the office or tired of loud colors!

I just recieved this in a swap and I LOVE IT!! when I first sprayed it, I about chocked. Its very strong initially, but the dry down is fantastic. Very feminine without being too sweet or too floral. Perfect everyday fragrance. So glad I swapped for it!!!

Great basic lipgloss. Not sticky at all! gorgeous nudey pink color. Very flattering on my NC25 skin. Wish it would last longer, but hey for 3 bucks so what. Im a sweet smell whore!! I love things that smell so sweet you could get a toothache!! So this is awesome. Will definitly repurchase.

Gorgeous blood red color. But thats about all the good things I can say about it. Stained the heck outta my nails and the surrounding skin when i removed it. Chipped like crazy. Wont be repurchasing. EVER.
