I bought a full size of this product, because my mom swears by the stuff. So, I shelled out the dough and religiously applied it to my skin pre-moisturizer 2x a day until the bottle was empty. I have combo skin that breaks out sometimes, and my biggest issue is loss of radiance and a dullness in texture(bigger pores, etc). After using this faithfully for over a month, I noticed no real difference in my skin - perhaps it was a little smoother, but not enough to justify the price tag. The plus is that this serum is very gentle and non-irritating, but I did not have the results my mother did, and I will not repurchase.
I've been using this very gentle cleanser for months in conjunction with the Kinerase cream, and I am in love with the line. Yes, it's expensive, but the results on my skin have been worth it and what is remarkable to me is that it really does work, and it doesn't irritate the skin one bit. I'm sold :-)
Moisturizers -Kinerase - Ultimate Night Moisturizer

The biggest problem I've noticed with my skin as I get older is a loss of radiance - dullness, larger pores, and the texture of skin has gotten rougher. A couple years ago I started an aggressive regime of trying a myriad of products with glycolic acid. No, I didn't post reviews for all the products I tried, but for some reason I thought "no pain, no gain" when it came to getting great looking skin. My skin was irritated a lot from all the products I was putting on my skin and I didn't notice any real improvement. I was scrubbing the hell out of my face, using acids, etc. Anyway, I decided to take a different approach and try Kinerase. I stopped using all glycolic acids or any product that had the potential to be irritating, and I was actually worried my skin would break out from lack of exfoliation(both chemical and manual), and my skin would look worse. I was completely wrong and I'm glad Kinerase has proved that a product doesn't have to burn or irritate the skin in anyway to work. I've been faithfully using this product for many months now, and I can say my skin has never looked better - I love this stuff :-)
Love, Love, LOVE this product. Both the shampoo and conditioner, but esp the conditioner. I give it a 10, on a scale of 1-10. It smells great, and my hair is shiny, and soft when I use it. I have very thick hair, that tends to be coarse, and it has a slight wave to it. I initially purchased this from my hairdresser, after she used it on me I couldn't believe how soft my hair was. You can purchase a shampoo/conditioner liter set on amazon.com pretty inexpensively compared to what you will pay in the salon.
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

I was really, really hesitant to try a liner that was gel like that required application with a brush, but wow, am I glad I gave this a try!!! I can remember trying my Mom's liquid liner when I was younger and the application was a disaster for me, so since then I haven't tried anything other than pencils for my eyes. I've been using this about a month now and I cannot believe how great this stuff is. This hands down has THE BEST staying power of any liner I've ever used, and it really wasn't that difficult at all to learn how to apply it. Please give this product a try! You won't be sorry!!
Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Monistat - Chafing Relief Powder-Gel

I can't believe I stumbled upon this suggestion for primer, but I've never used any primer before so I figure I'd give this a shot. I have combination skin, that is in relatively good shape with the exception of some sun damage. I wear makeup everyday, and applied this after my moisturizer. After using this product for two weeks I'm a fan!! It makes my makeup go on so smooth. I also find it controls oil and keeps my face looking fresh. What a great find!!! FYI: for anyone feeling weird about applying this to your face it isn't a vaginal cream, it's chafing relief meant to apply to areas of your skin.
Lotions/ Creams -Olay - Quench Body Lotion Extra Dry Skin

I keep trying other body lotions, but keep coming back to this b/c nothing works better for my skin. I just went through an entire container of Lush's Dreamcream, which, you would think at over $20 for a small jar it would work better, but it doesn't. Hands down my favorite body lotion and I love the smell!
Wonderful product. The best lip balm I have ever tried, and I've used all of them from the drugstore: chapstick, blistex, carmax, and burt's bees to Kiehls, etc. Very happy I happen to stumble upon this product while I was waiting in a loooong line at Whole Foods and now am hooked and am curious about John Masters other products as his lip balm is simply the best.
I will never use another mascara and I really hope they don't stop making this. It really does keep your lashes nice and soft while plumping and separating lashes, and it WILL NOT give you that tarantula eye look. What a great value and find:-)

Wonderful product!! I've tried other leave in products for hair and nothing gives my hair the shine and softness like this product. One note: DO NOT apply too much!! A little goes a looooong way.....and if you do apply too much then it will feel sort of "tacky" and strawlike.
I got this as a gift and was very enthused to try it out. This product is NOT FOR ME. I do not have sensitive skin and I found that the salt granules were way, way, way too rough, large, course, and harsh. I started first on my tummy and it made red streaks and started to burn and I wasn't even pressing hard....I wouldn't even use it on my feet. I also found the oil in it too greasy and after I quickly washed off the stuff from my body I felt grossed out as I felt like I was covered with vegetable shortening....I also had to break out baking soda and some AJAX to get the greasy residue out of my tub so I wouldn't fall and break my neck next time I stepped in the tub. Yuck. The one positive I have to say about this product is that it smelled nice.
Moisturizers -St. Ives - Cucumber & Elastin Eye & Face Stress Gel ] [DISCONTINUED]

I always keep this in my refrigerator and I love this product!! When I feel tired and my eyes are puffy it is excellent and also when I've been out in the sun all day I put it on my face and it is instantly calming to my skin.
I love this lip gloss! It goes on soft and is not the LEAST BIT STICKY!! I hate, hate, hate the gooey feel of lip gloss, but like the look of them and this doesn't feel gloppy or heavy.

I tried out this product based on the fact my friend uses and it raved about it. For the price it didn't seem like that big of deal to try out and it worked "ok". It didn't make me break out or react with my skin like some of the other users experienced. It wasn't awful, but it didn't do anything to "help" my skin and I didn't notice any sort of improvement in the overall texture and I used the whole bottle. So, it was ok, but I probably would not buy it again as I didn't see any results or improvements.
Skincare - Face -Ponds - Purely Polished Micro-Dermabrasion Anti-Aging Kit
mizzou_nyc 5/26/2007 11:26:00 PM
Based from the reviews on this board I bought it and I must say I LOVE IT!! I have tried Origins Modern Friction and Neutrogena's Microdermabrasion and this is by the best. It rinses off with ease and left my complexion glowing. It is gentle enough to use everyday and it is sooooo much cheaper and works better than similar products.
