Conditioner -Redken - Smooth lock butter silk

Ok I admit that as a fan of Redken Smooth Down Butter Treat I tried this with a closed mind. I was very upset they dc'ed Butter Treat. I've used BT since, well forever and always knew it was the reason why my heavily highlighted blonde hair is in tip top shape. Ok so I reluctantly bought the butter silk. My first impression was disliking the smell but oddly once it was rinsed out it smelled amazing (weird i know). I blowed dried my hair and the results are amazing, silky smooth buttery locks. It's really better than the BT. I've never had such silky, fresh smelling hair. Total HG and way better than butter treat. Give it a try!

Concealers -Estee Lauder - Ideal Light Brush-On Illuminator

This is amazing!!! It's a smooth, light, silky, blendable concealer/illuminator that is packaged in the BEST way. It goes on with a soft brush (like a nail polish brush but a bit biger). I can use it under my eyes and on my lids and unlike every other concealer in the world it doesn't make that crepe-y look. What's even better is that you can't seem to over-use it! You can apply it first (before foundation) or apply it over your faoundation *OR* apply it dead last AFTER all your foundation/powder/blush....I can't say enough about it. Another thing to add is it's NOT glittery like other illuminators. Yay for EL for creating a product that doesn't accentuate bags and dark circles which is what glittery/shimmery stuff does.

This is nothing more than a shimmery, thin concealer cleverly packaged in a tube with an ice cold ceramic-tip applicator. I will say I was quite impressed with how cold the tip stays. So cold and refreshing - it feels like it came out of the fridge however the product itself falls flat. It did nothing to reduce puffiness and it surely didn't conceal my slight dark circles. It actually didn't work as well as a cheap, drugstore undereye concealer and I paid $62 for this!! I realized I would be better off applying cold spoons under my eyes like our grandmothers all did back in the day and focus on a product which actually works! I returned this for EL Ideal Light Brush-on Illuminator and adore it - see my review. And it's half the price!!

I love how this smells! It's a mousse that comes out of a giant aersol can, you apply it to your roots (I actually prefer to spray this onto my palm just like you do with regular mousse). It gives a great texture to the root of your hair. I use this on my damp hair and Redken powder grip on the roots on dry, already-styled hair for fabulous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader type hair!

This is the most amazing product EVER! I have long hair with layers and always want lots of volume. This is a fine powder that I apply to the palm of my hand and then rub it into my roots after styling. It gives hair such an oomph! It actually does add texture and grip. So much better than my old trick of spraying hairspray on my palm and applying to hair - forget that! This stuff is great one hair-wash day (hair is often too soft) and great on no-wash day (hair sometimes limp and flat). This product is shockingly not as popular on MUA as it should be. It was rec'ed to me on the hair board and I'm suprised p'ville has only a few reviews.

The most wonderful mascara in the world!!! And it's $3?!?! I can't describe the lashes I get with this....I will have to post a pic. People constantly ask if I'm wearing falsies and then act shocked/insulted when I deny that I'm wearing fakes....almost like they want to say "yeah, riiiight, those are NOT your real lashes". This stuff is so great I want to go back and delete any decent reviews of other mascaras!! This gives you HUGE, dramatic, super long lashes!! If you are wanting a natural look don't even try this!! I will say that I wish the brush came out with less product on the wand (no biggie, I just wipe it off) but for a mere $3 who can complain about that?

I try every mascara there is and usually dont even bother to review them since I try so many. This is the worst mascara ever!!! It does separate but only provides a blah, natural average look. You can that with any cheap mascara. This is junk! You can't get gorgeous glamarous lashes with this. what a waste

My mom and nana swore by this and had great skin. I love the smell and the feel on my skin. It truly moisturizing. It smells so good I look forward to applying it. I like that it's old school Olay, the most famous one. I recall my mom and nana's were in a gorgeous glass bottle with the oil of okay lady on it. Just takes me back. Love it

This is amazing and I'm so excited that I discovered this spray! Smells incredibly clean anf fresh, not hairspray-ey at all (a big must for me). The scent also isn't strong and doesn't linger, interferring with your perfume, etc. Very fine mist (ahhh!!!), fabulous hold without being hard or crunchy (unless you spray way too much), no flakes, it's weightless! I bought this afte returning the reeking-like-80's-mall-hair-aquanet Loreal Elnett.

FYI, this is for the UNSCENTED version...I have been searching for a great hairspray for a LONG time. I have tried so many brands and either they stink, feel sticky, make my hair look or feel greasy etc. I'm also picky about how the product sprays out of the bottle. I don't want big spritzes, I prefer a fine mist. I don't want flakes, build-up or crunchy hair. I need hold and volume. I've heard the hype about Elnett for years and when I saw a photo of the behind-the-scenes of the Real Housewives of OC reunion and the stylist had a can of this, I ran out and got it the next day. I sprayed the scented one into the air and that smelled so foul I nearly died so I got the unscented... What makes this product nice is that you can re-do your hair, comb it out, spray the crap out of it again and re-do it again and again!! Like you have no spray in it! It won't weigh hair down AT ALL. The mist is super fine, it's decent hold but not stiff at all! I doesn't hold my bangs at all but works good on the rest of my hair. I do wish it smelled better, I mean the unscented is way less offensive than the scented but it still smells very hairspray-ey in your hair and it LINGERS. It even makes my brushes stink. I even sprayed my perfume on my hair but all I could smell was the Elnett. ***EDITED: I had to return this since the smell is just too awful, even in the unscented version. Keep in mind my hair is very long so if my hair smells *I* smell. I even had a co-worker try it and 20 minutes later she was dying over how bad her hair smelled. It's such a shame. I won't be re-purchasing and actually returned my bottle. ****I switched to John Frieda Crystal Clear hairspray and it's wonderful. Super fine mist, a bit stronger hold and smells wonderful

Be sure to get either the 2 or 3 wick as the one wick jars are lousy. Anyway this smells like Tide with Bleach powder laundry detergent. It's PERFECT for house-cleaning day or whenever you want a fresh laundry smell. Nice and strong. Love!

Sorta annoyed. Last candle I had smelled strong and amazing, this time you can hardly smell it? I always buy the 2 or 3 wick since the jars NEVER smell. Anyway this scent is divine. I can't desribe it, really. Like one of those good sunscreen/oil smells.

This is one of THE BEST candles in THE WORLD!! I'm a candle whore, don't even review most because it would take forever. This smells heavenly and it's strong. You smell it MINUTES after lighting it. I swear to sunny Jesus I am buying a case this fall! And I burn this year round, hello? slatkin...marshmallows get toasted in the summer too!!

I picked up a TON of this - the perfume, body mist and lotion at the semi-annual sale. THANKFULLY I bought a few of each (great sale) because this scent is so soft, clean and fresh. Lasts and I've gotten compliments already!!
