there's a very realistic and strong guava note in the beginning that lasts for about 15 minutes. then the drydown smells like vanilla and a mix of fruit. the drydown is VERY similar to jessica simpson's fancy perfume. i like it just for the drydown. the guava note is too much for me
it's pretty unique for a fruity/floral scent, and definitely stands out when you have it on. people will notice the scent. but it smells a little tacky to me.. too fruity, juicy, sweet, pink/purple-ish. VERY girly. smells like something barbie would wear if she were a real person. i couldn't handle it. i like something more subtle and less in-your-face.
This is my signature scent. the licorice notes work so well in this one. smells like clean laundry in the drydown. be careful bc for people who love it, you can easily handle 2+ spritzes, but when i sprayed 3 spritzes once, ALL my friends complained the whole freaking day and one of them got a migraine and blamed it on my perfume (i think she was exaggerrating but whatever), while to my nose it was light and transparent. they thought i smelled 'hooker-ish'.. also, like another reviewer mentioned, it actually gets sweeter and sweeter in the drydown. i loooove sweet so i like that aspect of this perfume, but a lot of people can't handle it, so for the sake of your neighbors, don't overdo this one!

the bottle is so misleading to me. i expected a very heavy, cloying, dark, woodsy scent, but it's really not. it's light for an oriental fragrance, but it has GREAT sillage and also lasts 10+ hours. the drydown smells like viva la juicy to me. it's not such a unique fragrance; there are a lot that smell *similar*, but this one is perfect.. a lot of other orientals tend to have a little too much of this and that or lack that oomph, but this has it all! good example, i hear often that it smells like lancome hypnose.. and it does except lancome hypnose is more 'flat' and has less character (probably because of the lack of fruit notes). other fragrances that smell similar include armani code, carolina herrera 212, viva la juicy, britney spears fantasy. i've tried nearly every 'popular' floral oriental, and i've finally found the one that has a balance of everything! try this one out; you won't be disappointed!
Fragrances -Elizabeth Arden - Mariah Carey-Lollipop Bling HONEY
missmshl 9/4/2011 11:22:00 PM
this DOES smell like honey.. except the scent is so authentically honey, that you can't even tell. most people probably expect a sweet, warm honey-like scent, but this isn't it. it smells exactly as if you stuck your nose to a pot of clover honey. that slightly tart, immensely sweet, slight orange scent. the honey notes are blended with passionfruit very nicely to the point where the individual notes are hard to discern. the drydown smells similar to Chloe EDP. very pretty, feminine, fresh fragrance :)
i got this as a gift.. and basically it's your typical berry-vanilla scent. cheap smelling perfume. you could get the same effect with a victoria's secret body spray.

i absolutely loved jessican simpson's fancy love, so i thought i'd like this as well and went ahead and bought it. big mistake. this is very generic, typical sweet floral-vanilla scent. smells plastic-y, synthetic, unsophisticated... very much like a softer version of pink sugar. the top notes are a bit fruitier and lighter than pink sugar, but the drydown smells exactly the same, but a little less stronger and less of the 'burnt' note that pink sugar has. i give this 3 stars because it lasts more than 6 hours on me, and despite the lack of character in the fragrance, it's totally wearable. it just smells like every other teeny bopper celebrity fragrance out there.

oh my, what a surprisingly pretty frangrance! the scent doesn't really change too much throughout the day, so if you like the top notes, you'll like the drydown. this is one of the only perfumes where i can spray over and over and not get a headache (the others being D&G light blue and chloe EDP) it seriously just smells so lovely! it's very versatile, good for daytime or special occasions, for the young or old. although there is no peach note (there's a 'peach blossom' note), as another reviewer mentioned, it does smell a little like peaches and cream in the drydown. but not in a sugary, vanilla-y, overly sweet way, rather in a smooth, creamy, pleasant way. to me, it smells a bit similar to dior j'adore, except more smooth, less in-your-face, more natural. this is definitely signature scent material. my only gripe is the bottle.. i think it's a little cheap looking to be honest. and when i spray it, it sprays very unevenly... as if i'm spraying my hair with my water spray. but i won't complain too much. the juice itself is what matters :)
doesn't smell bad, but it really is nothing special. it is a pleasant and inoffensive fragrance, but there's no character to it. i can't detect any unique notes, stays flat all day, and lasts 3 hours on me. i did like the fact that it was very versatile- a scent for day or evening, for the young or older.. but overall, not worth the price. as somone else mentioned, you could get the same effect with pantene.
left my hair extremely dry and brittle. the conditioner that comes with it is great, but the actual dye is absolute crap. the color did not come out ash brown.. actually, it did not show up on my hair at all.
to me it smells fruity, sweet, musky, and floral all at the same time. the scent is pretty and very feminine. staying power is just pitiful. doesn't even last half an hour. (i always test the staying power by spraying the perfume directly onto a muslin cloth) the bottle is absolutely gorgeous though, and looks so cute on my vanity.
Lip Treatments -Victoria's Secret - Deep-Nourishing Lip & Body Moisture Balm
missmshl 1/9/2011 4:55:00 AM
got this on sale, otherwise would never pay more than 3 dollars for it. only bought it because in the wintertime my hands, especially my knuckles get reeeally dry. this is great to toss in my purse and have moisturizer wherever i go, instead of carrying a hand cream (which always leaks in my purse) the product itself works great, but i like it most for its portability
AMAZING product. very gentle for a scrub. it has just the right amount of salicylic acid in it to not dry my skin out, and what i love about it is that it also has citric acid which is a gentle exfoliant for dry skin. it makes me skin super soft and evens out the tone. i also like that the granules are so fine. i used this every single day. LOVE IT! best scrub i've ever used!
at first i LOVED this.. first perfume i paid full price for.. it did smell a little chemical-ish to me, but i didn't think it was so bad... until i actually bought it, i've gotten 5 comments in the mere 3 days i've had it saying that i smell like scrubbing bubbles, dish soap, mr clean, etc etc.... sooo disappointed! now all i can smell is cleaning chemicals when i spray it!
Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverPure Sulfate-free Color Care Shampoo
missmshl 10/14/2010 5:07:00 AM
smells great, rich lather, very 'thick'. makes my hair really soft, but i don't feel that it cleans tooo well, but i attribute that to the lack of harsh sulfates. my hair feels healthy and i don't even need to use conditioner. smells great too! EDIT------------------- this shampoo made my scalp form these horrrible bumps! i think they're pimples, but they feel more like really bad ulcers! also it's rare that i get dandruff, but after using this shampoo for a week, i have major flakes. NO-NO IN MY BOOK. my brother got the same results from this shampoo. oh, and i figured out that my hair feels 'healthy' when using this shampoo, because it basically doesn't clean. it just kinda rinses away itself and nothing else. useless product. going straight to the trashbin.
