i didnt think this would work on someone 30 years young but I am pleasantly surprised. I swipe some on my lips and use my fingers to spread it out. i dont think i am tough enough to wear it full blast lol...recommend!
This little blush packs a punch. It looks like a really toned down pink in the pan. I thought it would'nt show up on my NC25 skin. It only took one swipe per each side of my cheek to show a rosy colored doll like hue. It's definitely not subtle ...at least on me anyways. Requires good blending. Great fun spring color.
Great lipstick. This lipstick was a complete splurge for me and the most I ever spent on a lipstick..I got this in 111 which reminds me of viva glam V color. It feels amazing on and I can really tell the difference between this and Serum de Rouge. This one seems to glide on better and it has a bit more of a sheen than the de Rouge. I don't find the packaging special...looks kind of like a marker. I think its worth it to try out!
nice color on my nc25 asian skin but i dont see what the hype is all about... it's pretty but nothing special to me...this is a ton of product.. it's very pigmented ....maybe one swipe is enough...i dont think i will ever use it all up..you get a lot...wish it was smaller and for less price.
I looked on a review site b4 i bought this and the blogger thought this was less pinker than ever hip so i bought it. compared side by side before applying, i do see that jazzed is orangier.. however, i dont see much of a difference when applying it. ever hip and jazzed looked the same too me upon application and both are creamsheens so they feel the same. ..but i think if you have ever hip this is not a necessity.
Im on the bandwagon on this. It looks great on my NC25 asian skin. It is very girlie and barbie doll pink looking. I paired this with Angel lipstick , smoke and diamonds eyeshadow as a wash on my eyelids and it is a very feminine look...definitely a staple in my mac blush collection..

I was excited to try this product because of the rave reviews ..so I picked it up at Dillards. When I opened the tester at the store, it looked like some bits of gray mascara on the wand. Like chunks. I thought it was because it was a tester...mine was the same...and i checked nordstrom just to verify the consistency... I went home and used mine and tried to get the product to evenly spread on the brush as best as I could but product kept flinging everywhere!!. and this stuff is expensive for a primer!! $24, I applied it under some zoom lash...I didnt see really any difference other than that the curl held a bit better, but no difference in volume or length of my lashes. Getting this stuff off is a pain in the a&&!! I tried my Bi Facil, soy cleanser, purity...I still had bits of what feel like plastic on my lashes...returned this item immediately!!
Yah..I agree with everyone else. This is a great little pencil. I am an NC25 or C3 in Face and Body and I thought that the NC30 pencil would be for me. Unfortunately, they were sold out so I bought the last NC15 ....I thought it would be too lite for me. Low and behold, it is the pefect shade. On the waterline and inner corners, it brightens up your eye. It not shocking but you can definitely see a difference. I also used this to cover my acne scars and it worked pretty well. Might be better than my pricey Cleu de Peau concealer (although I havent tried putting it under my usual foundation). Also, the box says not for use in lip area. However, I can see this working to define the outer part of the lip.
hmm..i can't find a blush i dont love from mac...lol..this one is another hit in my books. It's sheer, looks tan in the pan, and it takes me a few swipes to get some color to show up on my NC25 asian skin. This blush is definitely for lighter girls, I think with darker girls it would probably just blend into the skin. Nice neutral very subtle color.
I find this a more tame version of ever hip. while ever hip is like "whoa" , dressmaker is more like "hi" . Ever hip provides my lips with complete coverage while with dressmaker, some of the nautral color of my lips shines through. It is definitly very wearable. I did a look using naked lunch on my lid and woodwinked in the crease, some instant chic blush, and dressmaker and it is very cute. Its a clean shade great for everday. I am NC 25 , 020 in dior, and medium beige in BE, asian skin.
I got this from an awesome swapper. the color looks heavy in the tube and i didnt try it on few a few weeks from the time i got it. anyways, when i did try it on, i swiped it directly on my lips and it dragged and also looked heavy on my lips. i tried to fix it by putting frankly fresh over it but it didnt look great and heavy. later, i blotted it with a napkin because i wanted to get it off and wow. then it looked good. it's nice when i have my natural color of my lips shine through and not completely covered with this color....so now i wear it with a lip brush and frankly fresh over it. very light and feminine look. if your trying to nude out your lips it might be too heavy (im an nc25, 020 dior, and med beige in BE, for reference).
I really like this brush. It is so super soft and the bristles don't shed. I normally use my 187 for blush, but I will use this when I want more precise application and to pick up more blush color. I find it picks up more color than the 138. With the 187 I am kind of dabbing the brush , it's not really comfortable to use with one stroke while with this brush, I can apply the blush with one swoop. It is definitely a splurge and you can get away with just a 187, but it feels so luxurious to me and it was worth it.
I am NC25, and 020 in Dior and this is a very sheer blush for me. When I first swiped it on using my 187 it didnt show up. I double checked the package that I didnt get a blush in my skin tone...lol.. Anyways..I dabbed it and patted the color in. A total of three swipes and the blush showed up. This is buildable and very natural color. No shimmer and matte finish. It's not obvious you have blush on which I like sometimes.

I love this blush. This is my first one from Mac and it really is easy to apply. I tap a bit using my 187 and it gives that natural glow. I am an NC25 with yellow undertones. I like it so much I might even get a back up!!
