A few weeks ago i was using a BP regimen that consisted of this very harsh acne treatment that would make my face flaky and dull. It didn't even seem to be helping my acne so i decided to just stop using it. I've started only using this product and the Intense Surge moisturizer every morning and night and my skin feels new and refreshed and just wonderful. It makes my face brighter and SO soft and it's definitely been lightening post acne marks tremendously. Having very sensitive and acne prone skin, i am naturally afraid to use anything new on my face but I'm so happy i took the risk with this one because it's already made my skin so much healthier and its on'y been a couple of weeks. And even though this product is not an acne product, i have not really broken out at all since i started using it. Maybe one or two small spots, but very unnoticeable ones which i won't complain about because i'd take it over the regular acne i got prior to the use of this product. Would highly recommend. I paid $53.00 CDN for it but if it does this well i don't mind at all.

Okay so i've dealt with acne since i was probably eleven years old. First i started getting it around my nose and in between my eyebrows but it wasn't anything that i was really concerned about considering it was pretty normal in middle school. It was probably around when i was 15 that i started getting it around my chin area and on my cheeks. It was pretty manageable until after i graduated high school. My skin was always horrible. There was not a day that went by in my first year of college that i felt so insecure because of my skin. When people would come close to my face i felt the need to back up a little bit so they couldn't notice how bad my skin actually was. I hated not wearing makeup even in front of my family mostly because of all the post-marks and redness that acne left behind. I even avoided relationships and sleepovers with my friends because i didnt want anybody to see what i looked like without makeup on. At this point i have never had such low self esteem before, and i have never hated makeup more in my life. It was just too time consuming and annoying spending 20 mins a day on my makeup and spending loads of money on high end makeup to cover everything up. Im one of those people that feels like i've tried everything, and i for some reason just always had the worst of luck. After doing so much research on different acne websites, watching peoples videos on youtube, i gave in to trying the ance.org regimen. Before i started using it i was SO scared because of how dry and disgusting everyone was saying it makes your skin the first couple of weeks. Im on my second week now and my skin feels and looks a lot better already. The acne that i had all cleared up and when i put makeup on my skin looks smoother and i definitely feel more confident. I didn't even get that dry of skin to be honest. The key is to just start off very slow. I've only been using about a fingertips worth ONCE a day (before bed) and i've had good results with just doing that. My skin was peeling a little bit so i exfoliated (which Dan doesn't recommend but i had to do it) and it felt 100% better, and now the peeling isn't noticeable at all. Tonight i've started to ramp up my dosage of the BP and i'll continue to do so very slowly until my skin gets used to it. My only cons about this product are that is stings your eyes (thats a given), its sort of time consuming (but who cares - its worth it) I also am not a huge fan of their product packaging design.. but yeah who cares about that either lol. I would definitely recommend people suffering with acne to just give this a try, even if you feel hopeless and believe nothing will work for you - because thats honestly how i felt. Hopefully it continues to work for me, and if you do decide to try this then hopefully you get the same positive results! xo

Scrubs -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Clear Scrub

I have combination, acne prone skin, so breakouts are a battle i'm always struggling with... not only that, but my skin is really sensitive too, so i always feel a bit hesitant to switch cleansers, foundations, moisturizers, etc. I never even buy anything anymore unless i do massive amounts of research the day before... I usually break out around that glorious time of the month, and for some reason, this month was a lot worse than normal... so i decided to switch cleansers. I came across this Neutrogena product last night and was pleased to know that it had so many great reviews and was very affordable. I ended up buying the Power-Clear Scrub and the 3-1 Acne Treatment. I just finished using the scrub in the shower and it felt amazing. It has been a while that i've used a cleanser that makes your face feel cool while you're using it. The beads were a little rough so it just took me a longer time to scrub. Thankfully it didn't dry out my skin though, because that is the worst and most annoying thing in the world. I'm praying that i can be among the majority of people who have tried this that love it. I'm sick and tired of searching for acne solutions.

Moisturizers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 15

I have the most sensitive skin on the face of the earth. Not only that, but i also have acne-prone skin. I break out very easily, especially on my cheeks and chin. Ever since i started using this moisturizer though, i haven't gotten a zit since. I've been using it for about three weeks now. It really surprised me because after all of the acne cleansers and peels and yada yada yada that i've used since seventh grade, who knew a good calming moisturizer like this was all i needed. I love this product. It smells amazing too. If i had three thumbs they'd all go up right now. Two isn't enough
