amazing so far!! This pen has a super thin and jet black line, really sharp and precise tip applicator. The tip is a thin brush tip but concentrates the color very well. I'll find out in a few months if it still as good. Kind of expensive, and hard to find in the U.S. but I got mine at Mitsuwa.

Overrated--Not that great I heard great things about this liquid eyeliner on youtube. Unfortunately its just not as black and sharp as people said it was. The liner is grey and watered down, and only comes out black and sharp if you apply a lot of pressure. It has a sponge tip applicator and it just doesn't deliver a very black line at all. I prefer Stila all-day liquid liner for now, it is way blacker and more precise. I am still looking for a HG. Will try Dollywink next.

YES! This stuff actually does keep most of my eyeshadow on the eye for most of the day. I have oily skin and eyelids. At the end of the day I still do have some creased eyeshadow that has migrated on the eyelid and a strip of non-eyeshadow skin where the crease in my eye is. But it is not very noticeable. This is still a pretty good product as it does MOST of its job well. Good packaging and gives you a LOT of product for the price. Way better than UDPP! EDIT: Actually after 1.5 months of using it, it doesn't work that well. Usually at the end of the day i have a thick crease of eyeshadow color on the fold of my eye, so it actually doesn't work. Its not really a problem though because you can't see it when my eyes are open.

Bought this to see what the hype was about. I found that it does give a deep black color, but it just doesn't stay on my lower lashline and waterline. It is not waterproof and can't withstand my watery eyes. Still looking for my HG eyeliner. As for the top lashline, yes it stays in place. The packaging is quite cheap--the lid is thin and awkward to put on. The liner brush it comes with is really cheap and gives a huge thick line so I would recommend throwing it away immediately and using a more precise angle brush.

Masks -Laneige - Water Sleeping Pack

Every time I used this product, it did hydrate my skin overnight but not noticeably. On nights when I don't use the mask, my skin is still hydrated the next morning anyway. Maybe I need to wait until its really cold and dry in the winter to see if it really makes a difference. Anyways, i love the way it smells, and it feels cool and refreshing on my skin. It does take some time to settle on the skin though, so when I apply it I have to be careful not to sleep on my face, lol or else it will get on the pillow. The packaging is really nice, like all Laneige products. The jar is heavy and glass, the only problem is that its not as sanitary because you have to dip your fingers in to get the product. It comes with a little plastic spoon but there is no place to store the spoon so it doesn't help much. A pump dispenser would be a lot better for this product. The pricing is super reasonable though, only $20 which is not expensive at all for the giant 80 mL jar.

Brows -Lioele - Artist Auto Eyebrow Pencil in #3 Gray Black

This pencil gives a really natural looking shape and fill to your eyebrows. I use the thinner triangle tip to taper off the ends of my brows. Only downside is that it doesn't stay that well, over a few hours the grey color fades, so I need to set it with some eyeshadow. The packaging is really nice and elegant, black and silver. I wish that the tip of the pencil stayed just a bit sharper because there is no way to really sharpen it. The price is super reasonable! I got mine from ebay for about $13. Edit: I wish the product had better staying power. It is a light grey color and when I try to extend the ends of my brows to a thin line, the color is so light grey it doesn't look like hair. I've also noticed some flakes of black pigment that lie on top of the grey color.

I like this product because of the color and staying power. The color is a good base for building up eyeshadow on top of it. However, it sets really really fast, so when you apply it you have to smudge it immediately with your finger to the area on your lid that you want it. Otherwise, if you wait even a few seconds, it will NOT budge and you can't blend it. So it really is like a tattoo right after you apply it. The packaging is in a glass container, kind of heavy but it looks nice from the front. I don't like the cheap looking black lid with the white print on it, it looks harsh and not classy. Bought it for $7 at Target, which is kind of pricey for a drugstore brand, but the quality is quite good so the price is understandable.

Ridiculously good coverage. The name is very fitting. I bought the perfect color to match my skin tone and conceal my dark circles. It doesn't entirely conceal them, but it dramatically reduces them so I don't look like a tired panda anymore. It does cake a little bit in that under eye area because the skin there is so thin and kind of bumpy looking with lines, but I don't think its because of the concealer, its just the way my skin looks :/ I think i bought it for $20 and the tube lasts forever.

Pressed Powders -Tarte - Provocateur Mineral Powder

I love this pressed powder because it works, it stays on my face all day and prevents it from getting oily, and I know its actually good for the skin (unlike MAC). It has SPF 8 which helps, too. I use it to set my concealer and BB cream makeup. The packaging is super cute! The powder puff it comes with is complete crap though, don't use it! You must apply this powder with a fluffy powder brush for a flawless finish. (The included powder puff gives a cakey, uneven application.) Its really pricey at $30 but I think its worth it because its good for the skin and it does its job.

I was drawn by the super cute packaging of these brushes. The red and white are so beautiful and contrasting together so I just had to try some of them out! I love the dual cover brush because of the little concealer brush end. It blends and conceals dark circles very well. So much better than using your fingers. The foundation end I do not use because I don't wear foundation at all. The bristles are super soft and good quality. The brushes are good quality too, and are so much fun to use because of how cute they are. The HD Flawless brush, i don't like so much. I have tried to use concealer and BB cream with it, but either I am not using it properly, or it just doesn't work that well. The bristles are short and dense and not flexible, so when I use it i'm not sure if i am meant to stipple it or brush it outwards. Anyways, I don't have much use for it since I don't use foundation and the dual cover brush can be used to cover any small areas.

Palettes -Urban Decay - Book of Shadows Vol. IV

I really like this palette overall. Great variety of colours, and since I only wear neutrals, I only use a few of them and stay away from the bolder colours. Of course like all the UD shadows, they are very pigmented and smooth, and stay for a very long time. The only bad thing about this is the bulky and awkward packaging. Its really hard to pull out the shadows palette from the box and it gets stuck a lot. The whole box is a bit too large and bulky for me. I love how it comes with the eyeliner, primer, and mascara (which is great!). The price very reasonable too! Got it as a gift, but I looked online and they are selling for $30

When its new, the applicator tip is really thin and sharp, almost TOO thin. After several months of use, the tip gets all frayed and thin filaments start to stick out every which way. When you start to use up most of the product in the container, the eyeliner is very oily and there's not a lot of black pigment left. The good thing about this is that the color payoff and staying power is really quite good throughout the day. I have this in Perversion, and its super watery and black. Application is a bit messy. Also If it gets in your eye it burns really bad!

The applicator tip is really wonderful, making sharp dark lines as thin or thick as you want it. I haven't had it long enough to find out whether the tip frays over time. Does the eyeliner stay all day? NO. On my waterline and lower lash line, it fades and disappears like all my other eyeliners, but if i set it on top of another pencil liner, it stays a bit longer. On the upper lashline and anywhere else that stays dry, it stays REALLY well.

I like the one that comes in a little potion bottle that came with the Naked I palette, but i don't like the one in the tube packaging because it's harder to dispense the appropriate amount you want. The product itself is OK-- ultimately it doesn't serve its purpose because by the end of the day my eyelids are super oily and my eyeshadow has migrated and concentrated itself along the crease of the eye. So basically the primer doesn't do its job! The eyshadow moves all over my eye, the same way it would without a primer. Might try Too-faced after I finish the one i have.

I don't see what the hype is about :( I bought one thinking it was going to be very moisturizing and long lasting like people said, but actually it dries out quickly and gives your lips a weird pasty, chalky feeling after maybe 40 minutes. The product also doesn't look that great on the lips, I have to blot my lips a lot to even out the product which applies thickly and is very sticky. After you apply it it actually accentuates the fine lines on your lips. Overall, not moisturizing, and doesn't look good
